【摘要】：采用文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等,以第六次全國體育場地普查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對泉州市與福建省三大中心城市體育場館的運營模式、從業(yè)人員、收入支出等進行比較。研究表明:泉州市體育場館運營模式相當(dāng)單一,自主運營占絕對主導(dǎo)地位;室內(nèi)體育場館、營業(yè)性體育場館、高危體育項目場館、規(guī)模較大體育場館等是泉州體育場館從業(yè)人員配置的大戶;泉州體育場館在經(jīng)營上處于盈利狀態(tài),但盈利幅度和空間較為有限。深化體育場館運營管理改革,制定相應(yīng)配套政策措施,引入"大運營"概念,推進"公建民營"運營模式等是泉州市體育場館運營效能水平提升的主要對策。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the sixth National Sports Field Census, the paper compares the operating mode, the employees and the income expenditure of the gymnasiums and gymnasiums between Quanzhou City and Fujian Province by using the method of literature and statistics and so on. The research shows that the operation mode of Quanzhou stadiums is quite single, and independent operation is the absolute dominant one; indoor stadiums, business stadiums, high-risk sports events stadiums and stadiums, The large-scale stadiums and so on are the big households of Quanzhou stadiums and gymnasiums, which are profitable in operation, but the profit range and space are limited. Deepening the reform of stadiums and gymnasiums operation management, formulating corresponding policies and measures, introducing the concept of "big operation" and promoting the operation mode of "public construction and private" are the main countermeasures for the improvement of the operational efficiency level of the gymnasiums and gymnasiums in Quanzhou.
