【摘要】：定向運(yùn)動(dòng)源于瑞典,雖然它具有100多年的歷史,但定向運(yùn)動(dòng)在30年前才進(jìn)入中國(guó),卻得到了快速的成長(zhǎng)。定向運(yùn)動(dòng)具有其獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn)：它是一項(xiàng)不分年紀(jì)、不分男女的體育項(xiàng)目；在邊跑邊讀圖的過(guò)程中可以充分鍛煉人的大腦思維方式、思考能力和隨機(jī)應(yīng)變的能力。福建省關(guān)于定向運(yùn)動(dòng)的科研文獻(xiàn)較于其他體育項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)偏少切層次較低。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等多種科學(xué)研究方法,以福建省開展定向運(yùn)動(dòng)課程的高校和參加2014年福建省第15屆運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)(大學(xué)生部)定向比賽的高校為研究對(duì)象,分析福建省高校定向運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)福建省這十幾所高校定向運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展?fàn)顩r研究,了解它們?cè)诙ㄏ蜻\(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練、競(jìng)賽等方面開展情況。爭(zhēng)取對(duì)福建省高校定向運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練作出相對(duì)客觀的分析與評(píng)價(jià),找出制約福建省高校開展定向運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練的因素,并提出相對(duì)有效的對(duì)策,為福建省高校定向運(yùn)動(dòng)課程的開展提供理論支持。本研究對(duì)促進(jìn)福建省高校全面推廣定向運(yùn)動(dòng)課程,全面增強(qiáng)學(xué)生身心素質(zhì)具有實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Orienteering originated in Sweden. Although it has a history of more than 100 years, orienteering entered China only 30 years ago and has grown rapidly. Orienteering has its unique characteristics: it is a sport of no age, no distinction between men and women, and can fully exercise the way of thinking, the ability to think and the ability to adapt to the situation in the process of reading pictures while running. The scientific research literature on orienteering in Fujian Province is lower than other sports. This paper adopts many scientific research methods, such as literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey and so on. The present situation of orienteering in colleges and universities in Fujian Province was analyzed by taking the colleges and universities that took part in the orienteering competition of the 15th Fujian Provincial Games (the Department of College students) in 2014 as the research objects, and analyzed the current situation of orienteering in Fujian Province. Through the research on the development of orienteering in more than a dozen colleges and universities in Fujian Province, we can find out the situation of orienteering in teaching, training, competition and so on. This paper tries to make a relatively objective analysis and evaluation on the teaching and training of orienteering in colleges and universities in Fujian Province, finds out the factors restricting the teaching and training of orienteering in colleges and universities in Fujian Province, and puts forward some relatively effective countermeasures. To provide theoretical support for the development of orienteering courses in colleges and universities in Fujian Province. This study is of practical value for promoting the promotion of orienteering courses and enhancing students' physical and mental quality in colleges and universities in Fujian Province.
