【摘要】：中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽自1996年創(chuàng)辦伊始,就采用主客場(chǎng)賽制進(jìn)行比賽,如今已經(jīng)走過(guò)了二十個(gè)年頭。2016年,隨著新一任聯(lián)賽商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)合作伙伴的產(chǎn)生、隨著中國(guó)女排奪得2016年里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)冠軍,中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽的職業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程也迎來(lái)了前所未有的良機(jī)。面對(duì)新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)、面對(duì)正在醞釀中的“中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽俱樂(lè)部準(zhǔn)入制”,本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專(zhuān)家訪談、邏輯分析及個(gè)案研究等方法,對(duì)2005-2006至2015-2016賽季間11屆中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽參賽俱樂(lè)部主場(chǎng)選擇情況和影響因素展開(kāi)研究分析,一方面豐富我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽學(xué)理論、填補(bǔ)此類(lèi)研究極其稀少的空白,另一方面總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足,為中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽組委會(huì)更好地實(shí)施改革、各參賽俱樂(lè)部更周全地選擇主場(chǎng)以及有意申辦聯(lián)賽主場(chǎng)的城市提供參考依據(jù),從而更好地推動(dòng)中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽健康、有序發(fā)展。研究表明:(1)一支俱樂(lè)部的主場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定與否與其成績(jī)優(yōu)異與否之間存在一定關(guān)聯(lián),但并沒(méi)有成正比或反比的直接關(guān)系,主要取決于當(dāng)?shù)卣块T(mén)和排球管理部門(mén)的支持與投入。(2)中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽俱樂(lè)部主場(chǎng)城市的特點(diǎn)是分布范圍廣、變化頻率高、穩(wěn)定性弱,缺少城市發(fā)展水平較高且變更較少的主場(chǎng)城市。(3)中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽俱樂(lè)部主場(chǎng)場(chǎng)館的特點(diǎn)也是分布范圍廣、變化頻率高、穩(wěn)定性弱;此外,使用學(xué)校體育館作為主場(chǎng)場(chǎng)館是中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽有別于足球、籃球項(xiàng)目聯(lián)賽的一大特色。(4)影響中國(guó)排球聯(lián)賽俱樂(lè)部進(jìn)行主場(chǎng)選擇的因素包括7項(xiàng)一級(jí)因素和38項(xiàng)二級(jí)因素;在一級(jí)因素中,當(dāng)?shù)卣块T(mén)的支持是核心,贊助商及企業(yè)投入是關(guān)鍵,俱樂(lè)部自身情況是根本,比賽場(chǎng)館相關(guān)條件是前提,城市發(fā)展水平是保障,社會(huì)資源、關(guān)系及人脈是主導(dǎo),當(dāng)?shù)厝罕婓w育開(kāi)展情況是基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The China Volleyball League has been playing on the home and away game system since its inception in 1996. Now it has gone through 20 years. In 2016, with the emergence of a new league business and operation partner, With China's women's volleyball team winning the 2016 Rio Olympics title, the professional development of the Chinese volleyball league has also ushered in an unprecedented opportunity. In the face of the new development situation and the "entry system of China Volleyball League Club", this study applies the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, logical analysis and case study. From 2005-2006 to 2015-2016, the author makes a study on the selection of home games and the influencing factors of 11 Chinese volleyball league clubs. On the one hand, it enriches the theory of sports competition in our country and fills in the very rare blank of this kind of research. On the other hand, summing up the experience and deficiency, it provides a reference basis for the organizing committee of China Volleyball League to implement the reform better, the participating clubs to select the home ground more thoroughly and the cities that are interested in bidding for the home place of the league. In order to better promote the Chinese volleyball league, healthy and orderly development. The results show that: (1) there is a certain correlation between the stability of a club's home floor and its performance, but there is no direct relationship between them. It mainly depends on the support and input of local government departments and volleyball management departments. (2) the characteristics of the home city of China Volleyball League Club are wide distribution, high frequency of change and weak stability. Lack of host cities with higher level of urban development and less change. (3) China Volleyball League Club's home venues are also characterized by wide distribution, high frequency of change and weak stability. The use of school gymnasium as the home venue is different from football in Chinese volleyball league. (4) the factors that affect the selection of Chinese volleyball league clubs include 7 first-grade factors and 38 second-level factors; Among the first-level factors, the support of local government departments is the core, the sponsors and enterprise input is the key, the club itself is fundamental, the relevant conditions of the competition venues are the premise, the level of urban development is the guarantee, and the social resources. The relation and the person connection is the leading, the local populace sports development situation is the foundation.
