【摘要】：研究目的:女子游泳接力項(xiàng)目是我國(guó)競(jìng)技游泳的優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,特別是在4x100m混合泳接力和4x200m自由泳接力項(xiàng)目上,我國(guó)屢次在國(guó)際大賽中獲得獎(jiǎng)牌甚至金牌,然而現(xiàn)階段各國(guó)對(duì)游泳接力項(xiàng)目的研究還比較少,且多集中在出發(fā)發(fā)應(yīng)時(shí)與接跳方式上。因此有必要對(duì)女子游泳接力項(xiàng)目的全程技戰(zhàn)術(shù)特征進(jìn)行更深入的研究。研究對(duì)象與方法:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、對(duì)比分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,同時(shí)利用了Dartfish8.0、Nationswimming軟件,對(duì)2015年游泳世錦賽、2016年里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)女子接力項(xiàng)目前三名運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)及未進(jìn)入前三名的中國(guó)接力隊(duì)的比賽錄像和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拍攝的2016年全國(guó)游泳冠軍賽女子接力項(xiàng)目前三名隊(duì)伍,2016年里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)前國(guó)家隊(duì)集訓(xùn)女子接力隊(duì)員的視頻進(jìn)行圖像解析,獲取了一些關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)論:接力隊(duì)伍的整體實(shí)力是決定接力比賽成績(jī)的最關(guān)鍵因素,當(dāng)隊(duì)伍整體實(shí)力接近時(shí),通過(guò)合理的棒次安排是可以取得更好的接力成績(jī)。運(yùn)動(dòng)員在接力比賽與單項(xiàng)比賽中的發(fā)揮穩(wěn)定性也會(huì)影響到最終成績(jī);接力比賽的銜接與出發(fā)接跳技術(shù)也是決定最終成績(jī)的一項(xiàng)因素;在途中游技術(shù)指標(biāo)上,接力與單項(xiàng)比賽并沒(méi)有顯著性差異。建議:1.擺臂式出發(fā)更適合接力項(xiàng)目,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員應(yīng)摒棄傳統(tǒng)的蹲踞式接跳方式。2.在隊(duì)伍整體實(shí)力接近時(shí),出發(fā)反應(yīng)時(shí)可以對(duì)最終成績(jī)產(chǎn)生一定的影響,我國(guó)應(yīng)繼續(xù)保持在大賽前練習(xí)出發(fā)、接力的傳統(tǒng)。3.接力比賽的棒次安排應(yīng)根據(jù)自身隊(duì)伍的特點(diǎn)來(lái)制定。4.我國(guó)應(yīng)著重發(fā)展女子4x100m混合泳接力和4x200m自由泳接力項(xiàng)目,鼓勵(lì)年輕運(yùn)動(dòng)員多參加世界大賽,積累寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: women's swimming relay is an advantage of competitive swimming in China, especially in 4x100m medley relay and 4x200m freestyle relay, our country has won medals and even gold medals in international competitions. However, there are few researches on swimming relay events in many countries at present, and most of them focus on the starting time and jumping mode. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the characteristics of women's swimming relay. Research objects and methods: this paper adopts the method of literature, expert interview, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, and the use of Dartfish 8.0 / Nationswimming software. Video of the 2015 World Swimming Championship, the top three women's relay teams in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the top three teams of the Chinese relay team not in the top three, and live shooting of the top three teams in the women's relay events of the 2016 National Swimming Championship Wu, before the 2016 Rio Olympics national team training women relay team video image analysis, Some key data were obtained. Research conclusion: the overall strength of relay team is the most important factor to determine the result of relay race. When the overall strength of the team is close, a better relay result can be obtained through reasonable arrangement of batches. The stability of athletes in relay race and individual competition will also affect the final result; the connecting and starting jumping technology of relay race is also one of the factors that determine the final result; in the technical index of en route swim, There is no significant difference between the relay and the single race. Suggestion 1. Swing arm start is more suitable for relay events, our athletes should abandon the traditional squatting type jump. 2. When the overall strength of the team is close, the starting reaction can have a certain impact on the final result. Our country should continue to maintain the tradition of starting and relaying before the competition. The baton arrangement of the relay race shall be made according to the characteristics of the team. China should focus on the development of women's 4x100m medley relay and 4x200m freestyle relay to encourage young athletes to participate in world competitions and accumulate valuable experience.
