【摘要】：文章采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法及邏輯分析法等多種研究方法,從瀘州市網(wǎng)球參與者現(xiàn)狀、瀘州市網(wǎng)球場館分布現(xiàn)狀、瀘州市網(wǎng)球賽事開展現(xiàn)狀、瀘州市網(wǎng)球教練員現(xiàn)狀幾個方面對目前瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了整體分析,總結(jié)出影響瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素主要有瀘州市的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、瀘州市網(wǎng)球場館建設(shè)及場地設(shè)施的匱乏、瀘州市各單位對網(wǎng)球運動的重視程度、瀘州市開展的網(wǎng)球競賽偏少,整體競賽水平偏低等幾個方面。具體表現(xiàn)為:1.瀘州市網(wǎng)球參與者中,從性別來看,以男性居多,年齡主要集中在18-40歲之間,學(xué)歷基本為�？坪捅究�,職業(yè)以學(xué)生居多,參與者參加網(wǎng)球運動的主要動機是合理健康鍛煉身體;2.瀘州市網(wǎng)球場館數(shù)量偏少,室內(nèi)場地嚴(yán)重不足,大部分場館主要分布在機關(guān)事業(yè)單位,不能夠滿足人們的網(wǎng)球運動需求;3.瀘州市開展的網(wǎng)球賽事偏少,賽事整體水平不高,參與人群較固定,不能夠全面帶動瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動的開展;4.瀘州市網(wǎng)球教練員的年齡主要分布在20-40歲之間,教練員隊伍較年輕,學(xué)歷分布(除研究生學(xué)歷外)較均勻,高中及以下、專科、本科各占30%左右,整體教練員水平一般,從業(yè)年限大部分少于5年,持證上崗率較低,網(wǎng)球教練員的整體專業(yè)水平偏低。通過對瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動發(fā)展的整體情況進(jìn)行分析,提出能夠促進(jìn)瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策:1結(jié)合瀘州市的地區(qū)特色,帶動當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高人們對網(wǎng)球運動的認(rèn)識程度,從而促進(jìn)網(wǎng)球運動快速發(fā)展;2加大力度建設(shè)網(wǎng)球場館,結(jié)合政府、企事業(yè)單位、社會人事等多方面的力量,在瀘州市內(nèi)建設(shè)網(wǎng)球場地,保障瀘州市民參與網(wǎng)球運動的硬件設(shè)施,同時加速瀘州市網(wǎng)球發(fā)展。3加大對瀘州市內(nèi)網(wǎng)球運動的宣傳,在企事業(yè)單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中率先開展,提高各單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對網(wǎng)球運動的興趣愛好,從而使得網(wǎng)球運動能夠在各單位中順利開展。同時,可以通過學(xué)習(xí)鄰近城市成熟的網(wǎng)球傳播模式,促進(jìn)瀘州市網(wǎng)球運動健康和諧發(fā)展。4在瀘州市內(nèi)增加網(wǎng)球賽事的開展,提高網(wǎng)球賽事的整體水平,讓更多的網(wǎng)球參與者參與能夠參與網(wǎng)球比賽。5提高網(wǎng)球教練員的整體水平,完善網(wǎng)球教練員的培訓(xùn)體制,開展多方面的培訓(xùn)課程,讓更多的網(wǎng)球教練員接受系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn),對自身職業(yè)有系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的認(rèn)識。同時可以通過多種方式的獎勵形式激發(fā)網(wǎng)球教練員參與專業(yè)證書的考試,提高當(dāng)?shù)鼐W(wǎng)球教練員的專業(yè)水平。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts many research methods, such as literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, from the present situation of tennis participants in Luzhou City, the distribution of tennis venues in Luzhou City, and the present situation of tennis events in Luzhou City. The present situation of tennis coaches in Luzhou City is analyzed in this paper, and the related factors affecting the development of tennis in Luzhou City are summarized, which are the overall economic level of Luzhou City. The lack of tennis venues and facilities in Luzhou, the degree of attention paid to tennis by various units in Luzhou, the small number of tennis competitions carried out in Luzhou, the low level of overall competition, etc. The concrete expression is 1: 1. Among the tennis participants in Luzhou City, male is the majority, age is mainly between 18 and 40 years old, academic background is mainly specialized and undergraduate, occupation is students, and the main motivation for participants to participate in tennis is to exercise healthily. 2. The number of tennis venues in Luzhou is on the low side, and the indoor venues are seriously insufficient. Most of the venues are mainly distributed in government institutions and institutions, which can not meet the needs of people in tennis. Luzhou has few tennis events, the overall level of the event is not high, the participation of the crowd is relatively fixed, can not fully promote the development of tennis in Luzhou City. 4. The age of tennis coaches in Luzhou is mainly between 20 and 40 years old, the coaches are young, the distribution of academic qualifications (except graduate education) is more uniform, the senior middle school and below, specialized courses and undergraduate courses account for about 30%, the overall level of coaches is average. Most of the working years are less than 5 years, the rate of licensed employment is low, and the overall professional level of tennis coaches is low. Based on the analysis of the overall situation of the development of tennis in Luzhou City, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures that can promote the development of tennis sport in Luzhou City: 1 combined with the regional characteristics of Luzhou City, to promote the development of local economy. To improve people's understanding of tennis, thus promoting the rapid development of tennis and strengthening the construction of tennis venues and venues, combining the various forces of the government, enterprises and institutions, social personnel, and so on, to build tennis courts in Luzhou City. To ensure the participation of the people of Luzhou in the hardware facilities of tennis, at the same time, to accelerate the development of tennis in Luzhou, to increase the publicity of tennis in Luzhou, to take the lead in the leadership of enterprises and institutions, and to enhance the interest and hobby of the leaders of various units in tennis, As a result, tennis can be carried out smoothly in various units. At the same time, we can promote the healthy and harmonious development of Luzhou tennis sport by learning the mature tennis communication mode in neighbouring cities, and increase the development of tennis events and improve the overall level of tennis events in Luzhou City. Let more tennis participants participate in the tennis match 5 to improve the overall level of tennis coaches, improve the training system of tennis coaches, carry out a variety of training courses, let more tennis coaches receive systematic training, A systematic and scientific understanding of one's own profession. At the same time, it can stimulate tennis coaches to participate in the examination of professional certificate through various forms of rewards, and improve the professional level of local tennis coaches.
