【摘要】：正在人們獲得運動技能的過程中,外顯認知與內(nèi)隱認知是最為重要的兩種方式�！哆\動技能內(nèi)隱認知研究》以運動技能的外顯認知為出發(fā)點,對運動技能的內(nèi)隱認知實質(zhì)以及內(nèi)隱認知與外顯認知的協(xié)同化效應(yīng)等進行了闡述。此書的出版不僅有助于人們從"意識-無意識"的角度來完整的審視人類自己的運動技能認知,促進運動技能認知理論的進一步豐富和發(fā)展,而且也有助于人們構(gòu)建新的技能認知理論,促進該理論在教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中的移植和內(nèi)化,從而有效地指導(dǎo)教育教學(xué)及訓(xùn)練實踐。
[Abstract]:In the process of acquiring motor skills, explicit cognition and implicit cognition are the two most important ways. The essence of implicit cognition of motor skills and the synergistic effect of implicit cognition and explicit cognition are expounded. The publication of this book not only helps people to examine the cognition of motor skills from the perspective of consciousness and unconsciousness, but also promotes the further enrichment and development of cognitive theory of motor skills. It is also helpful for people to construct a new theory of skill cognition, to promote the transplantation and internalization of the theory in teaching and training, so as to effectively guide education, teaching and training practice.
