【摘要】：技戰(zhàn)術(shù)分析為運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練領(lǐng)域重要環(huán)節(jié),本研究目的欲透過分析中國(guó)優(yōu)秀女子柔道選手在新規(guī)則下使用的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)表現(xiàn),供現(xiàn)今柔道訓(xùn)練與選材參考。方法：本研究對(duì)2013年中國(guó)全運(yùn)會(huì)女子柔道比賽各量級(jí)前五名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的比賽進(jìn)行錄像,紀(jì)錄并聘請(qǐng)專家分析技術(shù)與戰(zhàn)術(shù)項(xiàng)目,從以下幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析：得分等級(jí)(一本、技有、有效)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)(攻擊時(shí)間、得分時(shí)間)、技術(shù)(抓手把位、手技、足技、腰技、舍身技、抱壓技、絞技、關(guān)節(jié)技),所得數(shù)據(jù)以卡方檢定表示各量級(jí)特性,再以單因子變異術(shù)分析比較各量級(jí)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)差異。得出如下結(jié)果：技術(shù)動(dòng)作足技占74.7%最多、舍身技占11.8%次之、手技占9.5%第三、腰技4%第四。手技使用慣用動(dòng)作主要是單臂背負(fù)投、雙臂背負(fù)投、體落；足技慣用動(dòng)作主要以內(nèi)股、小內(nèi)刈、大內(nèi)刈為主；腰技慣用動(dòng)作主要是袖釣進(jìn)腰、掃腰、浮腰、后腰；舍身技動(dòng)作主要是大外卷、谷落、隅返、巴投。寢技部分抱(?)技占73.9%最多、絞技占24.1%次之、關(guān)節(jié)技占2%第三。得分等級(jí)以一本占39.2%最高,其次為有效占31.9%、技有占28.9%第三。得分時(shí)間以1-2分鐘時(shí)間段占25.5%為主要得分時(shí)間、2-3分鐘時(shí)間段占17%次之、3-4分鐘時(shí)間段占14.5%第三、4-5、延長(zhǎng)賽時(shí)間段各占14%第四。抓手把位以前襟占38.9%為主,頸后占30.6%次之、其他占13.9%第三、背后與后腰各占8.3%第四。結(jié)論：過去選手攻擊得分后,常出現(xiàn)消極的攻擊或防守過當(dāng)型態(tài)。新規(guī)則日趨嚴(yán)苛,如能轉(zhuǎn)化心態(tài)以攻代守,在搶手帶動(dòng)方面多下功夫,比賽獲勝安全性將會(huì)大大的增加,并且也能防范對(duì)手的反攻,減少對(duì)手得分的機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Technical and tactical analysis is an important link in the field of sports training. The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical and tactical performance of Chinese excellent women judo players under the new rules, and to provide a reference for modern judo training and material selection. Methods: this study recorded and recorded the top five women judo athletes in the Women's Judo Competition in the 2013 National Games of China, and hired experts to analyze the technical and tactical items. Effective tactics (attack time, score time, technique (grip position, hand skill, foot skill, waist skill, sacrifice skill, pressure technique, strangulation technique, joint skill, etc.). The data obtained are characterized by chi-square test. Then single factor mutation technique was used to analyze and compare the technical and tactical differences of different orders of magnitude. The results are as follows: the technical movement foot technique accounted for 74.7%, the sacrifice skill accounted for 11.8%, the hand skill took the third place, the waist skill 4%. The use of hand technique is mainly carried by one arm, carried by both arms, and dropped by the body; the common action of foot technique is mainly internal thigh, small inner mow, big internal moat, and the main action of waist technique is sleeve fishing into waist, sweeping waist, floating waist, and rear waist; Lay off the main skills of the outside roll, valley, corner back, Batu. Part of bedtime technique) The technique accounted for 73.9%, followed by twisting 24.1%, and articulation was the third. One copy accounted for 39.2% of the highest score, followed by effective 31.9%, technical accounting for 28.9% of the third. The scoring time was 25. 5% in 1-2 minutes time period and 17% in 3-3 minutes time period, followed by 14. 5% in 3-5 minutes time period and 14% in extended race time period respectively. The position of grip was 38.9% in the front, 30.6% in the back of the neck, 13.9% in the other, and 8.3% in the back and back respectively. Conclusion: in the past, there were negative attacks or over-defense after the players scored. The new rules are becoming more and more stringent. If we can change our mentality and do more to drive the competition, the security of winning will be greatly increased, and it can also prevent the counterattack and reduce the chances of the opponent's scoring.
