【摘要】：專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案是高等學(xué)校實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和基本規(guī)格的總體設(shè)計(jì)藍(lán)圖,是學(xué)校對(duì)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控和評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)性文件,是學(xué)校組織一切教學(xué)活動(dòng)和從事教學(xué)管理的主要依據(jù)。培養(yǎng)方案是否科學(xué)合理,直接關(guān)系到人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量的高低,關(guān)系到高校各種教育資源的有效利用和學(xué)科建設(shè)與發(fā)展。山東體育學(xué)院社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)(社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理以下簡(jiǎn)稱為社會(huì)體育)從2000年開(kāi)始設(shè)置并于次年開(kāi)始招生,是山東省屬體育院系中第一個(gè)開(kāi)設(shè)此專業(yè)的高校,目前已經(jīng)有12屆畢業(yè)生。社會(huì)體育專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案從2000年到現(xiàn)在,分別在2010年和2013年做出修訂完善,主要是對(duì)專業(yè)課程、人才培養(yǎng)模式做了些微調(diào)。十幾年來(lái),山東省的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的變化,而且最近幾年社會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)體育專業(yè)人才規(guī)格和質(zhì)量的需求與以前迥異。所以,對(duì)培養(yǎng)人才藍(lán)圖的專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案做出適時(shí)修訂、優(yōu)化是非常重要和必要的。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料、訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)山東體育學(xué)院社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案(2013)的研究,得出如下結(jié)論:從山東體育學(xué)院社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)的調(diào)查研究來(lái)看,該專業(yè)存在著目標(biāo)趨同與虛設(shè),目標(biāo)錯(cuò)位等問(wèn)題。其在培養(yǎng)模式上存在著途徑單一封閉的現(xiàn)象。其在課程設(shè)置受傳統(tǒng)專業(yè)的影響,存在著選修與必修比例不合理的問(wèn)題。在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)中,存在著形式化、分散化的問(wèn)題。未來(lái)改革的方向是開(kāi)放人才培養(yǎng)途徑,細(xì)化專業(yè)方向,以靈活多樣的教學(xué)方式培養(yǎng)素質(zhì)全面的學(xué)生。從課程、實(shí)踐、論文等多方面嚴(yán)格管理,與此同時(shí),建立實(shí)習(xí)基礎(chǔ),提高實(shí)踐能力是改革的重要方向。
[Abstract]:The program of professional training is the overall design blueprint for colleges and universities to achieve the goal and basic specifications of personnel training, and is the basic document for the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities. It is the main basis for the school to organize all teaching activities and engage in teaching management. Whether the training scheme is scientific or reasonable is directly related to the quality of talent training, the effective utilization of various educational resources in colleges and universities, and the construction and development of disciplines. The major of social sports guidance and management in Shandong Institute of physical Education (hereinafter referred to as social sports) was set up in 2000 and started to recruit students the following year. There are now 12 graduates. From 2000 to now, the training scheme of social sports major was revised and perfected in 2010 and 2013 respectively, which mainly made some fine adjustments to the professional curriculum and talent training model. In the past ten years, great changes have taken place in the development of social economy in Shandong Province, and the demand for the specification and quality of social sports professionals in recent years is quite different from that before. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to revise and optimize the professional training plan. This study adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, through the research of the social sports guidance and management program of Shandong Institute of physical Education (2013). The conclusions are as follows: from the investigation and study of the major of social sports guidance and management in Shandong Institute of physical Education, there are some problems in the specialty, such as the convergence and hypocrisy of goals, the dislocation of objectives, and so on. There is a single closed way in the culture mode. Due to the influence of traditional majors, there is an unreasonable ratio between elective and compulsory courses. In practice, there are problems of formalization and decentralization. The direction of reform in the future is to open the way of talent training, to refine the direction of specialty, and to cultivate students with all-round quality by flexible and diverse teaching methods. At the same time, it is an important direction of reform to establish the practice foundation and improve the practical ability.
