【摘要】：所謂“得田徑者,得天下”,田徑運(yùn)動是競技體育中最重要的運(yùn)動之一。田徑投擲項(xiàng)目是集速度、力量于一身的運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目,是競技體育中最具觀賞性的項(xiàng)目之一。田徑投擲項(xiàng)目共設(shè)男女各四項(xiàng),分別為鉛球、鐵餅、標(biāo)槍、鏈球。投擲項(xiàng)目競賽一直是山東省的優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目,是山東田徑中重要的組成部分。山東省田徑投擲項(xiàng)目歷史上取得過輝煌成就,但在這些優(yōu)異的成績背后我們也能發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問題:山東省投擲項(xiàng)目整體成績不錯,在女子標(biāo)槍、男子鐵餅成績上相對突出,但是在女子鉛球、女子鏈球成績上還處于較低水平。在最近幾年里,特別是十一全運(yùn)會以后山東省投擲項(xiàng)目逐漸失去優(yōu)勢,尤其是在女子鉛球、男子鏈球項(xiàng)目上成績下滑嚴(yán)重。面對山東省投擲項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀,我們必須清楚了解山東省田徑投擲項(xiàng)目成績發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),抓好投擲項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢點(diǎn),爭取我們在其他單項(xiàng)上有所突破。只有對自己的成績發(fā)展趨勢和規(guī)律有一個全面客觀的把握,才能更充分了解我們與全國最高水平的差距在哪里、差距有多大,進(jìn)而尋找突破口,迎頭趕上。造成山東省田徑投擲項(xiàng)目成績起伏較大、女子鉛球和女子鏈球成績下降的原因是多方面的。為了全面提高山東省投擲項(xiàng)目成績,爭取在即將到來2017年天津全運(yùn)會上有較大突破。本研究從山東省投擲項(xiàng)目成績發(fā)展入手,著重分析我省投擲項(xiàng)目近15年成績,并且通過調(diào)查分析,從運(yùn)動員選材、運(yùn)動員訓(xùn)練方法及手段等多方面探查不同時(shí)期山東投擲項(xiàng)目落后或上升的原因。并提出合理建議或意見,不斷完善我省投擲項(xiàng)目研究,為我省投擲項(xiàng)目未來發(fā)展提供依據(jù),為我省備戰(zhàn)2017全運(yùn)會盡微薄之力。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,對山東省投擲項(xiàng)目的教練員、運(yùn)動員、儲備力量及訓(xùn)練條件等方面情況進(jìn)行分析研究,得出以下結(jié)果:1.當(dāng)前山東省田徑投擲項(xiàng)目成績總體呈上升趨勢,尤其是在女子標(biāo)槍、女子鐵餅?zāi)凶予F餅成績上與全國水平差距較小。其成績發(fā)展速度主要表現(xiàn)為:女子標(biāo)槍女子鐵餅女子鉛球女子鏈球,男子標(biāo)槍男子鉛球男子鐵餅?zāi)凶渔溓�。男女子�?biāo)槍、男子鉛球、女鐵餅為我省優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目。女子鉛球和女子鏈球成績較全國成績劣勢明顯。2.山東省男女子標(biāo)槍成績居于全國前列水平,男子標(biāo)槍總體上升的趨勢中分別在2003年和2013年出現(xiàn)短暫的低谷。女子標(biāo)槍成績相對較為穩(wěn)定,并在2002年和2012年獲得全國冠軍,但在2014年下降幅度比較大,出現(xiàn)了最低成績。鐵餅方面男子鐵餅成績較大,自2009年以來呈下降趨勢。女子鐵餅成績不斷進(jìn)步并進(jìn)入了一個新時(shí)期。3.在鉛球方面女子鉛球成績下降明顯,與全國差距越來越大。男子鉛球從2000年我省李金堂投出的15.63米到2014年王立克投出的19.61米,成績上升明顯,最近幾年成績最為接近全國最好成績。4.山東省投擲成績發(fā)展表現(xiàn)為男女不平衡,并呈現(xiàn)出明顯的“全運(yùn)周期”現(xiàn)象。山東省投擲成績發(fā)展表現(xiàn)為男子穩(wěn)定性大于女子的項(xiàng)目有鉛球、鏈球。山東省男女標(biāo)槍成績都位于全國前列,而女子成績更優(yōu)且發(fā)展更具穩(wěn)定性。由于山東省政府高度重視全運(yùn)會的比賽,山東省投擲項(xiàng)目成績呈現(xiàn)出“全運(yùn)周期”現(xiàn)象,成績發(fā)展呈鋸齒狀,變化幅度大于全國成績變化。5.優(yōu)勢與不足:山東省教練員隊(duì)伍的梯隊(duì)建設(shè)合理,有一批水平較高的教練骨干。但是在運(yùn)動員選材科學(xué)性上有待提高,訓(xùn)練過程中缺乏有效的心理干預(yù),導(dǎo)致某些單項(xiàng)成績發(fā)展穩(wěn)定性較差。
[Abstract]:The so-called track and field sport is one of the most important sports in competitive sports. Track and field throwing is one of the most ornamental items in competitive sports, which is one of the most ornamental items in competitive sports. It is an important part of Shandong Province, which is an important part of the track and field in Shandong. The history of the throwing events in the field of track and field in Shandong province has made brilliant achievements, but we can also find some problems behind these outstanding achievements: the overall achievement of the throwing projects in Shandong Province is good, in the women's gun, the men's discus results are relatively prominent, but in women, but in women In the last few years, especially in the eleven national games, Shandong throwing projects have gradually lost their advantages in recent years, especially in the women's shot, the men's hammer ball project has fallen seriously. In the face of the present situation in Shandong