【摘要】：中國有著悠久的茶文化發(fā)展歷史,茶道精神也是中國首先提出并由中國發(fā)揚(yáng)光大的。唐代陸羽的《茶經(jīng)》最早對茶道精神進(jìn)行了描述,在中國漫長的歷史進(jìn)程中,茶道精神被不斷弘揚(yáng),其內(nèi)涵體系不斷擴(kuò)大,深刻地影響了日本、韓國等周邊國家。在21世紀(jì)的今天,茶道精神的突出價值在于,以其為核心理念,對其他領(lǐng)域形成積極影響。基于此,本文嘗試對茶道精神在網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練中的融入進(jìn)行探討分析,以期從理論層面明確茶道精神對網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練可以產(chǎn)生的積極影響,并找到將茶道精神融入網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練中的正確途徑。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of tea culture development, and the spirit of tea ceremony was first put forward and developed by China. Lu Yu's Tea Classic of the Tang Dynasty first described the spirit of tea ceremony. In the long history of China, the spirit of tea ceremony was constantly carried forward, its connotation system was constantly expanded, and deeply affected Japan, South Korea and other neighboring countries. In the 21st century, the outstanding value of tea ceremony spirit lies in its core idea, which has a positive impact on other fields. Based on this, this paper attempts to explore and analyze the integration of tea ceremony spirit in tennis training, in order to clarify the positive influence of tea ceremony spirit on tennis training from the theoretical level. And find the correct way to integrate tea ceremony spirit into tennis training.
