【摘要】：目的:腦電圖主要反應(yīng)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育情況,而神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育是速度素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)。本論文旨在研究正常青少年兒童隨年齡增長的腦電發(fā)育特征,分析其與速度發(fā)展的關(guān)系,以期找到利用腦電圖特征來預(yù)測速度的可能方法。方法:研究對(duì)象為四川省廣元市620名6-16歲中小學(xué)生,采用Nation9128W數(shù)字化腦電圖儀測試其安靜閉目清醒狀態(tài)下腦電圖,分析各導(dǎo)聯(lián)絕對(duì)和相對(duì)功率,并同時(shí)測試其50m跑成績。結(jié)果:(1)6-16歲兒童少年腦電各頻段相對(duì)功率具有顯著的年齡差異。隨年齡增長,δ、θ、α1波相對(duì)功率減少,α2和β波相對(duì)功率均增加,并且6-11歲和13-15歲是α2波的快速增長期。(2)男生速度素質(zhì)的自然增長期為6-15歲,女生為6-12歲;男生速度敏感期為6-10歲和12-14歲,女生速度敏感期為6-9歲。(3)高速度素質(zhì)兒童的50m成績與α2%的相關(guān)系數(shù)為-0.64,而與θ/β比值的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.71。結(jié)論:兒童少年腦發(fā)育具有明顯的年齡階段特征,具有快速增長期,6-10歲為速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展的最佳時(shí)期。其中α2相對(duì)功率和θ/β比值是兒童速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展的參考指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: EEG mainly reflects the development of central nervous system, and the development of nervous system is the basis of speed quality. The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of EEG development with age in normal adolescents and to analyze the relationship between EEG and speed development in order to find a possible method to predict the speed by using EEG characteristics. Methods: 620 primary and middle school students aged 6 to 16 years old in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, were studied. The EEG was measured by Nation9128W digital EEG instrument, and the absolute and relative power of each lead was analyzed. The results of 50 m running were also tested. Results: (1) there was significant age difference in the relative power of EEG in 6-16 years old children and adolescents. With age, the relative power of 未, 胃, 偽 1 wave decreased, and the relative power of 偽 2 and 尾 wave increased, and the rapid growth period of 偽 2 wave was 6-11 years and 13-15 years old. (2) the natural growth period of speed quality of boys was 6-15 years old, and that of girls was 6-12 years old. The speed sensitive period of boys was 6-10 years and 12-14 years old, while that of girls was 6-9 years old. (3) the correlation coefficient between 50 m achievement and 偽 2% of children with high speed quality was -0.64, and the correlation coefficient with 胃 / 尾 ratio was 0.71. Conclusion: the brain development of children and adolescents has obvious characteristics of age and stage, and it is the best time for the development of speed quality in the period of rapid growth from 6 to 10 years old. Among them, 偽 2 relative power and 胃 / 尾 ratio are one of the reference indexes for the development of children's speed quality.
