【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),國(guó)家大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育,隨著《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的決定》的頒布和實(shí)施,我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育在辦學(xué)規(guī)模和招生人數(shù)上都有了很大的提升。體育資源作為高職院校中的重要資源,是體育教學(xué)順利進(jìn)行的物質(zhì)保證。但是,現(xiàn)階段高職院校體育資源的投入和建設(shè)卻存在嚴(yán)重的滯后,嚴(yán)重影響到高職院校體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)體育資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化發(fā)展很有必要,單純依靠政府的資金投入不能立即解決高職院校體育資源欠缺的問(wèn)題,高職院校應(yīng)該多從現(xiàn)有的體育資源開(kāi)發(fā)和利用上下功夫,用來(lái)提高各高職院校體育資源的互通力度,提高體育資源之間分配的合理性。通過(guò)提高高職院校體育資源的利用率,使高職院校有限的體育資源可以發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的功效,加速高職院校體育資源與社會(huì)的接軌,從而滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)對(duì)高職院校體育資源的種種需求,以推動(dòng)體育事業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究以石家莊市23所高職院校為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對(duì)石家莊市各高職院校的體育資源配置現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示:石家莊市高職院校在人力資源方面教師的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,運(yùn)動(dòng)技能等級(jí)較高,但是特長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目多為傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,一些新興的項(xiàng)目上的體育教師人數(shù)較少;資金資源上各高職院校多以學(xué)校撥款為主,存在著資金來(lái)源單一、資金短缺的窘境;場(chǎng)地器材資源上存在著種類(lèi)單一、數(shù)量少且開(kāi)發(fā)利用率不高的問(wèn)題;信息資源方面,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和學(xué)術(shù)交流是信息獲取的主要途徑,圖書(shū)館等資源更新滯后。對(duì)石家莊市高職院校的體育資源進(jìn)行必要的優(yōu)化配置,需加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍;加大對(duì)體育的投入,拓寬體育經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道;統(tǒng)籌開(kāi)發(fā)利用體育場(chǎng)地器材資源,提高場(chǎng)地器材資源的利用率;重視信息資源的建設(shè)。通過(guò)對(duì)石家莊市高職院校的體育資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而最使石家莊市高職院校體育資源利用效率最大化,促進(jìn)石家莊市高職院校體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the country has vigorously developed higher vocational education. With the promulgation and implementation of the decision of the State Council on speeding up the Development of Modern Vocational Education, The higher vocational education in our country has greatly improved in the scale of running a school and the number of students. As an important resource in higher vocational colleges, sports resources are the material guarantee for the smooth progress of physical education. However, there is a serious lag in the input and construction of sports resources in higher vocational colleges at this stage, which seriously affects the development of sports in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the development of sports resources. Relying solely on the investment of government funds cannot immediately solve the problem of lacking sports resources in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the development and utilization of existing sports resources. It is used to improve the mutual exchange of sports resources and the rationality of distribution of sports resources in higher vocational colleges. By improving the utilization rate of sports resources in higher vocational colleges, the limited sports resources in higher vocational colleges can play their due effects and accelerate the integration of sports resources with the society. In order to meet the needs of the society for the sports resources of higher vocational colleges, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of sports. This research takes 23 higher vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang as the research object, and makes a detailed investigation on the present situation of sports resources allocation in Shijiazhuang higher vocational colleges by using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics. The results show that the age structure and educational background structure of teachers in Shijiazhuang higher vocational colleges are reasonable, and the level of sports skills is higher, but most of the specialty items are traditional ones, and the number of PE teachers in some new items is relatively small. On the capital resources, the higher vocational colleges mostly use the allocation of funds, there is a single source of funds, the dilemma of the shortage of funds; the site and equipment resources have a single type, small quantity and low utilization rate of development; information resources, Internet and academic exchange are the main ways to obtain information, library and other resources are lagging behind. In order to optimize the sports resources of Shijiazhuang higher vocational colleges, we should strengthen the construction of teachers, optimize the teaching staff, increase the input in sports, widen the channels of sports funds, and develop and utilize the sports site and equipment resources as a whole. Improve the utilization rate of site equipment resources and attach importance to the construction of information resources. Through the optimization of sports resources in Shijiazhuang higher vocational colleges, the utilization efficiency of sports resources in Shijiazhuang vocational colleges is maximized, and the development of sports in Shijiazhuang higher vocational colleges is promoted.
