一次性有氧運(yùn)動對中高度近視女大學(xué)生眼壓的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:運(yùn)動是調(diào)節(jié)眼壓的健康可行的方法,本研究監(jiān)測不同屈光度人群運(yùn)動前后眼壓變化規(guī)律,分析有氧運(yùn)動對降低眼壓的效果,為近視人群健康運(yùn)動提供理論依據(jù),期望為探索近視人群眼壓調(diào)節(jié)提供研究資料。研究方法:來自北京體育大學(xué)111名非運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練專業(yè)在校女大學(xué)生,按近視程度分為非近視組(-0.5D≤SE+0.5D)、中度近視組(-6.0DSE≤-3.0D)和高度近視組(-9.0DSE≤-6.0D),按照最大心率百分比進(jìn)行低(52%-63%HRmax)、中(64%-75%HRmax)、高(76%-87%HRmax)三個強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動,記錄運(yùn)動過程中及運(yùn)動后恢復(fù)期眼壓、血壓及心率變化過程。使用spss18.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。研究結(jié)果:(1)非近視組基礎(chǔ)眼壓值顯著低于中度近視組(P0.05)和高度近視組(P0.01)。(2)低強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動運(yùn)動期眼壓變化不顯著,運(yùn)動后2h眼壓顯著降低;中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動運(yùn)動期和恢復(fù)期眼壓均顯著降低;高強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動5min可見眼壓即刻下降,且運(yùn)動期眼壓可維持較低趨勢,恢復(fù)期中高度近視組眼壓明顯低于基線眼壓值,非近視組眼壓變化不顯著。(3)非近視組和中度近視組運(yùn)動后恢復(fù)期眼壓顯著恢復(fù)趨勢,高度近視組恢復(fù)期眼壓顯著低于基線眼壓值。(4)眼壓與收縮壓相關(guān)性不明顯;眼壓與舒張壓相關(guān)性不明顯;非近視、中高近視眼眼壓與眼平均灌注壓低度相關(guān);眼壓與心率相關(guān)性不顯著。研究結(jié)論:有氧運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度為最大心率的64%-75%時,非近視和中度近視組眼壓下降明顯;高度近視眼壓調(diào)節(jié)的運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度高于非近視和中度近視組。30min中高強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動引起的眼壓下降可維持2h以上。
