“CBE”教學(xué)模式在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:高等師范院校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)是培養(yǎng)未來(lái)體育教師的中堅(jiān)力量,肩負(fù)著為社會(huì)和國(guó)家培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型體育教育人才的重任。因此,高等師范院校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)更注重人才能力的培養(yǎng),這也符合當(dāng)下國(guó)家提出培養(yǎng)核心素養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略要求。就目前高等師范院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況來(lái)看,我國(guó)的高等師范院校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)面臨極大的挑戰(zhàn),他們的綜合能力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到社會(huì)所需要的要求。若要解決這個(gè)難題,各級(jí)有關(guān)部門(mén)和高等師范類(lèi)體育院校就應(yīng)該高度重視體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)鍛煉學(xué)生的教育實(shí)踐,轉(zhuǎn)變教師的教育理念,在整個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)程中注重培養(yǎng)教育體育人才的能力。而“CBE”教學(xué)模式正是以能力培養(yǎng)為重心,以未來(lái)職業(yè)需求為目的的一種教學(xué)模式,它正好符合現(xiàn)代教育改革的要求,符合社會(huì)的教育理念。因此,本文將“CBE”教學(xué)模式運(yùn)用到高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課中進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,為高等師范院校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師從事田徑教學(xué)提供一個(gè)新的思路,為構(gòu)建高等師范院校田徑新的教學(xué)模式,提高培養(yǎng)人才的質(zhì)量提供參考意見(jiàn)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,以“CBE”教學(xué)模式在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究為研究對(duì)象,以山西師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院2015級(jí)體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)1504班的學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行14周的跳遠(yuǎn)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),嘗試將“CBE”教學(xué)模式運(yùn)用到跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中。目的在于探究“CBE”教學(xué)模式是否可以應(yīng)用到跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中,是否對(duì)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)、學(xué)生的跳遠(yuǎn)技評(píng)成績(jī)、達(dá)標(biāo)成績(jī)、教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力以及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)跳遠(yuǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生積極的影響并分析其原因,進(jìn)一步探究“CBE”教學(xué)模式產(chǎn)生的教學(xué)效果。教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)比分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課中運(yùn)用以能力培養(yǎng)為教學(xué)根本,以未來(lái)職業(yè)需求為目的的“CBE”教學(xué)模式是可行的并取得了良好的教學(xué)效果。2.經(jīng)過(guò)14周的跳遠(yuǎn)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)后,通過(guò)獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)可知:實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)(立定跳遠(yuǎn)、原地縱跳摸高、30m站立式起跑、20s仰臥起坐)都明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)(立定跳遠(yuǎn)、原地縱跳摸高、30m站立式起跑、20s仰臥起坐),表明了“CBE”教學(xué)模式相比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式更適合未來(lái)的跳遠(yuǎn)教學(xué)。3.在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課中運(yùn)用“CBE”教學(xué)模式學(xué)生的技評(píng)成績(jī)、達(dá)標(biāo)成績(jī)均高于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式教學(xué),研究結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生與對(duì)照組學(xué)生的技評(píng)成績(jī)、達(dá)標(biāo)成績(jī)均有顯著性差異,表明“CBE”教學(xué)模式的實(shí)施對(duì)提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)跳遠(yuǎn)有顯著性的作用。4.在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用“CBE”教學(xué)模式,通過(guò)自身的體驗(yàn)和同學(xué)之間的溝通交流,使學(xué)生的教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力得到了明顯的提高,且相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式比較來(lái)看,兩者的結(jié)果呈顯著性差異。5.在高師體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)跳遠(yuǎn)普修課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用“CBE”教學(xué)模式,比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式更有利于提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、改善學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),學(xué)生對(duì)于這種新的教學(xué)模式還是可以接受比較贊同的,這將更加有利于學(xué)生對(duì)跳遠(yuǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)和掌握。
[Abstract]:The major of physical education in normal colleges and universities is the backbone of training the future sports teachers, and is shouldering the task of cultivating the talents of compound sports education for the society and the country. Therefore, the physical education major of the normal colleges and universities pays more attention to the training of the talent ability, which is also in line with the strategic requirements of the present state to cultivate the core literacy. In view of the employment situation of normal college graduates, the teaching of Physical Education Majors in normal universities in China is facing great challenges. Their comprehensive ability is far from the needs of the society. If we want to solve this problem, the relevant departments at all levels and the physical education colleges of higher normal schools should attach great importance to the professional talents of physical education. Training, strengthening the education practice of the students, changing the educational idea of the teachers, and paying attention to the training of the ability of education and sports talents in the whole teaching process. The "CBE" teaching mode is a teaching mode with the focus of ability training and the purpose of future career needs, which coincides with the requirements of modern education reform and is in line with the society. Therefore, this article applies the "CBE" teaching model to the experimental study of the long jump in the major of physical education in normal universities, and provides a new way of thinking for the physical education teachers in normal colleges and universities to engage in track and field teaching, and provides a reference for the construction of the new teaching mode of the track and field in normal universities and the improvement of the quality of training talents. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the experimental research of "CBE" teaching mode in the long jump teaching of the major of physical education in Teachers College, and takes the students of the 1504 class of the 2015 class of physical education major of the College of physical education of Shanxi Normal University as the experimental object. In the 14 week long jump teaching experiment, we try to apply the "CBE" teaching model to the long jump teaching. The purpose is to explore whether the "CBE" teaching mode can be applied to the long jump teaching, whether the students' physical quality, the student's long jump performance, the achievement of the standard, the teaching practice and the long jump of the students. Xi Xing interest, learning attitude and motivation have positive impact and analysis of the reasons, further explore the teaching effect of "CBE" teaching model. After the conclusion of the teaching experiment, through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. in the long jump of the physical education major of higher normal school, we use the ability training to be the basic teaching and the future career needs. The "CBE" teaching model is feasible and has achieved good teaching effect. After 14 weeks of long jump teaching experiment, it is known through the independent sample T test that the physical qualities of the students in the experimental group are obviously superior to those of the control group (standing jump, vertical jump of the place, the vertical start of 30m station, and the supine sitting in 20s). It shows that the "CBE" teaching mode is more suitable for the future long jump teaching than the traditional teaching mode, and that the "CBE" teaching mode is more suitable for the future long jump teaching by using "CBE" teaching mode. The results of the "CBE" teaching mode are higher than the traditional teaching mode, and the results are higher than the traditional teaching mode. The results showed that there were significant differences between the students of the experimental group and the control group, which showed that the implementation of the "CBE" teaching mode had a significant effect on improving the long jump of students' learning..4. was used in the teaching of "CBE" in the long jump teaching of the major of physical education of higher normal schools, and through their own experience and between the students. In comparison with the traditional teaching mode, the results show significant difference compared with the traditional teaching mode. The use of "CBE" teaching mode in the long jump teaching of the PE major of normal college is better than the traditional teaching model, which is more beneficial to improve the students' learning interest and improve the learning than the traditional teaching model. The students' learning attitude can stimulate the students' learning motivation, and the students can agree with this new teaching model, which will be more conducive to the students' learning and mastery of the long jump.
