【摘要】：加快和促進(jìn)京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展,對(duì)于促進(jìn)京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、提升京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和影響力,具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。闡述了雄安新區(qū)地理規(guī)劃、功能定位及其戰(zhàn)略意義,分析了京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及面臨的困境,并基于雄安新區(qū)規(guī)劃和建設(shè)帶來(lái)的新機(jī)遇,提出了加快京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展的對(duì)策。京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及面臨的困境主要是:體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度較快,但發(fā)展較不平衡;體育產(chǎn)業(yè)各具特色,但產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;體育產(chǎn)業(yè)合作意識(shí)增強(qiáng),但一體化發(fā)展機(jī)制尚不完善。建議:抓住北京市非首都功能體育產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)遇,推進(jìn)京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)均衡發(fā)展;抓住全國(guó)及國(guó)際創(chuàng)新要素和資源集聚的機(jī)遇,促進(jìn)京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí);抓住行政體制改革和政策利好機(jī)遇,建立完善京津冀體育產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展的體制機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Speeding up and promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei sports industry is of great strategic significance to promote the optimization and upgrading of the structure of the sports industry of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and influence of the sports industry of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This paper expounds the geographical planning, function orientation and strategic significance of Xiong'an New area, analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the integrated development of sports industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and based on the new opportunities brought by the planning and construction of Xiong'an New area. The countermeasures of accelerating the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei sports industry are put forward. The characteristics and difficulties of the integrated development of sports industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are as follows: the sports industry develops rapidly, but the development is not balanced; the sports industry has its own characteristics, but the industrial structure is unreasonable; the sports industry has a stronger sense of cooperation. However, the integrated development mechanism is not perfect. The suggestions are: to seize the opportunity of the transfer of functional sports industry in Beijing, to promote the balanced development of sports industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, to seize the opportunity of national and international innovation elements and resource agglomeration, and to promote the optimization and upgrading of sports industry structure in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei; Seizing the opportunity of administrative system reform and policy, establishing and perfecting the system mechanism of the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei sports industry.
