【摘要】：競(jìng)賽規(guī)則是競(jìng)技體育運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)性文件,它的不斷修訂指引著運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)發(fā)展的前進(jìn)方向。我國(guó)跳繩競(jìng)賽規(guī)則是指引跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)性文件,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練和比賽的內(nèi)容具有重要的導(dǎo)向作用,是教練員指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練和比賽的依據(jù),也是跳繩比賽過(guò)程中裁判工作的重要依據(jù)和客觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。競(jìng)賽規(guī)則和跳繩技術(shù)相互依存,互相促進(jìn),互為因果。競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的不斷完善,對(duì)跳繩技術(shù)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用就越來(lái)越突出,而跳繩技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展反過(guò)來(lái)也促使跳繩競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的再次修訂與完善。由國(guó)家體育總局組織的跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)歷了近十年的變化,每一版的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則在其不斷修訂中都有著時(shí)代的印跡,自2007到2015近十年的發(fā)展變化中,每一版競(jìng)賽規(guī)則從競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目、組別、動(dòng)作數(shù)量、難度、編排、場(chǎng)地、時(shí)間等作了適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整,對(duì)我國(guó)跳繩技術(shù)向世界化發(fā)展起到了非常突出的作用。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、專家訪談、觀察、比較分析和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法對(duì)三版規(guī)則變化進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理與分析,總結(jié)歸納出了評(píng)分規(guī)則的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)合經(jīng)典案例視頻分析,進(jìn)而厘清競(jìng)賽規(guī)則變化和跳繩發(fā)展的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系,得出以下結(jié)論:1、不斷修訂完善的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則對(duì)跳繩技術(shù)的發(fā)展起導(dǎo)向性作用,決定了跳繩技術(shù)的動(dòng)作難度、數(shù)量、動(dòng)作表現(xiàn)形式及創(chuàng)編思路等內(nèi)容。2、2007版到2015版競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的演變規(guī)律是規(guī)則更加具體、科學(xué),并趨于合理,鼓勵(lì)難度的合理化、花樣的多樣化以及技術(shù)的規(guī)范化發(fā)展。3、不斷修訂的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則使比賽中出現(xiàn)了越來(lái)越多的花樣,難度動(dòng)作數(shù)量由少到多再到合理化,評(píng)分辦法的變化更加科學(xué)詳細(xì),新規(guī)則對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的完成情況越來(lái)越重視,加大了完成分的扣分,使跳繩技術(shù)的發(fā)展朝著花樣更多,難度更加合理方向發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了跳繩技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新。而傳統(tǒng)特色項(xiàng)目、趣味項(xiàng)目等內(nèi)容的增加,使得比賽更加全面,從而使得各參賽隊(duì)在訓(xùn)練和比賽中根據(jù)隊(duì)員的情況進(jìn)行不同項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練,促進(jìn)跳繩內(nèi)容的多樣化。
[Abstract]:The rules of competition are the guiding documents for the development of competitive sports, and its continuous revision guides the direction of the development of sports technology. The rules of rope skipping competition in China are the guiding documents to guide the development of rope skipping, which play an important guiding role in the training of athletes and the contents of competitions, and are the basis for coaches to guide athletes' training and competition. It is also an important basis and objective standard of referee work in rope skipping competition. Competition rules and rope skipping techniques are interdependent, mutually reinforcing and mutually causal. With the continuous improvement of competition rules, the promotion of rope skipping technology is more and more prominent, and the continuous development of rope skipping technology in turn promotes the revision and perfection of rope skipping competition rules. Rope skipping, organized by the State Sports Administration, has undergone nearly a decade of change, and each version of the competition rules has an epoch of epoch in its constant revision. From 2007 to 2015, each edition of the competition rules has evolved from the competition events. The number of movements, difficulty, arrangement, venue, time and so on have been adjusted properly, which has played a very important role in the development of rope skipping technology in China. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research, expert interview, observation, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to systematically comb and analyze the changes of the three edition rules, and sums up the law of the change of the scoring rules. Based on the video analysis of classical cases, this paper clarifies the inherent logical relationship between the change of competition rules and the development of rope skipping, and draws the following conclusion: 1. The constantly revised and perfect competition rules play a leading role in the development of rope skipping technology. It determines the difficulty, quantity, expression form and creative idea of rope skipping technique. The evolution rule of competition rules from 2007 edition to 2015 edition is that the rules are more specific, scientific, and tend to be reasonable, and encourage the rationalization of difficulty. The diversification of patterns and the standardized development of technology. 3. The constantly revised competition rules have made more and more patterns appear in the competition, the number of difficult movements has changed from less to more to rationalization, and the change of scoring methods has become more scientific and detailed. The new rules pay more and more attention to the completion of athletes, increase the score of completion points, make the development of rope skipping technology towards more patterns, more reasonable direction of difficulty, and promote the innovation of rope skipping technology. However, the increase of traditional characteristic events and interesting items makes the competition more comprehensive, which makes the teams train in different events according to the players' conditions, and promote the diversification of rope skipping content.
