【摘要】：趙赤宇先生基于中國武術(shù)大發(fā)展的背景下,于上世紀(jì)90年代創(chuàng)建了中華麒麟鞭。中華麒麟鞭作為趕車大鞭的發(fā)展與演化,經(jīng)過歷代武術(shù)能人志士的改革與創(chuàng)新,現(xiàn)已變成一整套、能連貫的武術(shù)套路,在國內(nèi)的民間、武術(shù)界掀起了不小的震動(dòng)。因其具有動(dòng)作優(yōu)美、健身良效,在國內(nèi)民間廣受群眾歡迎,很多民間廣場已有大量參與此項(xiàng)鍛煉的人士。將中華麒麟鞭引入高校體育課程,不僅有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣愛好,了解博大精深的中國文化以及武術(shù)文化,同時(shí)有助于促進(jìn)其體育文化課的學(xué)習(xí),使體力和腦力協(xié)同發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法,對(duì)中華麒麟鞭進(jìn)入河北省高校體育課程的可行性與策略研究。研究結(jié)果表明:1、目前河北省高校近十年引入的體育課程資源多以民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目和新興體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目為主,學(xué)生興趣濃厚,教師學(xué)生滿意度較高。2、中華麒麟鞭進(jìn)入河北省高校體育課程的可行性較高,首先國家政府對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育進(jìn)校園活動(dòng)的大力支持;其次河北省高校學(xué)生對(duì)中華麒麟鞭的認(rèn)識(shí)情況和興趣情況較好;河北省有較多優(yōu)秀的中華麒麟傳承人能夠解決高校中華麒麟鞭專業(yè)教師的問題;河北省高校的武術(shù)等體育場地在經(jīng)過修建和完善后能夠滿足中華麒麟鞭的教學(xué)需要。3、通過實(shí)證表明中華麒麟鞭在塑造大學(xué)生身體形態(tài)、改善大學(xué)生身體機(jī)能水平、提高大學(xué)生柔韌和力量等身體素質(zhì)、改善大學(xué)生心理健康狀況都有較好的效果和作用。4、河北高校體育教育中引入中華麒麟鞭體育課程的對(duì)策包括加大對(duì)中華麒麟鞭的宣傳、加強(qiáng)中華麒麟鞭師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、編寫科學(xué)合理的中華麒麟鞭教材、借鑒適合中華麒麟鞭的教學(xué)方式和方法、建立全面的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系、完善場地器材設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Based on the great development of Chinese martial arts, Zhao Chiyu founded the Chinese unicorn whip in the 1990 s. The development and evolution of the Chinese unicorn whip as a driving whip, through the reform and innovation of the Wushu talents in the past dynasties, has now become a set of coherent Wushu routines, which has caused a great deal of shaking in the domestic folk and martial arts circles. Because of its beautiful movement, good fitness, in the domestic folk popular, many folk square has participated in this exercise a large number of people. The introduction of Chinese unicorn whip into the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities is not only helpful to cultivate students' interests and hobbies, to understand the broad and profound Chinese culture and martial arts culture, but also to promote the study of sports culture course and make the physical strength and brain develop in a coordinated way. This paper studies the feasibility and strategy of the introduction of Kirin whip into the physical education course of Hebei Province by the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and expert interview. The research results show that at present, most of the physical education curriculum resources introduced by colleges and universities in Hebei Province in the past ten years are mainly national traditional sports and emerging sports events, and students have strong interest in them. The degree of satisfaction of teachers and students is high, and the feasibility of Chinese Kirin whip entering physical education curriculum in Hebei Province is higher. Firstly, the national government strongly supports the traditional national sports into the campus activities; Secondly, the college students in Hebei Province have a better understanding of and interest in the unicorn whip, and there are more outstanding Chinese Kirin inheritors who can solve the problem of the professional teachers of the Chinese unicorn whip in Hebei Province. The martial arts and other sports venues in colleges and universities in Hebei Province can meet the teaching needs of the Chinese unicorn whip after the construction and improvement. The empirical results show that the Chinese unicorn whip is shaping the body shape of college students and improving the physical function of college students. Improving the physical quality of college students, such as flexibility and strength, and improving the mental health status of college students have better effects and effects. The countermeasures of introducing the Chinese unicorn whip into the physical education of Hebei universities include increasing the publicity of the Chinese unicorn whip. Strengthen the construction of Chinese Kirin whip teachers, compile scientific and reasonable teaching materials of Chinese Kirin whip, learn from the teaching methods and methods suitable for the Chinese Kirin whip, establish a comprehensive teaching evaluation system and perfect the site equipment and facilities.
