【摘要】：作為技能主導(dǎo)類(lèi)表現(xiàn)難美性項(xiàng)群項(xiàng)目,競(jìng)技健美操實(shí)踐在與評(píng)分規(guī)則的互動(dòng)作用下,成套動(dòng)作的創(chuàng)新編排與完美展現(xiàn)是運(yùn)動(dòng)員取得優(yōu)異成績(jī)的決定性因素。在當(dāng)前日趨激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,發(fā)揮比賽成套動(dòng)作的最大化價(jià)值,是運(yùn)動(dòng)員角逐競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的方向。運(yùn)用錄像分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)2006—2014年連續(xù)5屆世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽所有項(xiàng)目決賽成套進(jìn)行多維審視,基于世界格局發(fā)展探明競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)特點(diǎn),為成套動(dòng)作訓(xùn)練和世錦賽參賽戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃提供理論參考和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。研究表明,提升成套動(dòng)作核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)是高分值難度動(dòng)作的選用與成功完成,保障運(yùn)動(dòng)員成套動(dòng)作完成的穩(wěn)定性和準(zhǔn)確性是避免參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及成套實(shí)施控制的關(guān)鍵。此外,競(jìng)技健美操參賽成套發(fā)展需突出藝術(shù)觀賞性,同時(shí)還需鼓勵(lì)女運(yùn)動(dòng)員參與三人項(xiàng)目和集體項(xiàng)目,充分把握并發(fā)揮各項(xiàng)目核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素優(yōu)勢(shì),贏得最佳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素效益。
[Abstract]:As a skill-dominated performance difficult to beauty events, competitive aerobics practice and the interaction with the scoring rules, the creative layout and perfect display of complete sets of movements is the decisive factor for athletes to achieve excellent results. In the current increasingly fierce international competition, it is the direction of competition for athletes to give play to the maximum value of the complete set of actions. By means of video analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods, through the multidimensional examination of all the final sets of the five consecutive World Aerobics Championships from 2006 to 2014, the characteristics of the competitive situation have been developed based on the world pattern. To provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the complete set of action training and the strategic planning of the world championships. The research shows that the key to enhance the core competitiveness of complete sets is the selection and successful completion of high score and difficulty movements, and the key to avoid the risks and control the complete sets is to ensure the stability and accuracy of complete sets of athletes. In addition, the development of competitive aerobics sets should emphasize artistic appreciation, at the same time, female athletes should be encouraged to participate in three-person events and collective events, to fully grasp and give play to the advantages of core competitive factors of each event, and to win the best competitive factor benefit.
