發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法在高校乒乓球選項(xiàng)課中的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)法等研究方法,依據(jù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,從發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法的概念、教學(xué)特征、教學(xué)過程,結(jié)合對學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)、技術(shù)水平的了解等方面對西南交通大學(xué)乒乓球選項(xiàng)課運(yùn)用發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法展開研究。本文以西南交通大學(xué)2014級乒乓球選項(xiàng)班為教學(xué)研究對象,采用隨機(jī)抽樣分組的方式將選出學(xué)生分為實(shí)驗(yàn)班與對照班,以身體素質(zhì)、乒乓球技術(shù)、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、合作能力作為實(shí)驗(yàn)測試內(nèi)容,分別運(yùn)用發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。在經(jīng)過教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)后得出:發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法不僅有利于學(xué)生乒乓球技術(shù)水平的提高,而且對學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)、合作能力、學(xué)習(xí)乒乓球的興趣等方面效果也尤為明顯。本文經(jīng)過對實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對照班前后測試成績對比分析的方法最終得出以下結(jié)論:(1)在乒乓球選項(xiàng)課中,不管是發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法還是傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法都能使學(xué)生的乒乓球水平得到有效提高。在側(cè)身位正手攻球、反手推擋和推擋側(cè)身攻技術(shù)的技評成績和反手推擋和推擋側(cè)身攻技術(shù)的達(dá)標(biāo)成績上,通過對所測試的結(jié)果進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)分析,成顯著性差異(P0.05)。由此得出,發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法可以運(yùn)用在乒乓球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)中,而且與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法相比,前者更有利于學(xué)生乒乓球技術(shù)水平的提高。(2)發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法在教學(xué)過程中按照異質(zhì)分組進(jìn)行探討和練習(xí),這樣能夠使得學(xué)生在互相學(xué)習(xí)的過程中,增加雙方交流的機(jī)會(huì),增進(jìn)雙方的了解,營造和諧、輕松的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)、合作能力以及提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)乒乓球的積極性。(3)在乒乓球選項(xiàng)課中,發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法地運(yùn)用相對于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法有助于更好的處理教師和學(xué)生之間“教”與“學(xué)”的關(guān)系。而且該教學(xué)方法能夠使得學(xué)生充分發(fā)揮自己的獨(dú)立思考能力,培養(yǎng)課堂主人翁意識(shí),提高自身的乒乓球水平。(4)發(fā)現(xiàn)式教學(xué)法在高校乒乓球選項(xiàng)課的運(yùn)用,不僅能夠使得乒乓球技術(shù)稍差的學(xué)生在技術(shù)上得到提高;而且可以最大限度得避免學(xué)生習(xí)得性無助感現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, data statistics, experimental teaching method and so on. According to the present research situation at home and abroad, the concept, teaching characteristics, teaching process and the physical quality of the students are combined with the concept of the discovery method, the teaching characteristics, the teaching process and so on. This paper studies the application of discovery method in table tennis elective course of Southwest Jiaotong University in terms of understanding of technical level. This paper takes the selective class of table tennis of Grade 2014 of Southwest Jiaotong University as the teaching research object, and adopts the method of random sampling and grouping to divide the students into experimental class and control class, with physical quality, table tennis technique, learning motivation, etc. The cooperative ability is used as the content of the experiment, and the discovery teaching method and the traditional teaching method are used to carry out the teaching experiment. After the teaching experiment, it is concluded that the discovery teaching method is not only beneficial to the improvement of the students' technical level of table tennis, but also has obvious effect on the students' team consciousness, cooperation ability and interest in learning table tennis. Through the comparison and analysis of the test results between the experimental class and the control class, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) in the table tennis elective class, both the discovery teaching method and the traditional teaching method can effectively improve the students' table tennis level. In the technical evaluation of forehand attack, backhand pushing and pushing lateral attack, and the achievement of backhand pushing and pushing lateral attack, the test results were analyzed by independent sample T test, and the difference was significant (P0.05). It is concluded that the discovery teaching method can be used in the teaching of table tennis elective courses, and compared with the traditional teaching methods, The former is more conducive to the improvement of students' technical level of table tennis. (2) Discovery teaching method is discussed and practiced according to heterogeneous groups in the teaching process, so that students can increase the chances of communication between the two sides in the process of learning from each other. To promote mutual understanding, create a harmonious, relaxed learning atmosphere, is conducive to the development of students' team, cooperative ability and improve the enthusiasm of students to learn table tennis. Compared with the traditional teaching method, the application of the discovery teaching method is helpful to deal with the relationship between "teaching" and "learning" between teachers and students. Moreover, this teaching method can make students give full play to their independent thinking ability, cultivate the sense of ownership in class, and improve their table tennis level. It can not only improve the students' skill of table tennis, but also avoid the phenomenon of students' learning helplessness.
