廣西普通高校跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:作為現(xiàn)代奧運(yùn)會(huì)正式比賽項(xiàng)目之一的跆拳道,近些年以來,因其能夠有效地強(qiáng)健體魄、塑造人格,極大地引發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道的熱情,許多高校亦是以此為契機(jī),開設(shè)了相關(guān)課程。本文選取了廣西區(qū)內(nèi)十所普通高校作為調(diào)查樣本,并在其中抽取20名跆拳道教師與500名學(xué)生作為本項(xiàng)研究的調(diào)查對(duì)象。在研究方法上采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、問卷調(diào)查法、對(duì)比分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法與邏輯分析法。本項(xiàng)研究分析了廣西十所高校在實(shí)際開展跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)中的真實(shí)狀況,著重研究了其課程安排(必修課與選修課)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施建設(shè)、管理制度與教材建設(shè)、課程資源整合等諸多方面存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析廣西高校在跆拳道課程開展過程中出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因,并針對(duì)所存在的問題,提出科學(xué)合理的解決方案。本文主要運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行研究,在全面詳細(xì)的調(diào)查分析后,得出以下結(jié)論:1.經(jīng)調(diào)查得知廣西十所普通高校跆拳道課程開展已經(jīng)相當(dāng)普遍,都開設(shè)了跆拳道課程。在這十所高校中,都擁有相關(guān)跆拳道學(xué)生社團(tuán)組織,其中,有六所開設(shè)了跆拳道必修課程,并有個(gè)別院校為此開設(shè)招收跆拳道特長(zhǎng)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專業(yè),相比之下,開展情況較差的則只是開設(shè)了相關(guān)選修課程,以期豐富學(xué)生的課余生活。即使開設(shè)了跆拳道必修課程的高校在調(diào)查中同樣也存在學(xué)校不重視、教師不滿意等問題。2.被調(diào)查的十所院校的學(xué)生中,喜歡跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)的占大多數(shù),并且對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)有較高期盼,由此說明跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)在廣西高校頗具發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?.調(diào)查顯示,在被調(diào)查的十所廣西高校中,盡管學(xué)生對(duì)跆拳道擁有較大熱情和興趣,但普遍對(duì)所開設(shè)的跆拳道課程滿意度不高。廣西高校跆拳的道課程開展以及教學(xué)實(shí)踐還存有缺陷,與學(xué)生實(shí)際需求存在差距。4.在開設(shè)跆拳道課程的廣西高校中,跆拳道教師的學(xué)歷、職稱、專業(yè)素質(zhì)等,成為亟待解決的問題,師資軟性因素成為廣西高校跆拳道課程開設(shè)的阻力。5.跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的不足以及相關(guān)器材的短缺,是制約廣西跆拳道課程開展的重要原因,同時(shí)資金投入不足嚴(yán)重制約著跆拳道課程的開展。6.與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)實(shí)踐相比較,跆拳道教學(xué)過程中,同樣存在諸如教學(xué)理念滯后,理論與實(shí)踐沒有有效的結(jié)合,出現(xiàn)脫節(jié);教學(xué)過程中內(nèi)容與形式過于片面,學(xué)生接受具有排斥性等等現(xiàn)象,跆拳道課程改革亟待進(jìn)行。7.教學(xué)資源整合存在缺陷,大部分高校與各類跆拳道社團(tuán)、協(xié)會(huì)、俱樂部等學(xué)生組織交流與合作存在不足,未能利用和調(diào)動(dòng)各類課程資源的有效整合。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論作出如下建議:1.將跆拳道正式列入高校體育教學(xué)大綱,使跆拳道能夠和那些傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目并駕齊驅(qū),擁有同等重視程度的地位。2.相關(guān)部門組織撰寫具有指導(dǎo)性、專業(yè)性的跆拳道課程教材,以保證跆拳道課程教學(xué)的正規(guī)正確性并突出其專業(yè)性。3.提高跆拳道教師素質(zhì),聘請(qǐng)跆拳道專業(yè)教師,營(yíng)造扎實(shí)良好的教學(xué)規(guī)范,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。4.加強(qiáng)資金投入力度、加快場(chǎng)地建設(shè)、完備器材設(shè)施,為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道課程創(chuàng)造更好的硬件條件。5.針對(duì)區(qū)域特色與地域特點(diǎn),在課程開展中,對(duì)于教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與形式、考核評(píng)估體系等等,做到與廣西地區(qū)的教學(xué)特點(diǎn)與特色相一致,突出廣西教學(xué)特色和特點(diǎn)。6.增強(qiáng)教學(xué)資源的開放性與包容性,努力建構(gòu)與各類學(xué)生社團(tuán)組織的多渠道、多元的發(fā)展方式。7.加強(qiáng)課程資源整合,保護(hù)并發(fā)展現(xiàn)有的多種開展形式,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行資源和訊息的共享,使其發(fā)揮出自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),以促進(jìn)高校跆拳道的發(fā)展建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, taekwondo, as one of the formal events of the modern Olympic Games, has caused the enthusiasm of the students to learn Taekwondo because of their ability to effectively strengthen the body and shape their personality. Many colleges and universities have also opened the related courses. This paper selects ten colleges and universities in Guangxi as an investigation sample, and 20 Taekwondo teachers and 500 students were selected as the subjects of this study. The methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in the research methods. This study analyzed the real situation of Guangxi's ten colleges and universities in the actual development of Taekwondo. On the basis of the problems in many aspects, such as the course arrangement (compulsory course and elective course), the construction of the teaching staff, the construction of the facilities and facilities, the management system and the teaching materials, and the integration of the curriculum resources, this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems in the course of Taekwondo in Guangxi colleges and universities, and puts forward the subject in view of the existing problems. This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to study, and after a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis, we get the following conclusions: 1. it has been found that the course of Taekwondo in ten ordinary colleges and universities in Guangxi has been quite common and has opened the taekwondo course. In these ten colleges, they all have the related taekwondo student associations, Among them, six have opened the required courses for Taekwondo, and some colleges and universities offer the sports training major for Taekwondo special students. In contrast, the poor ones only set up relevant elective courses to enrich the students' extracurricular life. Even if the required courses of Taekwondo have been opened in the investigation, they also exist in the investigation. In the schools that do not pay attention to, teachers are dissatisfied and so on, among the students in the ten colleges and universities surveyed by.2., the majority of the students like Taekwondo play the majority, and they have a high expectation for Taekwondo. This shows that Taekwondo in Guangxi colleges and universities has a great potential for development.3. survey show that in the ten colleges and Universities under investigation, the students are Taekwondo has great enthusiasm and interest, but it is generally not satisfied with the course of Taekwondo. There are still shortcomings in the course of Taekwondo in Guangxi University and teaching practice. There is a gap with the actual needs of the students. In Guangxi colleges and universities of taekwondo course in Guangxi, the education of Taekwondo teachers, professional titles and professional qualities have become urgent. The problems to be solved, the soft factors of teachers have become the resistance of taekwondo course in Guangxi colleges and universities, the shortage of.5. Taekwondo sports field and the shortage of related equipment, which are the important reasons for restricting the development of Guangxi taekwondo course. At the same time, the lack of capital investment seriously restricts the development of taekwondo course by comparing.6. with traditional teaching practice, taekwondo and Taekwondo. In the course of the teaching of boxing, there is also a lag in teaching ideas, and there is no effective combination of theory and practice. The content and form of the teaching process are too one-sided, the students accept the phenomenon of exclusion and so on. According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are made: 1.
