【摘要】:2022年北京和張家口市聯(lián)合舉辦第二十四屆冬季奧運(yùn)會(huì)與“十三五體育規(guī)劃”的提出,是我國(guó)體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,是必須僅僅抓住并且可以大有作為的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期。目前我國(guó)越野滑雪體育后備人才培養(yǎng)主要沿用計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期的三級(jí)訓(xùn)練體制。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,這種培養(yǎng)模式己逐漸顯露弊端,競(jìng)技體育后備人才隊(duì)伍出現(xiàn)了一定程度的萎縮,就如何培養(yǎng)和建構(gòu)一支人數(shù)多、實(shí)力強(qiáng)、后勁足的后備人才梯隊(duì)等方面提出科學(xué)合理的建議,為推動(dòng)我國(guó)越野滑雪后備人才培養(yǎng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。課題以2014年國(guó)家體育總局體育經(jīng)濟(jì)司編制的《體育事業(yè)年鑒》中已注冊(cè)的后備人才和教練員為研究對(duì)象,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家調(diào)查、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和邏輯分析等研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)越野滑雪后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行定量定性調(diào)查與分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上揭示了我國(guó)越野滑雪后備人才培養(yǎng)的制約因素,并針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國(guó)越野滑雪運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究得出以下結(jié)論:我國(guó)越野滑雪后備人才的培養(yǎng)狀況:后備人才在數(shù)量上偏少,整體實(shí)力不強(qiáng),地區(qū)差異性明顯;越野滑雪項(xiàng)目對(duì)身體素質(zhì)要求嚴(yán)格,選材困難,淘汰率高;對(duì)文化課重視程度不夠,“體教結(jié)合”情況有待加強(qiáng);我國(guó)越野滑雪項(xiàng)目的教練員在整體上數(shù)量偏少,科研能力普遍較弱;我國(guó)越野滑雪項(xiàng)目后備人才現(xiàn)行的培養(yǎng)模式主要是以體育總局所辦的體校、體育學(xué)院、體工隊(duì)等為主的傳統(tǒng)的三級(jí)訓(xùn)練網(wǎng)式的培養(yǎng)模式。我國(guó)越野滑雪后備人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)策:強(qiáng)化越野滑雪文化氛圍,打造越野滑雪群眾體育格局;更新和創(chuàng)新我國(guó)越野滑雪科學(xué)選材機(jī)制;優(yōu)化越野滑雪運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材步驟與方法;加強(qiáng)教練員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高教練員素質(zhì);加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)管理力度,打造優(yōu)良的訓(xùn)練氛圍;加強(qiáng)科技服務(wù)和科技支撐計(jì)劃,促進(jìn)我國(guó)越野滑雪項(xiàng)目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;探索符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的越野滑雪后備人才培養(yǎng)模式;加強(qiáng)越野滑雪項(xiàng)目的媒體宣傳力度。
[Abstract]:In 2022, Beijing and Zhangjiakou jointly held the 24 Winter Olympic Games and "the 13th Five-Year Sports Plan", which is the key period for the development of sports in China, and an important strategic opportunity period which must be grasped only and can make great progress. At present, the three-level training system of cross-country skiing sports reserve personnel in planned economy period is mainly used in our country. Under the market economy system, this kind of training mode has gradually revealed the malpractice, the competitive sports reserve talented person troop appeared the certain degree atrophy, how to train and construct a large number of people, the strength is strong, In order to promote the sustainable development of cross-country skiing reserve talents in our country, some scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward in this paper. The research object is the reserve talents and coaches who have been registered in the yearbook of Sports, compiled by the Sports Economic Department of the State Sports Administration in 2014. The main research methods are literature, expert investigation, questionnaire investigation and logic analysis, etc. On the basis of the quantitative and qualitative investigation and analysis of the present situation and related problems of cross-country skiing reserve talents training in China, this paper reveals the restrictive factors of cross-country skiing reserve talents training in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in view of the existing problems. It provides a theoretical basis for further promoting the sustainable development of cross-country skiing in China. Through investigation and research, the following conclusions are drawn: the training status of cross-country skiing reserve talents in our country: the reserve talents are less in number, the overall strength is not strong, and the regional differences are obvious; the cross-country skiing events require strict physical quality, and the selection of materials is difficult, The elimination rate is high, the degree of attention to cultural courses is not enough, the situation of "combination of sports and education" needs to be strengthened, the number of coaches of cross-country skiing projects in our country is relatively small, and the scientific research ability is generally weak; The current training mode of reserve personnel for cross-country skiing projects in China is mainly the traditional three-level training net training model which is run by the General Administration of Sports, physical Education College, Sports team and so on. The training countermeasures of our country's cross-country skiing reserve talents include strengthening cross-country skiing culture atmosphere, creating cross-country skiing mass sports pattern, renewing and innovating the scientific selection mechanism of cross-country skiing, optimizing the steps and methods of cross-country skiing athletes' selection. Strengthen the construction of coaches, improve the quality of coaches, strengthen the management of team building, create a good training atmosphere, strengthen science and technology services and science and technology support plan, promote the sustainable development of cross-country skiing projects in China. This paper explores the training mode of cross-country skiing reserve talents in accordance with the national conditions of our country, and strengthens the media propaganda of cross-country skiing projects.
