【摘要】：基于社會(huì)學(xué)的視角,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、邏輯推理和比較分析等方法,系統(tǒng)分析了美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育持續(xù)走強(qiáng)的背景和動(dòng)因。認(rèn)為:美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育持續(xù)強(qiáng)勢(shì)有著深刻的背景和動(dòng)因,其中,美國(guó)精神文化和世界政治格局變化為之提供了強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力和政治條件,成熟的體育市場(chǎng)體系和多元化資金來源為之提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),人口資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和體教融合的后備競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)體系為之提供了源源不斷的人才支撐,競(jìng)技體育科研和完善的體育法律體系為之提供了有力保障。這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示我們:不斷發(fā)展壯大我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育事業(yè)、持續(xù)提升我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育整體實(shí)力和水平,應(yīng)大力弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和豐厚的中華傳統(tǒng)文化;改革和完善"舉國(guó)體制"和運(yùn)行機(jī)制;建立完善體育市場(chǎng)體系和多元投融資機(jī)制;把競(jìng)技體育厚植于大眾體育、學(xué)校體育之中,建構(gòu)具有中國(guó)特色的競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)體系;建構(gòu)完善的體育科研體系和完善的體育法律體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the sociological perspective, this paper systematically analyzes the background and motivation of the sustained strength of competitive sports in the United States by using the methods of literature research, logical reasoning and comparative analysis. It is believed that the sustained strength of American competitive sports has a profound background and motivation, among which, the changes of American spiritual culture and world political pattern provide strong impetus and political conditions for it. The mature sports market system and diversified sources of funds provide the economic foundation for it, and the reserve competitive talent training system, which combines the advantages of population and resources and the integration of sports and education, provides a continuous stream of talent support for it. The scientific research of competitive sports and the perfect legal system of sports provide a strong guarantee for it. These experiences enlighten us: to continuously develop and strengthen the cause of competitive sports in our country and to continuously enhance the overall strength and level of competitive sports in our country, we should vigorously carry forward the socialist core values and rich traditional Chinese culture; Reform and improve the "national system" and operation mechanism; establish and improve the sports market system and multi-investment and financing mechanism; set up competitive sports in the mass sports, school sports, construct the competitive talent training system with Chinese characteristics; Construct perfect sports scientific research system and perfect sports law system.
