泰州市大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康現(xiàn)狀分析與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:“少年強(qiáng)則國強(qiáng)”,青少年體質(zhì)健康是“少年強(qiáng)”乃至“國強(qiáng)”的基礎(chǔ)和底線。健康的體魄是一個(gè)民族健康素質(zhì)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),有了健康的體質(zhì),則奠定了一切發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。自2007年教育部制定《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》全面實(shí)施以來經(jīng)調(diào)查研究近幾年我國大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況不容樂觀,為了了解大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)形式,采取切實(shí)可行的方法提高大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平,已成為我國迫切需要解決的問題。本研究為了了解泰州市大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況和泰州市高校《學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的實(shí)施效果,本文以泰州市六所高校的1200名一年級(jí)與二年級(jí)學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法、測(cè)試法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,并以此測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)綜合分析、評(píng)定泰州市高校學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康現(xiàn)狀,并抽取600名學(xué)生與60名教師為研究對(duì)象通過問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)影響泰州市高校學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的因素進(jìn)行分析,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)泰州市大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況不樂觀,與江蘇省要求的及格有一定的差距,大學(xué)二年級(jí)的學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況好于一年級(jí)學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況,但是沒有顯著性提高。(2)泰州市大學(xué)生的肥胖率較高,且男生的肥胖率高于女生。泰州市大學(xué)生二年級(jí)男生的體重明顯高于一年級(jí)時(shí)的體重,且有顯著性提高,女生的體重沒有顯著性變化。(3)泰州市大學(xué)生肺活量和肺活量指數(shù)水平處于一般狀況,與江蘇省肺活量與肺活量指數(shù)的平均水平有一定的差距,但是差距不大,泰州市女生的平均肺活量和肺活量指數(shù)高于男生的肺活量和肺活量指數(shù),二年級(jí)學(xué)生的平均肺活量與肺活量指數(shù)成績好于一年級(jí)的成績。(4)泰州市大學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)水平處于江蘇省中等水平,尤其是速度、力量和耐力素質(zhì)。男生的下肢力量明顯好于女生的下肢力量,泰州市大學(xué)生的上肢力量較差,尤其是男生的引體向上的成績。女生的坐位體前屈成績明顯好于男生的成績,男生的耐力素質(zhì)要好于女生的耐力素質(zhì),二年級(jí)的速度與耐力素質(zhì)有所提高,且有顯著性差異。(5)影響泰州市大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的主要因素為:泰州市大學(xué)生對(duì)于體質(zhì)測(cè)試的態(tài)度不積極;缺乏體質(zhì)健康知識(shí),沒有明確認(rèn)識(shí)到體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試的重要性;缺乏良好的生活、飲食習(xí)慣與作息規(guī)律;學(xué)校體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量實(shí)效性較差與學(xué)生嚴(yán)重缺乏課外體育鍛煉意識(shí)。(6)針對(duì)泰州市大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況與研究結(jié)果提出以下建議:學(xué)校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康知識(shí)宣傳;加強(qiáng)學(xué)生生活、飲食習(xí)慣與作息規(guī)律的干預(yù);改善學(xué)校體育硬件設(shè)施,提高場地利用率;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校體育社團(tuán)與運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的組織與管理;積極推進(jìn)學(xué)校體育改革,優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容與授課方式;完善學(xué)校課外體育鍛煉制度體系。
[Abstract]:The health of young people is the basis and bottom line of "strong youth" and "national strength". Healthy physique is the material basis of a national health quality. With healthy physique, it lays the foundation for all development. Since the Ministry of education formulated the national standard for physical health of students in 2007, it has been investigated. In recent years, the physical health of college students in China is not optimistic. In order to understand the physical health status of college students and the dynamic form of development, it has become an urgent problem to take practical methods to improve the health level of college students. This study is to understand the physical health status of College students in Taizhou and to understand the health status of college students. The implementation effect of the physical health standard of students in Taizhou university is based on the physical health test data of 1200 first grade and two grade students in six universities in Taizhou. The methods of questionnaire, test, mathematical statistics and so on are used to evaluate the physical fitness of college students in Taizhou. 600 students and 60 teachers were selected as the subjects to analyze the factors affecting the physical health of college students in Taizhou. The results showed that: (1) the physical health of the college students in Taizhou was not optimistic, and there was a certain gap between the passing of Jiangsu province and the physical health of the second grade students in the University. The condition is better than the physical health of the first grade students, but there is no significant improvement. (2) the obesity rate of Taizhou university students is higher, and the obesity rate of boys is higher than that of the girls. The weight of the two grade boys in grade two is obviously higher than that in the first grade, and the weight of the girls is significantly higher, and there is no significant change in the weight of the girls. (3) Taizhou City The level of vital capacity and vital capacity index of college students is in general condition. There is a gap between the average level of vital capacity and vital capacity index in Jiangsu Province, but the gap is not large. The average vital capacity and vital capacity index of the girls in Taizhou are higher than that of the boys' vital capacity and vital capacity index, and the average vital capacity and the vital capacity index of the grade two students The results are better than the grades in the first grade. (4) the physical quality level of Taizhou university students is in the middle level of Jiangsu Province, especially the speed, strength and endurance quality. The lower limb strength of the boys is better than the lower limb strength of the girls. The upper limb strength of the college students in Taizhou is poor, especially the upwards achievement of the male students. The performance of the boys is better than that of the boys. The endurance quality of the boys is better than the endurance quality of the girls. The speed and endurance quality of the grade two are improved, and there are significant differences. (5) the main factors affecting the physical health of the college students in Taizhou are: the attitude of the college students in Taizhou is not positive and the physical health knowledge is lacking. Clearly recognize the importance of physical health testing, lack of good life, eating habits and practice, poor quality of the quality of school physical education and the students' serious lack of extracurricular physical exercise consciousness. (6) the following suggestions are made for the physical health and research results of Taizhou university students: the school strengthens the students' physical health knowledge. Publicity; strengthening the intervention of students' life, eating habits and law and interest rules; improving the school sports hardware facilities, improving the utilization rate of the site; strengthening the organization and management of the school sports associations and sports teams; actively promoting the school sports reform, optimizing the teaching content and teaching methods; and finishing the system of extracurricular physical exercise in the good schools.
