研究型教學(xué)在基本體操教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:體育學(xué)科是教育中一門非常重要的學(xué)科,在學(xué)科特點(diǎn)上有其獨(dú)特的一面。體育活動(dòng)基本上是在實(shí)際活動(dòng)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行的,它對(duì)人們?cè)谟^察、思考、探索、實(shí)踐等表現(xiàn)上提供了非常廣闊的平臺(tái)。體操是體育中非;A(chǔ)而又關(guān)鍵的內(nèi)容,各國(guó)為體操的發(fā)展,不斷革新許多健身器械,創(chuàng)編了豐富多樣的練習(xí)形式和練習(xí)內(nèi)容,研究了許多科學(xué)的鍛煉方法,逐步創(chuàng)立了理論基礎(chǔ)。以增強(qiáng)國(guó)民體質(zhì),訓(xùn)練身體技能,提高人體活動(dòng)能力,振奮民族精神;倔w操又是體操中最基礎(chǔ)的部分,而在基本體操教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教學(xué)更偏向于強(qiáng)調(diào)教師去進(jìn)行“教”,相對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法、創(chuàng)新與研究關(guān)心偏少,從而間接的對(duì)教學(xué)效果有所影響。因此對(duì)基本體操教學(xué)采取研究型教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在技能、探索、創(chuàng)新、合作、實(shí)踐等能力,完成對(duì)學(xué)生的全面培養(yǎng),突出研究型教學(xué)在教學(xué)過(guò)程中的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用。本文以武漢體育學(xué)院體育教育學(xué)院2014級(jí)基本體操課為例,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析檢驗(yàn)和比較,從學(xué)生對(duì)基本體操的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性、實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力上出發(fā),探討研究型教學(xué)對(duì)其的影響。通過(guò)在基本體操教學(xué)中進(jìn)行研究型教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,將基本體操教學(xué)實(shí)踐與研究型教學(xué)相結(jié)合,找出結(jié)合點(diǎn),真正的在基本體操教學(xué)實(shí)踐中引入研究型教學(xué)。從實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析中折射出:(1)研究型教學(xué)很適用在基本體操教學(xué)中。(2)研究型教學(xué)下學(xué)生均能取得令人滿意的學(xué)習(xí)成果。(3)研究型教學(xué)成功的激發(fā)了學(xué)生對(duì)基本體操的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和熱情,發(fā)展了學(xué)生的個(gè)性和創(chuàng)新能力。(4)研究型教學(xué)促進(jìn)了學(xué)生與教師之間、學(xué)生與學(xué)生之間團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。研究型教學(xué)還針對(duì)教師在專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、教學(xué)實(shí)踐、教法組織、個(gè)人提升上提出了要求。通過(guò)對(duì)研究型教學(xué)的采用,不僅可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)技術(shù)、技能的認(rèn)知與學(xué)習(xí)掌握,還可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的情感。學(xué)生在基本體操學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)采用研究型教學(xué),培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生探索意識(shí)、問(wèn)題意識(shí)、合作意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新意識(shí),還培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,自覺(jué)的鉆研科學(xué)。更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)新型人才的全面發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了教學(xué)過(guò)程的最優(yōu)化和教學(xué)結(jié)果的效果明顯化,為現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)所需求的體育人才顯示其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性。本研究通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)際教學(xué)情況的探索,為高;倔w操教學(xué)改革提供可理論依據(jù),希冀能夠?yàn)楦咝sw操教學(xué)改革提供參考,同時(shí)也為其它體育項(xiàng)目的教學(xué)改革提供有力憑據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Physical education is a very important subject in education. Sports activities are basically carried out in the process of actual activities, which provides a very broad platform for people to observe, think, explore, practice and so on. Gymnastics is a very basic and key content in sports. For the development of gymnastics, many countries have constantly innovated many fitness equipment, created a variety of exercise forms and exercises, and studied many scientific exercise methods. The theoretical basis was gradually established. In order to strengthen the national physique, training physical skills, improve the human body activity, national spirit. Basic gymnastics is the most basic part of gymnastics, but in the teaching process of basic gymnastics, teaching tends to emphasize teachers to "teach", compared with students' learning methods, innovation and research concern is less. As a result, there is an indirect impact on the teaching effect. Therefore, the research teaching experiment is adopted in the basic gymnastics teaching in order to cultivate the students' ability in skills, exploration, innovation, cooperation and practice, to complete the all-round cultivation of the students, and to highlight the practical application of the research-oriented teaching in the teaching process. Based on the analysis and comparison of the experimental results, this paper takes the class 2014 basic gymnastics course of Wuhan Institute of physical Education as an example, starting from the students' interest in learning basic gymnastics, their initiative in learning, their practical ability and their ability to innovate. This paper probes into the influence of research-based teaching on it. Through carrying on the research type teaching experiment research in the basic gymnastics teaching, combine the basic gymnastics teaching practice with the research type teaching, find out the joint point, really introduce the research type teaching in the basic gymnastics teaching practice. The analysis of the experimental results shows that: (1) Research-oriented teaching is very suitable in basic gymnastics teaching; (2) students can achieve satisfactory learning results under research-oriented teaching; (3) Research-oriented teaching successfully inspires students to learn about basic gymnastics. Learning interest and enthusiasm, (4) Research-oriented teaching promotes the spirit of teamwork between students and teachers, and between students and students. Research-based teaching also aims at teachers' professional accomplishment, teaching practice, teaching organization and personal promotion. The adoption of research-oriented teaching can not only cultivate students' cognition and mastery of technology and skills, but also cultivate students' emotion. In the process of learning basic gymnastics, students adopt research-based teaching to cultivate students' consciousness of exploration, problem, cooperation and innovation, and also cultivate students' active learning attitude and consciously study science. It can better realize the all-round development of innovative talents, embody the optimization of teaching process and the obvious effect of teaching results, and show its unique superiority for the sports talents needed in modern society. Through the exploration of teaching experiment and actual teaching situation, this study provides a theoretical basis for the reform of basic gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities, and hopes to provide a reference for the reform of gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities. At the same time for other sports teaching reform to provide strong evidence.
