【摘要】：四川金強(qiáng)男子籃球隊(duì)是2013年剛升入CBA的新軍,對(duì)于登上更大舞臺(tái)的升班馬來說,新賽季面臨著各種各樣的問題。而俱樂部在球隊(duì)的第一賽季就花重金請(qǐng)來了呂曉明、前NBA球員哈達(dá)迪和在中國執(zhí)教比較成功的普拉達(dá)來增添球隊(duì)的硬實(shí)力。外界對(duì)此番做法的看法不禁把現(xiàn)在的四川金強(qiáng)籃球俱樂部比作了籃球界的“恒大”。但是花重金打造的豪華陣容卻在自己的首個(gè)CBA賽季當(dāng)中郁郁不得志,這使得俱樂部上下乃至外界球迷都感到十分失望。而廣州恒大足球隊(duì)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)的成功則給四川金強(qiáng)男子籃球俱樂部提供了非常多的研究和比對(duì)。文章重點(diǎn)在于分析“恒大模式”的內(nèi)涵,除了在花重金的基礎(chǔ)上,到底還有哪些地方是值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和探究的。研究采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法和問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法,通過計(jì)算機(jī)文獻(xiàn)檢索系統(tǒng),中國期刊網(wǎng),中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫等,充分搜集整理文獻(xiàn)資料的前提下,對(duì)關(guān)于中國職業(yè)籃球俱樂部的相關(guān)理論和研究進(jìn)行梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過分析“恒大模式”所產(chǎn)生的影響與其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)來說明四川金強(qiáng)男籃的發(fā)展模式以及走向,通過研究反映出問題所產(chǎn)生的本質(zhì)原因,深層次闡述“恒大模式”所在的足球領(lǐng)域與CBA籃球聯(lián)賽之間的橫向?qū)Ρ确治?在足球領(lǐng)域中提取出對(duì)籃球領(lǐng)域有利的共通點(diǎn),從而推動(dòng)四川金強(qiáng)籃球乃至中國籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)長期健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。文章通過對(duì)四川金強(qiáng)籃球俱樂部的現(xiàn)狀分析和廣州恒大足球俱樂部的研究分析,通過對(duì)“恒大模式”的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,結(jié)合四川地區(qū)當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際情況和特色,提出適合四川金強(qiáng)籃球俱樂部發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。本研究的成果,將對(duì)四川金強(qiáng)籃球俱樂部的發(fā)展,為我國其他地區(qū)的籃球俱樂部提供理論指導(dǎo)與實(shí)踐參考。從而更好的探尋一條適合四川特色的籃球發(fā)展道路,為組織模式的優(yōu)化配置以及實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),規(guī)范四川競技體育市場,培育四川體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性循環(huán),豐富群眾的文體生活等。
[Abstract]:The Sichuan Jinqiang men's basketball team is the new army that just entered the CBA in 2013, for the promotion of the bigger stage, the new season faces a variety of problems. And the club spent a lot of money in the first season of the team invited Lu Xiaoming, former NBA player Hadadi and more successful in China Prada to add to the team's hard power. Outside view of this practice can not help but to the current Sichuan Jinqiang basketball club compared to the basketball world, "Evergrande." But the huge amount of money that has been spent on the luxury lineup has been disappointing for the club as well as outside fans during its first CBA season. The success of Guangzhou Evergrande Football team in a short period of time provides a lot of research and comparison for Sichuan Jinqiang Men's Basketball Club. The article focuses on analyzing the connotation of "Evergrande Model", which is worth studying and exploring on the basis of heavy expenditure. The research adopts the methods of literature data, logical analysis and questionnaire investigation, expert interview, computer literature retrieval system, Chinese periodical network, database of Chinese sci-tech periodicals and so on, under the premise of fully collecting and arranging the literature data. On the basis of analyzing the influence of the "Evergrande Model" and its advantages and disadvantages, this paper explains the development model and trend of Sichuan Jinqiang Men's Basketball team. Through the study to reflect the essential reasons of the problem, the horizontal comparative analysis between the soccer field in which the "Evergrande Model" is located and the CBA Basketball League is expounded in order to extract the common points that are beneficial to the basketball field in the football field. Thus promoting the long-term healthy and stable development of Sichuan Jinqiang basketball and even Chinese basketball. Through the analysis of the present situation of Jinqiang basketball club in Sichuan and the research and analysis of Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club, through the study and study of Evergrande Model, the article combines the local conditions and characteristics of Sichuan. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Sichuan Jinqiang basketball club are put forward. The results of this study will provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of Sichuan Jinqiang basketball club. In order to better explore a suitable basketball development road with Sichuan characteristics, lay a solid foundation for optimizing the allocation of organization mode and realizing the strategy of sustainable development, standardize the sports market in Sichuan, cultivate the virtuous circle of the sports industry in Sichuan. Enrich the literary and cultural life of the masses, etc.
