我國(guó)優(yōu)秀男子乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員接發(fā)球輪技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:研究目的:通過對(duì)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀男子乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的接發(fā)球輪技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用情況錄像進(jìn)行觀察、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析和研究,以期能夠通過總結(jié)張繼科、馬龍、王皓、許昕等四名優(yōu)秀乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用特點(diǎn)、風(fēng)格及優(yōu)劣,歸納乒乓球接發(fā)球輪技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的使用效果和規(guī)律,以此來為我國(guó)年輕乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練工作的開展提供參考。研究方法:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)張繼科、馬龍、王皓、許昕等四名優(yōu)秀男子乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用情況進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)論:(1)張繼科:在接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用中反手?jǐn)Q(彈)和擺短,尤其是反手側(cè)擰和擺短正手位是其主要手段,也是其優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,反手拉球的失分率較高則是需要彌補(bǔ)的短板;接發(fā)球更傾向于采用積極主動(dòng)、快速搶攻的技術(shù),但卻存在連續(xù)進(jìn)攻技術(shù)組合得分效果偏低的問題。(2)馬龍:在接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用中控制技術(shù)是其優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,但進(jìn)攻性技術(shù)穩(wěn)定性不高;接發(fā)球線路的運(yùn)用變化比較多,相持球穩(wěn)健的一貫風(fēng)格相符;接發(fā)球二四板技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用中以“控攻組合”為主,以“攻攻組合”和“控控組合”為輔,主要的問題是得分率偏低。(3)王皓:在接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用中擅長(zhǎng)使用的是反手?jǐn)Q(彈),但采用反手?jǐn)Q拉技術(shù)處理正手位逆旋轉(zhuǎn)近網(wǎng)球是否合理還有待商榷。其薄弱環(huán)節(jié):一是,利用正手拉球和反手拉球搶攻時(shí),技術(shù)使用的穩(wěn)定性比較差,存在技術(shù)漏洞。二是,側(cè)身拉球技術(shù)的使用頻率和使用效率均有待提高;接發(fā)球線路的運(yùn)用比較均衡、穩(wěn)定。從而出現(xiàn)失誤導(dǎo)致被動(dòng)失分;接發(fā)球技術(shù)的使用較為均衡,但得分率均偏低。(4)許昕:在接發(fā)球輪各項(xiàng)技術(shù)及技術(shù)組合的運(yùn)用中主要以臺(tái)內(nèi)的擺短反控制為主,在側(cè)身拉球技術(shù)的運(yùn)用上也具有較高的穩(wěn)定性,且善于主動(dòng)求變,是其技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。接發(fā)球使用頻率較高的二四板技術(shù)組合為“控攻組合”和“攻攻組合”,使用頻率最高的二四六板技術(shù)組合為“控控攻組合”使用頻率最高的六八板及后續(xù)技術(shù)組合為“攻攻組合”。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the observation, statistics, analysis and research on the video recording of receiving and serving wheel technology and technical combination of excellent male table tennis players in China, the author hopes to summarize Zhang Jike, Ma Long, Wang Hao, etc. The application characteristics, styles and advantages and disadvantages of four outstanding table tennis players, including Xu Xin and other excellent table tennis players, in the various techniques and technical combinations of the receiving and serving wheel, the application effect and law of the technology and technical combination of the table tennis receiving wheel are summarized. In order to provide a reference for the development of sports training of young table tennis players in China. Research methods: this paper analyzes the application of four excellent male table tennis players, Zhang Jike, Ma Long, Wang Hao, Xu Xin, and other excellent men's table tennis players, by using the methods of literature, video observation and mathematical statistics, and the application of the techniques and technical combinations of receiving and serving round for four outstanding male table tennis players, such as Zhang Jike, Ma Long, Wang Hao, Xu Xin, etc. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) Zhang Jike: in the application of each technique and technical combination of receiving and serving wheel, backhand twisting (projectile) and swinging short, especially backhand side twisting and short forehand position are its main means and its advantage. A high miss rate of backhand pull is a short board to be made up for, and the receiver is more inclined to use a proactive, fast grabbing technique. But there is the problem that the score of continuous attack technique combination is low. (2) Ma Long: control technology is the advantage in the application of each technology and technical combination of receiving and serving wheel, but the stability of offensive technology is not high; There are many changes in the use of the receiving and serving lines, and the consistent style of holding the ball is consistent. In the technical combination of the second and fourth boards of the receiver, the "attack control combination" is the main use, supplemented by the "attack combination" and "control and control combination". The main problem is that the scoring rate is low. (3) Wang Hao: in the application of the technology and technical combination of the receiver wheel, it is good at using backhand twist (bullet), but it is still open to question whether it is reasonable to use backhand twisting technique to deal with the direct hand reverse rotation near tennis ball. The weak links are as follows: first, when forehand and backhand pull are used, the stability of technology is poor, and there are technical loopholes. Second, the use frequency and efficiency of side-pull ball technology need to be improved, and the service line is more balanced and stable. As a result, errors lead to passive loss of points, and the use of receiving and serving techniques is more balanced, but the scoring rate is low. (4) Xu Xin: in the application of various techniques and technical combinations of the receiving and serving wheel, the main method is to control the short swing in the receiver, It also has high stability in the application of side pull ball technology, and is good at actively seeking for change, which is its technical advantage. The high frequency of receiving serve is composed of "control attack combination" and "attack combination". The most frequently used two- four and six-board technology combination is "control attack combination" and the following technology combination is "attack and attack combination".
