上海市部分普通高校美式腰旗橄欖球項目開展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】：美式腰旗橄欖球項目自2003年引入我國以來,在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展勢頭強勁。得到眾多青少年喜愛的同時也獲得教育部門的支持和認可。在高校增設(shè)腰旗橄欖球培訓(xùn)、教學(xué)、競賽活動對豐富和發(fā)展學(xué)校體育課程內(nèi)容,鍛煉青少年身體素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)集體榮譽感、推廣學(xué)校教學(xué)組織形象等具有十分重要的意義。本研究通過文獻資料法,專家訪談法,問卷調(diào)查法等研究手段,結(jié)合上海市高校現(xiàn)有條件,上海獨特的地域文化優(yōu)勢,總結(jié)前人經(jīng)驗,對美式腰旗橄欖球運動在上海市普通高校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查,并根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果和現(xiàn)有的研究成果,為腰旗橄欖球運動在上海市普通高校的開展提出可行性策略,更好地發(fā)揮腰旗橄欖球?qū)τ趯W(xué)校體育的促進作用,為陽光體育運動增添新的內(nèi)容。研究結(jié)果：1美式腰旗橄欖球運動作為新興體育運動的小眾性,明確其在高校開展的意義和價值主要是豐富高校體育內(nèi)容,傳播美式體育文化,滿足學(xué)生日益增長的多樣化的運動需求,并幫助其形成終身體育意識。美式腰旗橄欖球運動在上海市高校的發(fā)展形成了一定的規(guī)模,目前主要以社團的形式開展,部分青年教師在學(xué)校開設(shè)了美式腰旗橄欖球課程,部分學(xué)校以社團為中心舉辦過校內(nèi)比賽,所有的受調(diào)查高校均參加了由NFL中國舉辦的大學(xué)碗全國大學(xué)生美式腰旗橄欖球聯(lián)賽。2上海市高校的場地條件基本能滿足美式腰旗橄欖球運動的開展,其中部分學(xué)校已經(jīng)建成標準的美式腰旗橄欖球場地,場地因素已經(jīng)不是制約美式腰旗橄欖球運動在上海高校開展的主要因素。3學(xué)生入校前對美式腰旗橄欖球運動接觸程度低,入校后接觸途徑單一,但是興趣濃厚,而校內(nèi)指導(dǎo)教師的師資水平和積極性確相對較低,導(dǎo)致目前上海市高校美式腰旗橄欖球運動開展的主要矛盾是教師對于美式腰旗橄欖球運動的興趣,了解程度和前景預(yù)期達不到學(xué)生日益增長的美式腰旗橄欖球運動相關(guān)需求的矛盾。4上海市高校的美式腰旗橄欖球社團的成立與發(fā)展都受到了NFL中國的支持和影響,前期的贊助幫助社團更好地渡過了經(jīng)費,指導(dǎo)教師缺乏和社團活動開展等方面的困境,但是過度地依賴NFL中國也使社團在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了經(jīng)費使用不明確,社團指導(dǎo)人員專業(yè)度低,進步慢,社團活動開展依賴性大,自主性差等不利因素。5四所高校開展了美式腰旗橄欖球運動課程,學(xué)生對于課程內(nèi)容和師資水平的滿意度較低,學(xué)校應(yīng)加強教材的編纂和師資的培養(yǎng),同時鼓勵更多有條件的高校開設(shè)美式腰旗橄欖球課程,解決課程開展的影響因素是美式腰旗橄欖球運動接下來在上海市高校的發(fā)展方向。6大學(xué)碗美式腰旗橄欖球比賽已逐漸成為具有品牌影響力高校比賽,學(xué)生參與熱情高,但也存在如比賽場地,規(guī)則多變,裁判員水平相對低下,賽會規(guī)程執(zhí)行不徹底,學(xué)校不承認比賽成績等亟待改善的缺點；上海市高校美式腰旗橄欖球比賽總體頻次較低,學(xué)校重視程度和師資,裁判因素是影響上海市高校校內(nèi)比賽舉辦的主要因素。
[Abstract]:American waist flag football has been developing rapidly in China since it was introduced into China in 2003. It has been favored by many young people and supported and approved by the education department. It is of great significance to promote the sense of honor and the image of school teaching organization.This study, by means of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, combines the existing conditions of Shanghai universities, Shanghai's unique regional cultural advantages, summarizes the experience of predecessors, and serves the American waist flag rugby in Shanghai colleges and universities. Based on the investigation results and the existing research results, this paper puts forward feasible strategies for the development of waist flag rugby in Shanghai colleges and universities to better play the role of waist flag rugby in promoting school sports and add new content to sunshine sports. For the sake of the popularity of the new sports, the significance and value of its development in Colleges and universities are mainly to enrich the contents of College sports, disseminate American sports culture, meet the growing diversified sports needs of students, and help them form lifelong sports awareness. At present, it is mainly carried out in the form of associations. Some young teachers have offered American waist flag Rugby courses in schools. Some schools have held in-school competitions centered on associations. All the universities surveyed participated in the National College Bowl Rugby League sponsored by NFL China. Some schools have already built standard American waist flag rugby courts. The venue factor is no longer the main factor restricting the development of American waist flag rugby in Shanghai colleges and universities. 3. Firstly, there is a strong interest in American waist flag rugby, and the teachers'level and enthusiasm are relatively low, which leads to the main contradiction of American waist flag rugby in Shanghai colleges and universities. Teachers' interest in American waist flag Rugby can not meet the growing expectation of students'understanding and prospects. The establishment and development of American waist flag football associations in Shanghai colleges and universities have been supported and influenced by NFL China. The early sponsorship helped the associations to get through the difficulties of funds, lack of instructors and the development of association activities. However, the excessive dependence on NFL China also made the associations emerge in the process of development. There are some unfavorable factors, such as unclear use of funds, low professional level of community instructors, slow progress, large dependence on community activities, poor autonomy and so on. More qualified colleges and universities are encouraged to offer American waist flag rugby courses, and the influencing factors are American waist flag rugby, which is the developing direction of Shanghai colleges and universities. There are many shortcomings such as the changeable rules, the relatively low level of referees, the incomplete execution of the rules of the games and the school's non-recognition of the results of the games, etc. The overall frequency of American waist flag football matches in Shanghai universities is low, the school attaches importance to the degree and teachers, and the referee factor is the main factor affecting the holding of the matches in Shanghai universities.
