【摘要】：競技跆拳道屬打點計分交手對抗類項目,跆拳道腿法踢擊速度快,隱蔽性強,為觀眾帶來感官刺激的同時也為裁判員的計分與判罰帶來了一定難度,導(dǎo)致裁判員在比賽中會出現(xiàn)誤判、漏判、錯判的情況。隨著即時回放系統(tǒng)在跆拳道比賽中的應(yīng)用,在一定程度上糾正了裁判員在比賽中出現(xiàn)的誤判、漏判和錯判,減少比賽中出現(xiàn)的爭議。本文把錄像審議條款在比賽中的應(yīng)用情況作為研究對象。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對錄像審議條款在我國競技跆拳道比賽中的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行研究。分析了錄像審議條款在四屆比賽中的運用情況；概括了錄像審議條款實施后給裁判員、教練員、運動員帶來的影響；探討了錄像審議條款實施過程中存在的問題并提出解決對策。研究結(jié)果表明：1.錄像審議條款的實施向規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的方向發(fā)展。錄像審議提出率呈逐年上升的趨勢,錄像審議更改判罰率逐年下降。提出錄像審議申請內(nèi)容以擊頭錄像審議為主。2.錄像審議條款的實施對裁判員的打分與判罰起到輔助作用,為裁判員提供及時的糾錯機制。由于比賽實施“兩審終審制”錄像審議委員肩負(fù)著維護比賽公平、公正、公開的重要職責(zé)。但在對裁判員、錄像審議委員的監(jiān)管方面仍有提升空間。3.錄像審議條款的實施對教練員的語言表達(dá)能力、戰(zhàn)術(shù)分析能力以及與運動員的默契配合方面提出了更高的要求。對運動員的心理承受能力、規(guī)則理解能力以及戰(zhàn)術(shù)安排設(shè)定了新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。4.錄像審議硬件設(shè)施無法滿足日漸激烈的跆拳道比賽。錄像回放畫面的分辨率以及回放角度無法做到高清晰、多角度,不便于錄像審議委員做出精準(zhǔn)的判罰。錄像審議畫面的公開范圍不夠全面。5.錄像審議條款的實施對跆拳道比賽的連貫性帶來一定程度的影響。錄像審議提出的申清流程有待完善,教練員向主裁陳述、主裁向錄像審議委員轉(zhuǎn)述環(huán)節(jié)不被公眾知曉,存在偏差的可能性。
[Abstract]:Competitive taekwondo is a kind of item of scoring and fighting against each other. Taekwondo leg kick is fast and hidden, which brings sensory stimulation to the audience and also brings some difficulty to the judges' scoring and punishment. The result is that the referee will misjudge, miss and misjudge in the match. With the application of the real-time playback system in taekwondo games, the misjudgment, omission and misjudgment of the referee in the match are corrected to a certain extent, and the controversy in the match is reduced. In this paper, the video review clause in the application of the competition as the object of study. The application of video review clause in competitive taekwondo competition in China was studied by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. This paper analyzes the application of the video review clause in the four competitions, summarizes the influence of the video review clause on the referees, coaches and athletes after the implementation of the video review clause. This paper discusses the problems existing in the implementation of the video review clause and puts forward some countermeasures. The results of the study show that 1: 1. The implementation of the video review clause develops towards standardization and standardization. The rate of video review and presentation increased year by year, and the rate of revision of video review and punishment decreased year by year. Put forward video review application content to the head of the video review of the main. 2. The implementation of the video review clause assists the referee in scoring and punishment, and provides a timely error correction mechanism for the referee. Because of the implementation of the "two-instance system of final appeal" video review committee shoulder the important responsibility of maintaining fair, fair and open competition. But there is still room for improvement in the supervision of referees, video reviewers. The implementation of the video review clause puts forward higher requirements for the coaches' language expression ability, tactical analysis ability and tacit cooperation with athletes. Set a new standard for athletes' mental endurance, understanding of rules, and tactical arrangements. Video review hardware facilities can not meet the increasingly fierce Taekwondo competition. The resolution and angle of video playback can not be high-definition and multi-angle, which is not convenient for the video reviewer to make accurate decision. Video review of the picture of the open scope is not comprehensive. 5. The implementation of the video review clause has a certain degree of impact on the consistency of taekwondo competition. The process of video review and presentation needs to be improved, the coaches make statements to the referee, and the referee reports to the video reviewer that the link is not known to the public, and there is the possibility of deviation.
