趣味教學法在高;@球教學中教學效果的實驗研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,對于國內(nèi)教育方式的優(yōu)勢,是否改變現(xiàn)有的應(yīng)試教育模式一直以來都是國內(nèi)眾多學者不斷探索與研究的一大重點問題。尤其是對于公共課程的教育方面,更是如此。本文以此為切入點,希望通過趣味教學法的運用與推廣,能夠改變以前較為生硬、刻板的教學方式,利用現(xiàn)代技術(shù)與實際教學內(nèi)容相結(jié)合,讓學生能夠直接親身體驗到此種教學方式的與眾不同,讓他們能夠更加直接積極參與到籃球運動中,體會到籃球運動的自身魅力所在。在提高其學習興趣的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷提高其籃球技術(shù),同時還增強其參與體育鍛煉的意識及團隊協(xié)作的意義。這就是所謂的寄教于樂,取得良好的成績能夠讓學生感受到成就感及榮譽感,而且還可以將這種學習熱情擴展到其它學科的學習中,將其學習和鍛煉的能力最大發(fā)揮出來,達到雙贏的效果。總的來說,趣味籃球教學方式有其獨特性與多樣性,此種教學方式的手段比較多樣且靈活變換,內(nèi)容較豐富,尚且對于學生而言,非常具有吸引性,不但可以使其在學習過程中更加的認真,更加的積極,而且可以于不知不覺中調(diào)動了其學習的興趣與活躍了課堂中的氣氛;對于老師而言,其也是非常具有實用性的,學生的積極性提高,老師的教學質(zhì)量才能不斷得到提高,師生的努力也會得到回報,這些是趣味教學方式所帶來的正能量。因此,本文以此為研究對象,并通過實際的教學案例來分析與研究趣味教學法在加強學生身體素質(zhì),不斷增強其積極參與體育鍛煉的意識以及發(fā)現(xiàn)影響學生自主性學習差的因素,從而讓學生真正走入體育教學的學習。積極主動的參與體育鍛煉,并且增加學生參與運動的次數(shù),嚴格規(guī)范運動的時間和參與方式,進而在學生學習技能提高的同時增強其自身身體素質(zhì)。此外,這種手段還能對學生的精神方面產(chǎn)生重大的影響。比如說學生通過趣味教學體驗到了學習的樂趣,體會到了榮譽感與幸福感,那么其肯定將這種信心與成功喜悅帶到其它學科的學習中,還會將這些積極的、正面的能量運用到生活中,不斷地改變自身所存在的一些不好習慣,使之更好的學習同時讓身體素質(zhì)不斷的得到提高。這也是本文以此作為研究的切入點,說明趣味教學方法不但能夠增強高校學生身體素質(zhì),而且還能提高其參加體育鍛煉的積極性及主動性。本文主要是以山西師范現(xiàn)代文理學院學生為實驗對象,通過在籃球課上實施“趣味教學法”的教學實驗,檢驗其對學生籃球課學習興趣的影響效果。結(jié)果顯示:實施趣味教學法之后,收集實驗班級學生的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示他們對于學習籃球的興趣有所提高,并且對于自己而言能夠積極參加體育鍛煉,此外最終成績較之前明顯有進步。實驗結(jié)果未見顯著性差異。得出結(jié)論:山西師范大學現(xiàn)代文理學院兩個自然班級的學生,經(jīng)過實施15周趣味教學法之后發(fā)現(xiàn),趣味教學法對學生的學習成績有一定的提高,特別是在對學習籃球的積極性方面也有顯著成效,相比于傳統(tǒng)教學法其優(yōu)勢顯而易見,充分說明趣味教學法能使學生積極參與籃球?qū)W習,對學生學習成績的提高也有一定的積極作用,能夠在改善高;@球選項課程教學現(xiàn)狀上有一定的助推作用。作為一種新穎的教學法,其可以在高;@球選項課教學實踐中普及推廣。建議:在高校公共體育課程教學中,教師需要進行教育思想與方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,應(yīng)從學生的自身情況出發(fā),通過更加具有趣味性且形象生動的教學內(nèi)容來吸引學生主動參加體育鍛煉,如可以適當采用游戲等一系列富有趣味性的教學手段,利用游戲較為輕松靈活且多變的特點讓學生從視、聽等各個感官感受中提高學習的興趣,并且從游戲中學習到教學內(nèi)容并得到更好的自身體驗,這樣才能不斷提高其學習的興趣與積極性,才能增強其對于體育鍛煉的意識,才能真正地發(fā)揮體育運動的作用,增強其體質(zhì)且讓其體會到運動的樂趣,為其將體育鍛煉的意識扎根于身心搭建了堅定的平臺。
[Abstract]:As we all know, whether to change the existing exam oriented education mode for the advantages of domestic education methods has always been a major problem for many scholars in China to explore and study. Especially for the education of public courses, this is the point of this paper, and it is hoped that the use and promotion of interesting teaching methods can be used. Changing the hard and rigid teaching methods before, using modern technology and the actual teaching content, let the students experience the different teaching methods directly and personally, let them participate in the basketball game more directly, realize the charm of basketball and improve the learning interest. At the same time, it will constantly improve its basketball skills, and enhance its sense of participation in physical exercise and the significance of teamwork. This is the so-called "teach in music", and to achieve good results can let students feel the sense of achievement and honor, and can also extend this kind of learning enthusiasm to other subjects in the study, to learn and exercise. In general, the teaching method of fun basketball has its uniqueness and diversity. The means of this teaching method are varied, flexible and rich in content. For students, it is very attractive, not only to make it more serious and more active in the process of learning. And it can arouse the interest of learning and the atmosphere in the classroom unconsciously; for the teacher, it is also very practical, the students' enthusiasm is improved, the teacher's teaching quality can be continuously improved and the efforts of the teachers and students will be rewarded. These are the positive energy brought by the interesting teaching methods. This is the object of this study, and through the actual teaching cases to analyze and