16周TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練對技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心區(qū)能力的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:本文引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)的體能訓(xùn)練方法——TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練法,目的是通過TRX懸吊實(shí)驗(yàn)探索該方法對技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心能力的影響;探討提高技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心能力的方法和途徑,望能開發(fā)技巧啦啦操項(xiàng)目訓(xùn)練的新思路。研究方法:本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及實(shí)驗(yàn)法,著重就開展TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練對技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心能力的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。以北京體育大學(xué)技巧啦啦操校代表隊(duì)的20名運(yùn)動(dòng)員為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,將運(yùn)動(dòng)員分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,該實(shí)驗(yàn)研究16周,通過各組對比,得出數(shù)據(jù)并分析。研究結(jié)果:1.實(shí)驗(yàn)組的進(jìn)步幅度比對照組進(jìn)步幅度大,在實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組差值的t檢驗(yàn)所得,核心能力所測的七項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均有顯著差異(P0.01),測試成績明顯提高。2.實(shí)驗(yàn)組其核心能力在實(shí)驗(yàn)后獲得明顯提升,特別在核心體側(cè)肌群控制力方面提升更大,則平均提升了46.37%和46.44%,其中伸肌耐力、屈肌動(dòng)態(tài)耐力和軀干控制力,在總體的提升幅度上,則超過35%,可見,在效果上非常顯著。研究結(jié)論:1.TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練以“核心力量訓(xùn)練”作為指導(dǎo)理論,該訓(xùn)練方法能有效提升技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員的核心能力。通過對兩組受試者進(jìn)行比較分析得知,在核心能力的提高幅度方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)組顯然比對照組幅度大。采取TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練法,有助于提升技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體核心區(qū)域肌群能力,特別在體側(cè)控制力方面的提升最為明顯。2.TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練法以核心力量訓(xùn)練作為指導(dǎo)理論,對技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員難度動(dòng)作組合成績的提高有了較明顯的效果。核心力量增強(qiáng),使他們在做托舉、金字塔和拋接等難度動(dòng)作時(shí)能保持更好的穩(wěn)定性與控制力,提高動(dòng)作的質(zhì)量,完成分也相繼提高,使整體的表現(xiàn)力也得到了提高。3.本次實(shí)驗(yàn)選取的TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練的具體動(dòng)作,是以“核心力量訓(xùn)練”為理論指導(dǎo)的,經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,這些動(dòng)作對技巧啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心能力的提高是十分有效的,適合技巧啦啦操項(xiàng)目的日常訓(xùn)練。4.TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練作為新型訓(xùn)練法,在訓(xùn)練方法上呈多樣性,且訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容非常豐富,較適合技巧啦啦這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。通過對北京體育大學(xué)技巧啦啦操校代表隊(duì)的20名運(yùn)動(dòng)員16周的訓(xùn)練,而實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以論證的是:采用核心力量訓(xùn)練作為理論指導(dǎo),TRX懸吊訓(xùn)練法訓(xùn)練適合應(yīng)用于今后的技巧啦啦隊(duì)訓(xùn)練中,有助于使得運(yùn)動(dòng)員變得更為強(qiáng)壯,并能提升其運(yùn)動(dòng)方面的能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to introduce the advanced physical training method of foreign countries - TRX suspension training method. The purpose is to explore the influence of this method on the core competence of the skill cheerleading athletes through the TRX suspension experiment, and to explore the methods and ways to improve the core ability of the skill cheerleading athletes, and to develop a new train of thought for the training of the skill cheerleading. Methods: using the literature, interview, mathematical statistics and experimental methods, this paper focuses on the experiment on the influence of the TRX suspension training on the core competence of the skill cheerleading athletes. 20 athletes of the representative team of the Beijing Sport University's cheerleading school are divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental study 16 weeks, through the comparison of each group, get the data and analyze the results: the progress of the 1. experimental group is more advanced than the control group. After the t test of the difference between the experimental group and the control group, the seven indexes of the core competence are significantly different (P0.01). The test results obviously improve the core ability of the.2. experimental group. A significant improvement was achieved, especially in the control of the lateral muscle group of the core. The average increase of 46.37% and 46.44%, including extensor endurance, flexor dynamic endurance and trunk control, was more than 35% in the overall elevation. It was obvious in effect. Conclusion: 1.TRX suspension training is "core strength training". "As a guiding theory, this training method can effectively improve the core competence of the skill cheerleading athletes. Through the comparison and analysis of two groups of subjects, the experimental group is obviously larger than the control group. The TRX suspension training method helps to improve the core area of the skill cheerleading athletes." The strength of the muscle group, especially in the side control of the body side, is the most obvious.2.TRX suspension training method with core strength training as the guiding theory. It has a more obvious effect on the improvement of the difficulty movement combination of the skill cheerleading players. The core strength is enhanced to keep them more difficult when they do the lifting, the Pyramid and the throwing. The good stability and control, the improvement of the quality of the movement and the improvement of the completion points, the overall expressive force is also improved by the TRX suspension training selected by the.3. experiment, which is guided by the theory of "core strength training".
