膝踝疲勞亞健康人群保健體操的研制

【摘要】:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等,對(duì)膝踝疲勞亞健康人群保健體操進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)后受試者的體能指標(biāo)和關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度均有所改善。其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)前坐位體前屈和實(shí)驗(yàn)后對(duì)比有顯著性差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)后的閉眼單腳站立的時(shí)間比實(shí)驗(yàn)前延長(zhǎng),有顯著性差異(P0.05);髖關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)收、外展、屈經(jīng)過(guò)12周練習(xí)后,其活動(dòng)度也得到了提高,具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。由此,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)膝踝保健體操研制完成;(2)膝踝保健體操科學(xué)合理,難度適宜,適合在膝踝疲勞亞健康人群中推廣;(3)膝踝保健體操對(duì)體能恢復(fù)和膝踝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度具有一定的改善作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on were used to study the health gymnastics of sub-healthy people with knee and ankle fatigue. The results showed that: after the experiment, the physical fitness index and joint motion were improved. Among them, there was a significant difference between the sitting position and the postexperiment (P0.05); the time of standing on one foot after the experiment was longer than that before the experiment (P0.05); after 12 weeks of practice, the adduction, abduction and flexion of the hip joint were significantly different (P0.05). Its activity was also increased, with significant difference (P0.05). The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the development of knee and ankle health gymnastics is completed; (2) the knee and ankle health gymnastics is scientific and reasonable, and the difficulty is appropriate. It is suitable to be popularized in the sub-healthy people with knee and ankle fatigue. (3) knee ankle health exercise has a certain improvement on physical fitness recovery and knee ankle motion.
