【摘要】：籃球裁判員不僅是籃球競賽規(guī)則的具體執(zhí)行者,也是籃球比賽的組織者和管理者,它是籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中不可或缺的一部分。一級籃球裁判員是裁判員等級中一股重要的中間力量,它是籃球裁判員水平由一般層次邁向高級層次的分水嶺,學(xué)生裁判員是新生代力量,提升學(xué)生籃球裁判員的臨場執(zhí)裁能力對于其成長具有重要意義。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法對山東省高校學(xué)生一級籃球裁判員臨場執(zhí)裁水平的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合專家訪談總結(jié)出了改進(jìn)建議。得出如下結(jié)論:1、山東省高校學(xué)生籃球一級裁判員臨場執(zhí)裁水平影響因素的調(diào)查問卷Cronbach's a系數(shù)為0.82;KMO值為0.698,且顯著性水平小于0.05,信、效度都達(dá)到了研究的要求。2、經(jīng)過因素分析,總共抽取了6個(gè)因素,分別為執(zhí)裁心理因子、執(zhí)裁技能因子、執(zhí)裁社會關(guān)系因子、執(zhí)裁客觀環(huán)境因子、執(zhí)裁道德素質(zhì)水平和執(zhí)裁比賽性質(zhì)因子。執(zhí)裁心理因子包括6個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為執(zhí)裁自信程度、動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度控制能力、心理定勢把握能力、印象心理控制能力、平衡心理把握能力、意志力,執(zhí)裁技能因子包括5個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為突發(fā)事件的處理能力、規(guī)則運(yùn)用熟練程度、裁判知識理解程度、整場比賽的調(diào)控能力、與同場裁判的配合能力,執(zhí)裁杜會關(guān)系因子包括4個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為熟人臨場的影響、同業(yè)人臨場的影響、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨場的影響、關(guān)系干預(yù)影響,執(zhí)裁客觀環(huán)境因子包括4個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為賽場硬件條件、比賽組織情況、觀眾數(shù)量情況、看臺文化情況,執(zhí)裁道德素質(zhì)水平因子包括2個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為重視程度、道德品質(zhì),執(zhí)裁比賽性質(zhì)因子包括4個(gè)項(xiàng)目,分別為比賽的級別、比賽的重要程度、比賽的激烈程度、比賽的規(guī)模。3、針對影響山東省高校學(xué)生一級籃球裁判員臨場執(zhí)裁水平的6個(gè)因子,專家認(rèn)為要降低6個(gè)因素的影響,需要重點(diǎn)在理解執(zhí)裁目的與責(zé)任、全面提高心理素質(zhì)、加大整治素養(yǎng)教育、提高執(zhí)裁專業(yè)操作能力、學(xué)生和學(xué)校共同創(chuàng)造實(shí)踐機(jī)會以及發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢重視短期與長期結(jié)合培養(yǎng)的方式提高學(xué)生一級籃球裁判員能力。
[Abstract]:The basketball referee is not only the concrete executor of the basketball competition rules, but also the organizer and manager of the basketball match, which is an indispensable part of the basketball game. The first-level basketball referee is an important intermediate force in the referee grade. It is a watershed in which the basketball referee level moves from the general level to the higher level, and the student referee is a new generation force. It is of great significance for the growth of basketball referees to improve their judgment ability. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the judgment level of first-grade basketball referees in Shandong colleges and universities, and sums up some suggestions for improvement combined with expert interviews. The conclusion is as follows: 1, the Cronbachsa coefficient of the questionnaire of influencing factors of the first-degree basketball referees' judgment level in Shandong Province is 0.82nKMO (0.698), and the significant level is less than 0.05. the reliability and validity of the questionnaire reach the requirements of the research. A total of 6 factors were extracted, including psychological factor, skill factor, social relationship factor, objective environment factor, moral quality level and nature factor. The psychological factors of judgment consist of six items, namely, the degree of confidence, the ability of controlling motivation intensity, the ability of holding mental set, the ability of controlling impressions, the ability of balancing psychological control, the ability of willpower, the factor of skill of judgment, including five items. Respectively for the emergency handling ability, the rules use proficiency, the referee knowledge understanding degree, the entire match control ability, the cooperation ability with the same referee, the judgment and the society relations factor includes 4 items, They are the influence of acquaintance, the influence of the peer, the influence of the leader, the influence of the relationship intervention, the objective environmental factors including four items, namely, the hardware condition of the field, the organization of the competition, the number of the audience. In the cultural situation of stands, the factor of moral quality level includes two items, which are the degree of attention, the moral quality, the nature factor of the competition including four items, the level of competition, the importance of competition, the intensity of competition, etc. The scale of the match. 3, in view of the six factors that affect the level of first-grade basketball referees in Shandong Province, the experts think that in order to reduce the influence of the six factors, it is necessary to focus on understanding the purpose and responsibility of judging, and improving the psychological quality in an all-round way. Strengthen the improvement of literacy education, improve the performance of professional operation, students and schools together to create practical opportunities and give play to the advantages of the combination of short-term and long-term training to improve the ability of first-level basketball referees.