study interesting teaching methods to strengthen the physical quality of students, constantly enhance their awareness of active participation in physical exercise and to find the factors that affect students' autonomous learning, so that students can truly enter physical education and participate in sports actively and actively. Exercise, and increase the number of students to participate in sports, strictly regulate the time and way of participation, and enhance their physical quality while improving the students' learning skills. In addition, this means can also have a significant impact on the spirit of the students. For example, students experience the fun of learning through fun teaching experience. With the sense of honor and happiness, it is sure to bring this confidence and success to the learning of other subjects, and will also apply these positive, positive energy to life, constantly change some of the bad habits of their own, and make it better to learn and improve their physical qualities. This is also the article As the breakthrough point of the study, it shows that the interesting teaching method can not only enhance the physical quality of the college students, but also improve the enthusiasm and initiative of participating in the physical exercise. This article mainly takes the students of Shanxi Normal College of liberal arts and sciences as the experiment object and implements the teaching experiment of "interesting teaching method" in the basketball course. The results show that the results of the students' interest in the study of basketball lessons. The results show that after the implementation of the interesting teaching method, the investigation results of the students in the experimental class show that they have improved their interest in learning basketball, and they can actively participate in physical exercise for themselves. In addition, the final results have improved obviously. The results of the experiment have not been seen. It is concluded that the students of two natural classes at the modern arts and Science College of Shanxi Normal University, after the implementation of the 15 week interesting teaching method, found that the interesting teaching method has improved the students' academic achievements, especially in the study of the enthusiasm of learning basketball, compared with the traditional teaching method. It is easy to see that the interesting teaching method can make the students participate in the basketball learning actively, and also have certain positive effects on the improvement of students' learning achievement. It can help to improve the teaching status of the college basketball option course. As a novel teaching method, it can be popularized in the teaching practice of Basketball Optional Course in Colleges and universities. Suggestions: in the teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities, teachers need to change the ideas and ways of education. It is necessary to attract students to take the initiative in physical exercise through more interesting and vivid teaching contents, such as a series of interesting teaching means, such as the appropriate use of games. With the more relaxed and changeable features of the game, students can improve their interest in learning from visual, listening and other sensory feelings, and learn from the game to the teaching content and get better experience. In this way, the interest and enthusiasm of their learning can be improved, and their awareness of physical exercise can be enhanced and the real play can be achieved. The role of sports, enhance their physique and let them experience the joy of sports, build a firm platform for their awareness of physical exercise rooted in the body and mind.
