【摘要】：技戰(zhàn)術(shù)分析為運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練領(lǐng)域重要環(huán)節(jié),本研究目的欲透過(guò)分析中國(guó)優(yōu)秀女子柔道選手在新規(guī)則下使用的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)表現(xiàn),供現(xiàn)今柔道訓(xùn)練與選材參考。方法：本研究對(duì)2013年中國(guó)全運(yùn)會(huì)女子柔道比賽各量級(jí)前五名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的比賽進(jìn)行錄像,紀(jì)錄并聘請(qǐng)專(zhuān)家分析技術(shù)與戰(zhàn)術(shù)項(xiàng)目,從以下幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析：得分等級(jí)(一本、技有、有效)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)(攻擊時(shí)間、得分時(shí)間)、技術(shù)(抓手把位、手技、足技、腰技、舍身技、抱壓技、絞技、關(guān)節(jié)技),所得數(shù)據(jù)以卡方檢定表示各量級(jí)特性,再以單因子變異術(shù)分析比較各量級(jí)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)差異。得出如下結(jié)果：技術(shù)動(dòng)作足技占74.7%最多、舍身技占11.8%次之、手技占9.5%第三、腰技4%第四。手技使用慣用動(dòng)作主要是單臂背負(fù)投、雙臂背負(fù)投、體落；足技慣用動(dòng)作主要以?xún)?nèi)股、小內(nèi)刈、大內(nèi)刈為主；腰技慣用動(dòng)作主要是袖釣進(jìn)腰、掃腰、浮腰、后腰；舍身技動(dòng)作主要是大外卷、谷落、隅返、巴投。寢技部分抱(?)技占73.9%最多、絞技占24.1%次之、關(guān)節(jié)技占2%第三。得分等級(jí)以一本占39.2%最高,其次為有效占31.9%、技有占28.9%第三。得分時(shí)間以1-2分鐘時(shí)間段占25.5%為主要得分時(shí)間、2-3分鐘時(shí)間段占17%次之、3-4分鐘時(shí)間段占14.5%第三、4-5、延長(zhǎng)賽時(shí)間段各占14%第四。抓手把位以前襟占38.9%為主,頸后占30.6%次之、其他占13.9%第三、背后與后腰各占8.3%第四。結(jié)論：過(guò)去選手攻擊得分后,常出現(xiàn)消極的攻擊或防守過(guò)當(dāng)型態(tài)。新規(guī)則日趨嚴(yán)苛,如能轉(zhuǎn)化心態(tài)以攻代守,在搶手帶動(dòng)方面多下功夫,比賽獲勝安全性將會(huì)大大的增加,并且也能防范對(duì)手的反攻,減少對(duì)手得分的機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Technical and tactical analysis is an important link in the field of sports training. The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical and tactical performance of Chinese Excellent Women judo players under the new rules and provide reference for modern judo training and material selection. Methods: This study recorded the games of the first five athletes in the women Judo competitions of China National Games in 2013. Record and employ experts to analyze technical and tactical projects, from the following points: score level (one, technical, effective), tactics (attack time, scoring time), technology (grasp hand position, hand skill, foot technique, waist technique, handover technique, hold pressure technique, twist technique, joint technique), the obtained data are indicated by chi square test, and then single factor variation technique The following results are analyzed and compared. The following results are as follows: the technical action foot technique occupies 74.7% most, the skill occupies 11.8% times, the hand skill accounts for 9.5% third, the waist technique 4% fourth. The hand skill uses the single arm back throwing, the two arms back throwing, the body fall; the foot technique idiomatic action is mainly within the stock, the small clipping, the big internal mowing, the waist technique habitual The movements mainly include the sleeve fishing into the waist, the waist, the waist and the back waist; the skill of the body is mainly the big roll, the valley, the corner, the bar, the bedding, the 73.9% most, the 24.1% times and the joint skill 2% third. The scoring grade is the highest of 39.2%, the second is the effective 31.9%, the skill is 28.9% third. The scoring time is 1-2 minutes time. 25.5% was the main score time, 2-3 minutes period accounted for 17%, 3-4 minutes accounted for 14.5% third, 4-5, and 14% fourth in the extended period. The gripper took 38.9% of the front, 30.6% in the back of the neck, and the other accounted for 13.9% third, and behind the back and the back of the waist. The new rules are being attacked or defended. The new rules are increasingly harsh, such as the ability to transform the mentality to defend the generation, and to make a lot of effort in the field of rush. The safety of the competition will be greatly increased, and the opponent's counteroffensive will be prevented, and the chances of the opponent's scoring will be reduced.