throwing projects, we must understand clearly the achievements of the throwing events in the field of track and field in Shandong province. With the characteristics of development, we should grasp the advantages of the throwing project and strive for a breakthrough in the other items. Only if we have a comprehensive and objective grasp of the development trend and law of our own achievements, can we know more fully where the gap between us and the highest level of the country is, how big the gap is, and then to find the breakthrough and catch up in Shandong province. The result of the track and field throwing events fluctuates greatly, and the reasons for the decline of women's shot and women's chain ball results are multifaceted. In order to improve the performance of the throwing projects in Shandong province in an all-round way, we should strive for a breakthrough in the upcoming 2017 Tianjin National Games. This study starts with the performance of the throwing project in Shandong Province, and focuses on the analysis of the throwing project of our province for nearly 15 years. Results, and through investigation and analysis, from the selection of athletes, athletes training methods and means and other aspects to explore the reasons for the backward or rising of the Shandong throwing projects in different periods, and put forward reasonable suggestions or opinions, and constantly improve our province throwing project research, provide the basis for the future development of throwing projects in our province, for our province to prepare for the 2017 National Games. This study uses literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze and study the coaches, athletes, reserve and training conditions of the throwing projects in Shandong province. The following results are obtained: 1. at present, the overall performance of the athletics in Shandong province is on the rise, especially in the women's javelin. Women's discus men's discus results are smaller than the national level. The speed of their development is mainly as follows: Women's Javelin women's discus women's lead ball, men's Javelin men's shot men's discus men's hammer. Women's javelin, men's shot, and female discus are the dominant items in our province. The results of women's shot and women's hammer are more than the whole country. The result and inferior position are obvious.2. Shandong province men and women javelin scores are in the top level in the country, and the trend of men's Javelin rising in 2003 and 2013 respectively is short. Women's Javelin results are relatively stable, and the national champion in 2002 and 2012, but in 2014, the decline is relatively large, the lowest achievement. The men's discus score has declined since 2009. The performance of the women's discus has progressing and has entered a new period of.3. in the lead ball. The difference between the women's shot and the national gap is becoming more and more significant. The men's shot from 15.63 meters in 2000 from Li Jintang in 2000 to 19.61 meters in 2014. In recent years, the results are most close to the best results in the country.4.. The development of throwing achievements in Shandong province shows the imbalance between men and women, and the phenomenon of "full transport cycle" is obvious.
