【摘要】：基于身體理論中身體哲學的研究,揭示出人本能的需要身體自由,身體自由追訴的演變歷程和現實身體場域中身體自由的缺失。繼而以身體社會學為研究視角,以"文明病"在現代生活中的凸顯這一微觀現象為切入點,具體分析文明進程中身體的社會性使其不可避免的遭受了"文明病"的侵占,身體自由的阻礙和身體自由的迷失,并探討了體育與身體自由的內在聯系。研究得出,身體健康是對身體自由的實現,"文明病"的困境下,體育完成了對身體器官的整合,增強了身體延展的張力,彌補文明進程中身體自由的缺席。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of body philosophy in body theory, it reveals that human instinct needs body freedom, the evolution course of body freedom prosecution and the absence of body freedom in real body field. Then, from the perspective of physical sociology and the microcosmic phenomenon of "civilization disease" in modern life, the author analyzes the social nature of the body in the process of civilization, which inevitably causes it to suffer from the invasion of "civilization disease". The hindrance of physical freedom and the loss of physical freedom are discussed. The study shows that physical health is the realization of body freedom. Under the predicament of "civilization disease", physical education completes the integration of body organs, strengthens the tension of body extension, and makes up for the absence of body freedom in the process of civilization.
