【摘要】：太極拳在我國(guó)大學(xué)《體育與健康》課程教學(xué)中占有很重要的地位,音樂(lè)與太極拳之間密切的聯(lián)系,促使音樂(lè)和太極拳融為一體進(jìn)行教學(xué)成為一種趨勢(shì)。將音樂(lè)帶入太極拳課堂是發(fā)展中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)邁出的重要一步,是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的一種創(chuàng)新。背景音樂(lè)與太極拳招式的有效結(jié)合不僅直接影響到學(xué)生掌握動(dòng)作的質(zhì)量,而且還關(guān)系到學(xué)生能否在太極拳課堂教學(xué)中體驗(yàn)到快樂(lè),能否實(shí)現(xiàn)快樂(lè)體育的教學(xué)目標(biāo),為太極拳的繼承和發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文以山西省高校太極拳教學(xué)中背景音樂(lè)的應(yīng)用情況為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法查閱教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、學(xué)校體育學(xué)、體育教學(xué)論、體育心理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,采用SPSS20.0對(duì)山西省高校太極拳教學(xué)中背景音樂(lè)的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探討了阻礙背景音樂(lè)應(yīng)用于太極拳教學(xué)的因素,提出了提高背景音樂(lè)在太極拳教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的對(duì)策。本文旨在解決現(xiàn)實(shí)中存在的問(wèn)題,達(dá)到太極拳教學(xué)效果最優(yōu)化的同時(shí),能夠?yàn)楹笃谘芯刻珮O拳背景音樂(lè)更好應(yīng)用于教學(xué)鋪設(shè)基礎(chǔ)和提供借鑒。研究表明:1.高校太極拳教學(xué)中背景音樂(lè)應(yīng)用的意義主要是在三個(gè)方面:(1)學(xué)習(xí)方面;(2)教學(xué)方面;(3)文化方面。2.山西省高校太極拳教學(xué)中背景音樂(lè)應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀如下:(1)高校太極拳教學(xué)中不同授課教師對(duì)背景音樂(lè)的應(yīng)用情況略有差別。太極拳教師音樂(lè)素養(yǎng)不高。(2)高校太極拳教學(xué)中教師應(yīng)用背景音樂(lè)的類型趨于一致。大多都樂(lè)于采用帶口令的太極音樂(lè),并且選擇背景音樂(lè)類型的依據(jù)是按套路規(guī)定的音樂(lè)。(3)高校太極拳教學(xué)中教師在背景音樂(lè)教學(xué)時(shí)間安排上基本一致。在一堂課的教學(xué)階段和練習(xí)階段播放背景音樂(lè)的時(shí)間分別是20分鐘和30分鐘左右。(4)高校太極拳教學(xué)中教師在背景音樂(lè)的播放時(shí)機(jī)安排上略有不同。(5)教師和學(xué)生對(duì)應(yīng)用背景音樂(lè)的教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)大體一致。3.影響山西省高校太極拳教學(xué)中正確合理應(yīng)用背景音樂(lè)的重要因素:(1)背景音樂(lè)理論指導(dǎo);(2)背景音樂(lè)配樂(lè)培訓(xùn);(3)音樂(lè)素材;(4)教材因素;(5)教學(xué)環(huán)境因素。4.提出的對(duì)策:(1)注重背景音樂(lè)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí);(2)增強(qiáng)剪輯音樂(lè)的能力;(3)注意音樂(lè)素材的選擇;(4)發(fā)放配套太極拳套路教材和背景音樂(lè)教材;(5)提供充足的教學(xué)場(chǎng)地和音響器材;
[Abstract]:Taijiquan plays an important role in the course of physical Education and Health in Chinese universities. The close relationship between music and Taijiquan makes it a trend to combine music with Taijiquan in teaching. Bringing music into the Taijiquan classroom is an important step in the development of Chinese traditional Wushu and an innovation in social progress. The effective combination of background music and Taijiquan not only directly affects the quality of students' mastering actions, but also relates to whether students can experience happiness in Taijiquan classroom teaching and whether they can achieve the teaching goal of happy sports. It lays a foundation for the inheritance and development of Taijiquan. This paper takes the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in Shanxi universities as the research object, and uses the method of literature to consult the relevant theories such as pedagogy, psychology, school physical education, physical education teaching theory, sports psychology and so on. The application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. The factors hindering the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching are discussed, and the countermeasures to improve the application of background music in Taijiquan teaching are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in reality, to achieve the best teaching effect of Taijiquan, and to lay the foundation and provide reference for the later study of Taijiquan background music. The study shows that 1: 1. The significance of background music application in Taijiquan teaching is mainly in three aspects: (1) learning; (2) teaching; (3) culture. The application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is as follows: (1) the application of background music to different teachers in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities is slightly different. The music literacy of Taijiquan teachers is not high. (2) the types of background music applied by teachers in college Taijiquan teaching tend to be consistent. Most of them are happy to use Taiji music with password, and the basis of choosing the background music type is the music according to the rules. (3) in the teaching of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, the teaching time of background music teaching is basically the same. The time of playing background music in the teaching stage and practice stage of a class is about 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. (4) in the teaching of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, the timing of playing background music is slightly different between teachers and students. (5) the time of playing background music is slightly different between teachers and students. The teaching effect evaluation of applied background music is generally consistent. 3. The important factors influencing the correct and reasonable application of background music in Taijiquan teaching in Shanxi Province are: (1) background music theory guidance; (2) background music training; (3) music material; (4) teaching material factor; (5) teaching environment factor. The countermeasures put forward are: (1) pay attention to the learning of background music knowledge; (2) enhance the ability of music editing; (3) pay attention to the choice of music materials; (4) distribute supporting Taijiquan routine teaching materials and background music materials; (5) provide adequate teaching sites and audio equipment;
