【摘要】：眾籌是大眾依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)籌資的一種方式,眾籌模式不失為體育場(chǎng)館融通資金、加速場(chǎng)館產(chǎn)權(quán)交易、盤活場(chǎng)館資產(chǎn)、分散經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有益嘗試。體育場(chǎng)館眾籌類型分為線上和線下兩種,體育場(chǎng)館眾籌模式的選擇要基于體育場(chǎng)館的特點(diǎn)。我國(guó)體育場(chǎng)館實(shí)施眾籌模式,應(yīng)增強(qiáng)體育場(chǎng)館眾籌項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人的創(chuàng)新意識(shí),優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容和回報(bào)形式設(shè)計(jì);健全體育場(chǎng)館眾籌項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作機(jī)制,防范體育場(chǎng)館眾籌項(xiàng)目法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn);完善體育場(chǎng)館眾籌平臺(tái)信息披露制度,規(guī)避項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人和領(lǐng)投人的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn);營(yíng)造體育場(chǎng)館眾籌項(xiàng)目獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,提升項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)水平。
[Abstract]:crowdfunding is a way for the public to rely on the internet platform to raise funds . The crowdfunding model will not lose the financing of the sports venues , speed up the venue property rights transaction , increase the venue assets and disperse the operational risk . The public financing modes of the sports venues are divided into two types : line and offline . The sports venues are designed to raise the innovative awareness of the sponsors , optimize the project content and reward form design ; improve the public financing platform information disclosure system of the sports venues , avoid the moral hazard of the project sponsors and the people ; and establish the internal and external environment of the competitive advantage of the sports venue crowdfunding projects and improve the project operation level .
