大學(xué)生群體“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”的體育干預(yù)實驗研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會的飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為了現(xiàn)代人們工作與生活中必不可少的一部分。在技術(shù)革新的背景下,現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)的覆蓋面不斷擴(kuò)大,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播速度持續(xù)加快,已經(jīng)步入大數(shù)據(jù)時代。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)途徑,大學(xué)生群體能夠獲得更多的信息與知識,對于意志薄弱的大學(xué)生群體而言,往往由于自制力的缺乏,產(chǎn)生了“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”。所謂“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”,被眾多國內(nèi)專家和學(xué)者定義為心理障礙與異常行為現(xiàn)象,能夠影響大學(xué)生群體的身心健康,不利于大學(xué)生群體的未來發(fā)展。而作為未來社會發(fā)展的主力軍,大學(xué)生群體需要了解并遠(yuǎn)離“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”所帶來的傷害。目前,我國針對“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”的研究正在日益增多,但是依舊缺乏更多的實證研究,相關(guān)的治療手段也局限于心理治療與藥物治療。在此背景下,本研究希望通過體育干預(yù)的方式,充分利用體育運動所獨有的心理效應(yīng),來調(diào)試大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮癥狀和心理健康問題,對“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥”的大學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行改善,尋求更為科學(xué)化、便捷化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮治療方案。借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問題的最新研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,本文以體育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、行為學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論為指導(dǎo),以北京聯(lián)合大學(xué)五個學(xué)院的五百名在校本科學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象,運用訪談法、文獻(xiàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法,根據(jù)學(xué)生的參與意愿、時間安排以及身體機(jī)能指標(biāo)(是否符合參與籃球和晨練體育干擾方式要求)等情況,抽取20名(男生11名,女生9名)不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮水平的大學(xué)生被試,根據(jù)學(xué)生自主意愿,按照分值情況,從高到低按序依次分到實驗組與對照組,確保兩組的基本參數(shù)一致。開展為期12周共36次的,以籃球運動為主,有氧運動為輔的體育運動干預(yù)實驗與觀察,在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)學(xué)生個性化特點,對大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮癥狀和總體心理健康水平的影響效果。1)北京聯(lián)合大學(xué)中,根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果顯示,大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥群體占比36%;在男女學(xué)生的比例方面,男生高于女生;在年級方面,隨著年級的增長,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥的情況也會逐漸加深。2)體育干預(yù)治療對網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥大學(xué)生輕度群體的心理健康矯正具有良好療效,而中度和重度網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合征群體的治療效果并不顯著。3)通過本研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),利用合理的運動處方、可以改善大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮綜合癥情況,對于部分患者具有較明顯的改變。4)實驗組經(jīng)過實驗后的調(diào)查結(jié)果:大部分人對體育干預(yù)的形式、內(nèi)容、上課氛圍、教師以及個人的改善滿意度較高,但對課程的進(jìn)程不是很滿意,說明課程的實施、課程前期編制方面有待加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society, the Internet has become an indispensable part of modern people's work and life. Under the background of technological innovation, the coverage of modern network has been expanded, and the speed of mobile Internet communication has been accelerated. It has stepped into the era of big data. Through the network approach, the college students can obtain more information and knowledge. For the weak-willed college students, the lack of self-control often leads to the "Internet addiction syndrome". The so-called "Internet addiction syndrome", defined by many domestic experts and scholars as psychological barriers and abnormal behavior phenomenon, can affect the physical and mental health of college students, and is not conducive to the future development of college students. As the main force of social development in the future, college students need to understand and stay away from the harm caused by Internet Addiction Syndrome. At present, the research on iad syndrome in our country is increasing day by day, but there is still lack of more empirical research, and the related treatment methods are limited to psychotherapy and drug therapy. In this context, this study hopes to make full use of the unique psychological effects of sports to debug the symptoms of internet addiction and mental health problems of college students through sports intervention. To improve the group of college students with iad syndrome and seek a more scientific and convenient treatment scheme for iad. On the basis of the latest research results on Internet addiction at home and abroad, this paper is guided by the theory of physical education, psychology and behavior, and takes 500 undergraduate students from five colleges of Beijing Union University as the objects of investigation. Using the methods of interview, literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire investigation, experiment, according to the students' willingness to participate, time arrangement and physical function index (whether or not they meet the requirements of participating in basketball and morning exercise sports interference mode), etc. Twenty college students (11 male and 9 female) with different levels of internet addiction were selected. According to the students' independent will and according to the score, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group in order from high to low, so as to ensure that the basic parameters of the two groups were the same. The experiment and observation of sports intervention were carried out for a total of 36 times for 12 weeks, mainly in basketball and supplemented by aerobic exercise. On the basis of this study, according to the characteristics of students' individuation, Effects on the symptoms of Internet Addiction and the overall level of Mental Health of College students (1) in Beijing Union University, according to the results of the online questionnaire, the proportion of students with iad syndrome was 36%; the proportion of male and female students was 36%. In the aspect of grade, the condition of iad syndrome will deepen gradually. 2) physical intervention therapy has a good effect on mental health correction of college students with iad syndrome. However, the treatment effect of moderate and severe iad syndrome group is not significant (3. 3) through this study, we can find that using reasonable exercise prescription can improve the condition of internet addiction syndrome of college students. The results of the experiment showed that the majority of the patients were satisfied with the form, content, atmosphere, teachers and individuals of the physical education intervention. However, the process of curriculum is not satisfactory, which shows that the implementation of curriculum and the preparation of pre-curriculum need to be strengthened.
