北京市商業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:體育課程作為基礎(chǔ)課程要想在我國(guó)教育高速發(fā)展的階段中生存、發(fā)展就必須改革創(chuàng)新。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校有著自身特點(diǎn),體育課要結(jié)合專業(yè)與課程的特點(diǎn),開(kāi)拓思路,進(jìn)行改革。《大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定》以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,學(xué)生畢業(yè)后直接面向社會(huì),他們不能光有良好的技能,更重要的是要良好的身體。北京市商業(yè)學(xué)校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“商校”)作為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,一直走在改革前沿。學(xué)前教育專業(yè)特點(diǎn)鮮明,將其專業(yè)體育課作為首批基礎(chǔ)課程改革內(nèi)容,2012年,商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革正式開(kāi)始。教學(xué)內(nèi)容加入基本體操、健美操、幼兒體育活動(dòng)游戲等等。學(xué)生入校第一年,以基本體操為主,球類練習(xí)為輔;第二年學(xué)習(xí)幼兒健美操,幼兒啦啦操;第三年重點(diǎn)為幼兒體育活動(dòng)游戲的設(shè)計(jì),幼兒身體素質(zhì)的鍛煉;第四年走入工作崗位,聽(tīng)取反饋。這些內(nèi)容的改革真正打破了傳統(tǒng)體育的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,做到了與其專業(yè)相結(jié)合。至今,商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的改革已初步完成,建立了簡(jiǎn)單的教學(xué)內(nèi)容模板。本文以北京市商業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生及部分教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革為研究對(duì)象。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等研究方法對(duì)商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)商校在學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革過(guò)程中取得的成績(jī),找出商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革中存在的問(wèn)題,并客觀的提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,讓其沿著科學(xué)、合理的方向前進(jìn)。通過(guò)對(duì)商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的調(diào)查分析得出以下結(jié)論:1、商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容打破傳統(tǒng)的體育課程內(nèi)容的模式,做到了與專業(yè)相結(jié)合。2、商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的改革配合相應(yīng)的教學(xué)組織形式,提高了學(xué)生對(duì)體育的理解,對(duì)專業(yè)的熱愛(ài),提高了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,對(duì)技能的掌握,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生“終身體育”意識(shí)。3、課改后,課上內(nèi)容與課下內(nèi)容的有機(jī)結(jié)合可以更好的提高學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣。校本教材的編寫(xiě)是對(duì)商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)體育教學(xué)改革的科學(xué)總結(jié),對(duì)改革起著積極的作用。4、商校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)每班人數(shù)較多,在練習(xí)上會(huì)有一定的影響。同時(shí),體育教師的短缺、工作量過(guò)大、薪酬待遇相對(duì)較低、上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)于體育課的重視程度也是影響商校體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的重要因素。學(xué)校場(chǎng)地、器材的缺乏也是制約商校體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。5、對(duì)策:優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法,拓展課程內(nèi)容,突出內(nèi)容的實(shí)效性;加強(qiáng)課外體育活動(dòng)的組織與管理,構(gòu)建課上課下一體化模式;激發(fā)體育教師課程內(nèi)容改革的積極性;增加體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的宣傳;做到場(chǎng)地的優(yōu)化,器材的更新與升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:In order to survive in the period of high speed development of education in China, the development of PE curriculum, as a basic course, must be reformed and innovated. Secondary vocational schools have their own characteristics. Physical education should combine the characteristics of major and curriculum, open up ideas and carry out reforms. The decision of vigorously developing vocational education is employment-oriented, and students directly face the society after graduation. They can't just have good skills, more importantly, good health. Beijing Commercial School (hereinafter referred to as "Commercial School") as the national key secondary vocational schools, has been in the forefront of reform. The specialty of preschool education is distinctive and its PE course is regarded as the first batch of basic curriculum reform. In 2012, the reform of physical education content of pre-school education in commercial school began formally. Basic gymnastics, aerobics, children's sports games and so on. In the first year of school, the students mainly take the basic gymnastics as the main part, the ball game exercises as the supplement; the second year studies the young child aerobics, the child cheerleading; the third year focuses on the children sports activity game design, the child body quality exercises; Go to work in the fourth year and listen to feedback. The reform of these contents has really broken the teaching content of traditional physical education and has been combined with its specialty. Up to now, the reform of physical education content of preschool education major in business school has been preliminarily completed, and a simple teaching content template has been established. This paper takes the students and some teachers of preschool education major in Beijing business school as the object of investigation, and takes the reform of physical education content of preschool education major in business school as the research object. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates and studies the present situation of the reform of physical education teaching content in preschool education major in commercial schools. This paper summarizes the achievements in the reform of PE teaching content in preschool education major, finds out the problems existing in the reform of PE teaching content in preschool education major, and objectively puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to make them follow the science. Move in a reasonable direction. Through the investigation and analysis of the reform of the PE teaching content of the preschool education major in the commercial school, the following conclusions are drawn: the PE teaching content of the preschool education major in the commercial school breaks the mode of the traditional physical education curriculum content, Combining with specialty. 2, the reform of PE teaching content of preschool education major in business school is combined with the corresponding teaching organization form, which improves the students' understanding of physical education, their love of specialty, their interest in learning, their mastery of skills, and so on. After the course reform, the organic combination of the content of the class and the content of the class can better improve the students' physical quality and sports interest. The compilation of school-based textbooks is a scientific summary of the PE teaching reform of preschool education major in commercial schools, which plays an active role in the reform. The number of students in each class of pre-school education major in commercial schools is large, which will have a certain influence on the practice. At the same time, the shortage of physical education teachers, excessive workload, relatively low salary, and the degree of attention paid to physical education by superior leaders are also the important factors that affect the reform of the content of physical education teaching in commercial schools. The lack of school venues and equipment is also the key factor that restricts the reform and development of sports teaching contents in commercial schools. The countermeasures are: optimizing teaching methods, expanding curriculum contents, emphasizing the effectiveness of contents, strengthening the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities, To construct the integrated mode under class; to stimulate the enthusiasm of physical education teachers' curriculum content reform; to increase the propaganda of physical education content reform; to optimize the venue; to update and upgrade the equipment.
