羽毛球鍛煉對反應時及stroop效應的影響研究

【摘要】:有關體育鍛煉的心理效益越來越受到研究者的重視,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)體育鍛煉對于改善焦慮、抑郁、緊張等不良情緒,增加幸福感,改善認知水平,提高注意力和反應能力,預防癡呆等具有顯著的作用。并且發(fā)現(xiàn),不同的體育鍛煉項目有不同的心理效益。近年來羽毛球運動在我國的迅速崛起,受到了普通大眾的喜愛和參與。由于羽毛球運動具有球速快、球路多變、步法要求靈活,對抗中需要運動員反應靈活,隨機應變,那么長期的這種鍛煉會不會改變鍛煉者的反應時?對不同的反應時是否具有不同的影響?本研究想就此做一個探索性研究。本研究應用EP2004型心理實驗臺、PT202-5反應時裝置和EPT801速示儀作為測試工具,對經(jīng)常參加羽毛球鍛煉的大學生30名,其中男20名、女10名,與平常不參加體育鍛煉的大學生42名,其中男28名、女14名進行反應時的比較,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):經(jīng)常參加羽毛球鍛煉的大學生的簡單反應時、選擇反應時、辨別反應時及stroop效應中的反應時均比不鍛煉者的要快。結(jié)論說明:羽毛球鍛煉對反應時有顯著影響,而且羽毛球鍛煉者的簡單反應時、選擇反應時、辨別反應時均不不參加體育鍛煉人群的快。在stroop效應方面,無論是有無讀詞干擾情況下,鍛煉者的辨別認知速度也都優(yōu)于不鍛煉群體的反應速度。
[Abstract]:More and more researchers pay attention to the psychological benefits of physical exercise. The study found that physical exercise can improve anxiety, depression, tension and other bad emotions, increase happiness, improve cognitive level, improve attention and response ability. Prevention of dementia has a significant effect. And found that different physical exercise items have different psychological benefits. In recent years, badminton sports in China's rapid rise, by the general public love and participation. Because badminton has the ball speed fast, the ball path is changeable, the footwork request is nimble, in the confrontation needs the athlete to react nimbly, according to the situation, then the long-term this kind of exercise will change the exercisers' reaction time? Do you have different effects on different reaction times? This study would like to do an exploratory study. In this study, the EP2004 psychological test rig PT202-5 reaction time device and EPT801 tachygraph were used as the test tools. 30 college students who often participated in badminton exercise, including 20 men and 10 women, and 42 college students who did not take part in physical exercise, were used in this study. Among them, 28 males and 14 females were compared in response time. The results showed that the simple reaction time, the selective reaction time, the discrimination reaction time and the stroop response time of the college students who often participated in badminton exercise were faster than those of those who did not exercise. Conclusion: badminton exercise has a significant effect on the reaction time, and the simple reaction time, the selection reaction time, the discrimination reaction time of badminton exercisers do not participate in the fast of physical exercise crowd. In the aspect of stroop effect, the recognition speed of exercisers was also better than that of non-exercise groups, regardless of whether there was any word interference.
