少兒自由泳直臂移臂技術(shù)與屈臂移臂技術(shù)的運(yùn)用效果的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:本文是關(guān)于兩種自由泳技術(shù)的在少兒初學(xué)階段的對(duì)比研究。目的在于找出直臂自由泳與屈臂自由泳各自的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn);以及它們各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)因素。最后綜合上述兩點(diǎn)來(lái)分析兩種技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)分別對(duì)自己的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)產(chǎn)了哪些影響。為少兒在自由泳技術(shù)練習(xí)和選擇上開(kāi)拓新思路新方法。在自由泳技術(shù)的革新上提出建設(shè)性的建議。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)是將16名實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象隨機(jī)分成兩組,A組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,B組為對(duì)照組。總的實(shí)驗(yàn)周期為16周。采用分組實(shí)驗(yàn)的方式,兩組小隊(duì)員在經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間后分別習(xí)得“直臂自由泳”與“屈臂自由泳”技術(shù),然后兩組在50米與100米自由泳項(xiàng)目上進(jìn)行測(cè)試;截取測(cè)試中“劃頻”、“劃幅”、“游速”三項(xiàng)主要指標(biāo)來(lái)進(jìn)行比對(duì)與分析。結(jié)果表明1.直臂自由泳技術(shù)具有高劃頻低劃幅的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。2.直臂自由泳技術(shù)較容易上手,適合自由泳的初學(xué)者。3.與屈臂自由泳技術(shù)相比,直臂自由泳技術(shù)上升空間有限。4.直臂自由泳在短距離游程上更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。5.相比于屈臂自由泳技術(shù),直臂自由泳技術(shù)對(duì)體能的消耗要更大一些。6.屈臂自由泳技術(shù)具有低劃頻高劃幅劃幅的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。7.屈臂自由泳技術(shù)在動(dòng)作結(jié)構(gòu)上更繁瑣些,想要游好需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間地“打磨”。適合具有一定自由泳基礎(chǔ)的進(jìn)階者。8.與直臂自由泳相比,屈臂自由泳在較長(zhǎng)距離游程上更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。9.與直臂自由泳相比,屈臂自由泳技術(shù)在游進(jìn)過(guò)程中更加經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a comparative study of two freestyle techniques at the beginning of childhood. The purpose of this paper is to find out the technical structure characteristics of straight arm freestyle and flexor freestyle and their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as their respective advantages and factors. Finally, this paper analyzes the influence of the structural characteristics of the two technologies on their own technical advantages and disadvantages. To open up new ideas and methods for children in freestyle practice and selection. Make constructive suggestions on the innovation of freestyle technology. Sixteen subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B as control group. The total experimental period was 16 weeks. After a period of time, the two groups of young players learned the techniques of "straight arm freestyle" and "flexion arm freestyle" respectively. Then the two groups were tested in the 50m and 100m freestyle events. "stroke", "travel speed" three main indicators for comparison and analysis. The results show that 1. The straight arm freestyle technique has the technical characteristic of high stroke frequency and low stroke amplitude. Straight arm freestyle technology is easier to use, suitable for freestyle beginners. 3. Compared with the flexor freestyle technique, the vertical arm freestyle technique has limited rise space. 4. 4. The straight arm freestyle has an advantage in short runs. The straight arm freestyle technique consumes a greater amount of energy than the flexural freestyle technique. Flexor freestyle technique has the characteristics of low stroke frequency and high stroke amplitude. Flexor freestyle technique is more complicated in action structure, it takes a long time to "polish" to swim well. Suitable for an advanced person with a certain freestyle base. Compared with the straight arm freestyle, the flexor freestyle has an advantage in long distance running. Compared with the straight arm freestyle, the flexor freestyle technique is more economical in swimming.
