北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)營(yíng)利性少兒籃球俱樂(lè)部發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:北京作為國(guó)際化大都市,籃球氛圍濃厚,擁有廣泛的青少年籃球基礎(chǔ),而且近年來(lái)北京市中考將籃球作為中學(xué)生體育加試必考三大選擇項(xiàng)目之一,越來(lái)越多學(xué)生選擇籃球作為考試項(xiàng)目,所以籃球變得炙手可熱,學(xué)校體育發(fā)展不能滿足學(xué)生對(duì)籃球培訓(xùn)個(gè)性化需求,專門(mén)為少兒提供籃球?qū)W習(xí)的少兒籃球培訓(xùn)俱樂(lè)部便出現(xiàn)了,但俱樂(lè)部在發(fā)展中存在許多不盡人意的地方,比如場(chǎng)地、教練員、俱樂(lè)部管理者等方面的問(wèn)題。本文以北京朝陽(yáng)區(qū)15家營(yíng)利性少兒籃球俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,以朝陽(yáng)區(qū)營(yíng)利性少兒籃球俱樂(lè)部的學(xué)員、學(xué)員家長(zhǎng)、教練員、管理人員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,并采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,通過(guò)對(duì)培訓(xùn)俱樂(lè)部的特色課程,人力資源、培訓(xùn)的價(jià)格、培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量、宣傳方式、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查,并分析出了俱樂(lè)部在發(fā)展中遇到的問(wèn)題。并提出對(duì)策與建議。本文的研究結(jié)論為:1、俱樂(lè)部主要分布在體育場(chǎng)與學(xué)校周圍,以租賃合作經(jīng)營(yíng)為主,多數(shù)為中型俱樂(lè)部,學(xué)員男女比例嚴(yán)重失調(diào)。2、俱樂(lè)部學(xué)員以7-13歲中小學(xué)生為主,參加俱樂(lè)部培訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)明確,學(xué)員雖參加俱樂(lè)部培訓(xùn)時(shí)間不充足,但通過(guò)培訓(xùn)后收獲較多。3、學(xué)員家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)員對(duì)籃球課程培訓(xùn)基本滿意,參加周末班培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員最多,家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)員體育培訓(xùn)支出較為合理。4、俱樂(lè)部教練員不重視籃球理論知識(shí)方面的教育,缺乏對(duì)學(xué)員意志力方面的培養(yǎng)。5、俱樂(lè)部教練員運(yùn)動(dòng)背景較好,基本可以滿足學(xué)員培訓(xùn)的需求,但俱樂(lè)部教練員主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)能力不強(qiáng)。6、俱樂(lè)部雖然具有很強(qiáng)的營(yíng)利能力,但發(fā)展過(guò)分注重經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,依賴網(wǎng)絡(luò)招生,不注重培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的豐富與創(chuàng)新,制定籃球培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容隨意性大。7、俱樂(lè)部管理人多為教練員崗位轉(zhuǎn)化而來(lái),管理專業(yè)化程度不高,在招生宣傳方面資金投入不多,存在教練員代替管理人員管理俱樂(lè)部的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Beijing, as an international metropolis, has a strong basketball atmosphere and has a wide base of juvenile basketball. In recent years, the Beijing Middle School examination has taken basketball as one of the three major choice items for high school students' sports test. More and more students choose basketball as an examination item, so basketball becomes hot, the development of school sports can not meet the students' individualized demand for basketball training, and a children's basketball training club that provides basketball learning for children appears. However, there are many problems in the development of the club, such as the field, coaches, club managers and so on. The present situation of 15 for-profit children's basketball clubs in Chaoyang District of Beijing is taken as the research object, and the students, parents, coaches and managers of the for-profit children's basketball clubs in Chaoyang District are taken as the objects of investigation. And it adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, through the characteristic courses of the training club, human resources, the price of training, the quality of training, the way of propaganda. The training content and other aspects of in-depth investigation and analysis of the club in the development of problems encountered. And put forward the countermeasure and suggestion. The conclusion of this paper is: 1: 1, clubs are mainly distributed around stadiums and schools, mainly in leasing cooperative management, most of them are medium-sized clubs, and the ratio of male to female students is serious imbalance. The students of clubs are mainly primary and middle school students aged 7-13. The motivation of participating in club training is clear, although the training time is not enough, but after the training, the students' parents and students are basically satisfied with the training of basketball course, and the students who attend the weekend class are the most. The parents' expenditure on sports training is reasonable. 4. The club coaches do not attach importance to the education of basketball theory knowledge, lack of cultivation of students' willpower, and the sports background of club coaches is better. Basically can meet the needs of the trainees training, but the club coaches active learning ability is not strong. 6, although the club has a strong profit ability, but the development of too much attention to economic benefits, relying on network enrollment, Do not pay attention to the enrichment and innovation of the training content, make basketball training curriculum content random. 7, club managers mostly for coaches post transformation, management is not high degree of specialization, in the recruitment and publicity of the investment is not much, There is the phenomenon that coaches manage clubs instead of managers.
