【摘要】：跳繩不僅是一項古老的運動項目,更是當(dāng)今青少年喜聞樂見的一項體育運動,作為中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測試的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,它不僅鍛煉了學(xué)生四肢的力量,更是鍛煉了身體協(xié)調(diào)能力。隨著跳繩運動的快速發(fā)展,各種花樣也應(yīng)運而生,其種類樣式繁多,技巧多樣,隨著花樣跳繩的普及,越來越多的人開始加入到花樣跳繩這項運動中來,不同規(guī)模類型的比賽和表演也日益增多。任何一項體育運動要想長久穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展下去,就要牢牢依靠科學(xué)理論體系的支撐,我國的花樣跳繩運動這些年來發(fā)展速度較快,面對飛速發(fā)展的技術(shù)水平來說,花樣跳繩運動理論體系的發(fā)展還是相對落后。我國現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于花樣跳繩表演賽項目方面的理論研究的成果并不多見,創(chuàng)編理論體系也不夠完善,故此,需要對花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編理論進(jìn)行更加細(xì)致的研究。本文以花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編理論為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、專家訪談、錄像分析和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等相結(jié)合的研究方法,結(jié)合長期從事花樣跳繩表演賽項目編排與指導(dǎo)工作的認(rèn)識,把其他關(guān)聯(lián)學(xué)科的運動項目理論研究為參考,通過對于自我在創(chuàng)編與實踐過程中的經(jīng)驗總結(jié)以及對所需資料的整合,努力形成理論知識,健全我國花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編理論體系,為花樣跳繩表演賽項目的創(chuàng)編者提供實踐性強的理論參考。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)現(xiàn)有的花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編理論體系不完整,滯后于花樣跳繩表演賽項目技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平。(2)花樣跳繩表演賽項目理論包括:表演賽項目運動概述、主要特征、主題思想、創(chuàng)編原則、創(chuàng)編要素、創(chuàng)編依據(jù)和創(chuàng)編過程七個部分的內(nèi)容,這些內(nèi)容構(gòu)成了一個完整的花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編理論體系。花樣跳繩表演賽項目創(chuàng)編的基本原則有適用性、同步性、對比性、全面性和創(chuàng)新性;表演賽項目的創(chuàng)編要素有動作、難度、音樂、隊形、服裝、場地器材和情感;表演賽項目的創(chuàng)編依據(jù)為比賽規(guī)則或表演的要求、隊員的自身情況、音樂及動作;表演賽項目的創(chuàng)編過程分為準(zhǔn)備階段、創(chuàng)編階段和檢驗階段,每個階段的目的和任務(wù)各不相同,也存在著實踐差異。(3)花樣跳繩表演賽項目的創(chuàng)編理論各部分內(nèi)容之間密不可分,并會隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展和時代的創(chuàng)新而逐漸發(fā)展完善。
[Abstract]:Rope skipping is not only an ancient sport, but also a sport that teenagers like to see today. As one of the standards for testing the physical health of primary and middle school students, it not only exercises the strength of the students' limbs, More exercise the body coordination ability. With the rapid development of rope skipping, all kinds of patterns have come into being. With the popularity of rope skipping, more and more people begin to join in this sport. Competitions and performances of different sizes are also increasing. If any sport wants to develop steadily and permanently, it must rely firmly on the support of the scientific theory system. The pattern skipping movement in our country has developed rapidly these years, facing the rapidly developing technical level. The development of the theory system of pattern skipping is still relatively backward. There are few achievements in the theoretical research on the rope skipping events in our country, and the theory system of creation and compilation is not perfect. Therefore, it is necessary to study more carefully the theory of creation and compilation of pattern rope skipping events. In this paper, the author takes the theory of creation of pattern skipping exhibition as the research object, adopts the research methods of literature research, expert interview, video analysis and mathematical statistics, etc. In combination with the long-term understanding of the arrangement and guidance work of pattern skipping events, the theoretical research on sports events in other related disciplines is taken as a reference, and through the summing up of experience in the process of creation and practice and the integration of the required materials, We should make great efforts to form theoretical knowledge, perfect the theoretical system of creation and compilation of Chinese pattern rope skipping events, and provide a practical theoretical reference for the creators of pattern rope skipping events. The results show that: (1) the existing theory system of creation and compilation of rope skipping events is not complete, which lags behind the development level of the technology of pattern rope skipping events. (2) the theory of pattern rope skipping events includes: an overview of exhibition events, The main features, theme ideas, creative principles, creative elements, creative basis and the creation of seven parts of the process of content, these contents constitute a complete pattern rope skipping show event creation theory system. The basic principles of the creation of the competition are applicability, synchronism, contrast, comprehensiveness and innovation, while the creative elements of the competition are action, difficulty, music, formation, clothing, equipment and emotion. The creation of exhibition events shall be based on the rules of the competition or the requirements of the performance, the member's own situation, music and movements; the process of creation of the exhibition events shall be divided into three stages: preparation, creation and testing, The objectives and tasks of each stage are different, and there are also practical differences. (3) the content of the theory of creation of rope skipping events is inseparable, and will be gradually developed and perfected with the development of technology and the innovation of the times.
