【摘要】：當(dāng)今競技體育已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)國家軟實(shí)力的顯著標(biāo)志,競技體育事業(yè)是我國社會精神文明建設(shè)重要組成部分。隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中國全球化進(jìn)程中融合與激蕩的不斷深入,人們的價(jià)值觀念發(fā)生了重大變化。當(dāng)代中國競技體育在市場化、商業(yè)化、職業(yè)化發(fā)展過程中取得了顯著成果的同時(shí),也產(chǎn)生了優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動員教練員外流、假球、黑哨、球場暴力、貪污腐敗、球迷騷亂等一系列問題。這些棘手問題不僅嚴(yán)重影響了競技體育本身的發(fā)展,而且阻礙了社會主義精神文明建設(shè),建設(shè)當(dāng)代中國競技體育精神文化促進(jìn)競技體育又好又快發(fā)展、助力于社會主義精神文明建設(shè)迫在眉睫。當(dāng)代中國競技體育在新中國成立初期極其嚴(yán)峻的國內(nèi)外社會環(huán)境下起步,起步之初就背負(fù)著振興中華民族的重大歷史責(zé)任。在急于追趕社會心態(tài)驅(qū)動下,經(jīng)過一代又一代體育從業(yè)者的不懈努力,中國競技體育從基礎(chǔ)差、底子薄躍居到了世界前列。當(dāng)代中國競技體育在不斷進(jìn)步、永攀世界之巔的過程中,形成了以國家至上、艱苦奮斗、勇于拼搏、敢于創(chuàng)新、百折不撓為內(nèi)涵的競技體育精神文化。根據(jù)新時(shí)期我國競技體育發(fā)展和社會主義精神文明建設(shè)要求,以社會主義核心價(jià)值觀、優(yōu)秀西方體育精神、中華民族精神及儒家思想為核心的中國統(tǒng)文化作為建設(shè)資源。在國家至上、艱苦奮斗、勇于拼搏、敢于創(chuàng)新、百折不撓精神內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行續(xù)承、完善與補(bǔ)充。提出當(dāng)代中國競技體育精神文化建設(shè)主要包括愛國敬業(yè)、追求卓越、平等公正、誠實(shí)守信和文明禮讓五大方面。建設(shè)以愛國敬業(yè)、追求卓越、平等公正、誠實(shí)守信、文明禮讓為內(nèi)容的競技體育精神文化,對解決競技體育領(lǐng)域相關(guān)問題、促進(jìn)競技體育又好又快發(fā)展、學(xué)習(xí)踐行社會主義核心價(jià)值觀、弘揚(yáng)中華民族精神、續(xù)承中國傳統(tǒng)文化必將起到積極作用。在當(dāng)代中國競技體育精神文化建設(shè)路徑上,提出通過把競技體育體育精神文化建設(shè)內(nèi)容落實(shí)到競技體育發(fā)展和治理中、加強(qiáng)競技體育精神文化建設(shè)內(nèi)容的宣傳教育、開展學(xué)習(xí)競技體育精神文化建設(shè)內(nèi)容的實(shí)踐活動、加強(qiáng)競技體育物質(zhì)環(huán)境建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)競技體育精神文化的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)五大路徑來建設(shè)當(dāng)代中國競技體育精神文化,以實(shí)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)競技體育發(fā)展、發(fā)揮競技體育多效能的雙重目標(biāo),進(jìn)而為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢提供不竭的精神動力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, competitive sports has become a remarkable symbol of a country's soft power, and the cause of competitive sports is an important part of the construction of social spiritual civilization in our country. With the development of market economy and the deepening of integration and agitation in the process of globalization in China, people's values have changed greatly. In the process of marketization, commercialization and professionalization of competitive sports in contemporary China, remarkable achievements have been made, but at the same time, there has been an outflow of outstanding athletes and coaches, match-fixing, black whistle, court violence, corruption and corruption. A series of questions such as fan riots. These thorny problems not only seriously affect the development of competitive sports itself, but also hinder the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It is urgent to help the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Contemporary Chinese competitive sports started under the severe social environment at home and abroad in the early stage of the founding of New China, and it was shouldering the great historical responsibility of rejuvenating the Chinese nation at the beginning of the beginning. Driven by the eager to catch up with the social mentality, through the unremitting efforts of generation after generation of sports practitioners, China's competitive sports have leapt to the forefront of the world from a poor foundation and a poor foundation. In the process of continuous progress and everlasting climb to the top of the world in contemporary Chinese competitive sports, a spirit culture of competitive sports with the connotation of national supremacy, hard struggle, courage to innovate and perseverance has been formed. According to the requirements of the development of competitive sports and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in the new period, the unified culture of China, which is the core of socialist core values, outstanding western sports spirit, Chinese national spirit and Confucian thought, is taken as the construction resource. On the basis of national supremacy, hard struggle, courage to innovate, and perseverance in the spirit of connotation to continue, improve and supplement. It is pointed out that the spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports in contemporary China mainly includes five aspects: devotion to patriotism, pursuit of excellence, equality and justice, honesty and trustworthiness and civilized comity. The construction of a spiritual culture of competitive sports, which takes patriotism and dedication, the pursuit of excellence, equality and justice, honesty and trustworthiness, and civilized comity as the content, will help solve the problems related to the field of competitive sports and promote the sound and rapid development of competitive sports. Learning and practicing socialist core values, carrying forward the spirit of the Chinese nation and continuing Chinese traditional culture will certainly play a positive role. On the way of spiritual culture construction of competitive sports in contemporary China, it is proposed to strengthen the propaganda and education of the content of spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports by implementing the contents of spiritual and cultural construction of competitive sports into the development and administration of competitive sports. Carrying out the practical activities of learning the content of the construction of the spirit and culture of competitive sports, strengthening the construction of the material environment of competitive sports, and strengthening the organization and leadership of the spiritual culture of competitive sports to build the spiritual culture of contemporary Chinese competitive sports. In order to realize the dual goal of promoting the development of competitive sports and giving play to the multi-efficiency of competitive sports, it can provide an inexhaustible spiritual power for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.
