功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)舞蹈啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員平衡能力影響的研究
[Abstract]:Functional training is a systematic multi-dimensional training for athletes, this training pays attention to the stimulation of every joint of the athletes and coordinates the participation of each joint of the body. Functional training can improve the muscle control strength and balance of athletes and avoid the injury caused by single joint training in traditional training. Dance cheerleading is a special sport composed of dance movements, transitional connections, lifting coordination and various difficulties of related events, to present the athletes' high level of difficult skills. Dance cheerleading requires athletes' physical sports ability, and the requirement of athletes' balance ability is very strict. In the selection of dance cheerleading athletes, the athletes' balance ability is often regarded as one of the important indicators. Coaches need scientific and effective training methods to do dance and cheerleading training for athletes. Functional training is a relatively advanced training method in current competitive sports training. Infiltrating the innovative sports training concept into the dance cheerleading training system, combining the dance cheerleading to have the strength control of the movement, the speed orientation of the movement, and the special characteristics of the softness and tenderness of the movement. Then through the literature inquiry and the expert interview information collation, from the shoulder joint control training angle, the core trunk stability training angle, the hip joint flexibility training angle and the knee joint cushioning training angle, respectively, the shoulder joint control training angle, the core trunk stability training angle, the hip joint flexibility training angle and the knee joint cushioning training angle, From the angle of ankle joint support training, the experimental contents of dance cheerleading training are designed in five aspects, and there are 24 kinds of specific training methods. In this paper, 14 athletes of Shandong normal University with unlimited vitality and cheerleading team are given the experimental contents of the dance cheerleading function training. Before the experiment, the athletes were tested with basic balance test and special balance test. After the functional training, the basic balance ability and the special balance ability of the athletes were tested again. Through the analysis of the basic balance of athletes and the test data of special balance before and after the experiment, Summary of the following conclusions: 1.The basic balance ability of dance cheerleading athletes was tested on the basis of the duration of one-foot closed eyes and full soles, and the balance ability of 14 dance cheerleading athletes was tested after the dance cheerleading function training involved in the experiment. With different degrees of improvement, functional training has a positive impact on the basic balance ability of athletes. 2 the content of the test on the special balance ability of dance and cheerleading is divided into three parts: jumping, turning and rolling, 60 seconds high five push-ups and left. The balance of the right lap is 5 seconds each. The results of the three are added up as the total test results of the special balance ability of the dance cheerleaders, and the special balance ability of the athletes before and after the functional training experiment is improved. The dance cheerleading function training has the promotion effect to the athlete's special balance.
