組合訓(xùn)練法對(duì)提高體育專業(yè)田徑專項(xiàng)學(xué)生快速力量素質(zhì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在高校體育課程已經(jīng)廣泛開(kāi)展的今天,一個(gè)學(xué)校的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)水平也是衡量這個(gè)學(xué)校教學(xué)水平的重要因素,而針對(duì)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目中起到重要環(huán)節(jié)的力量素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的專項(xiàng)成績(jī)的提高有著重要的作用。高校教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員本身已經(jīng)能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到力量素質(zhì)尤其是快速力量素質(zhì)在田徑專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練中占有重要的地位,但大多數(shù)高校的田徑訓(xùn)練中力量素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練缺乏系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性,教練員往往運(yùn)用的訓(xùn)練方法單一,使運(yùn)動(dòng)員的快速力量素質(zhì)提高緩慢。大學(xué)田徑專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練周期短、任務(wù)重、如何能夠在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)提高田徑專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)和技能水平。運(yùn)用組合訓(xùn)練法根據(jù)不同專項(xiàng)來(lái)發(fā)展力量素質(zhì)的需要,將不同的動(dòng)作組合起來(lái)進(jìn)行不間歇訓(xùn)練,這樣可以使訓(xùn)練的效果更加全面,訓(xùn)練方式也更加靈活多樣。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法等方法對(duì)云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)2014級(jí)田徑專項(xiàng)班40名學(xué)生提高快速力量素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。把實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(Ⅰ組)和對(duì)照組(Ⅱ組),要求實(shí)驗(yàn)分組之前兩組研究對(duì)象的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)沒(méi)有顯著的差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采取組合訓(xùn)練法,對(duì)照組采用單一傳統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練方法,共進(jìn)行16周。選取跳遠(yuǎn)、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、100米、110米欄、跳高、鉛球六項(xiàng)的成績(jī)來(lái)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,再結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)員實(shí)驗(yàn)前、實(shí)驗(yàn)中期、實(shí)驗(yàn)后成績(jī)變化情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比比較分析得出結(jié)論:組合訓(xùn)練法相比單一的訓(xùn)練法可以更好的提高快速力量素質(zhì),主要表現(xiàn)為可以高效的提高100米跑、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、跳高、鉛球和110米欄的成績(jī),但對(duì)跳遠(yuǎn)成績(jī)的提高并不是很明顯;組合訓(xùn)練可以根據(jù)不同訓(xùn)練周期、負(fù)荷、項(xiàng)目來(lái)靈活運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:In today's college physical education curriculum has been widely carried out, the level of physical education in a school is also an important factor to measure the teaching level of this school, and the strength quality training which plays an important part in the track and field sports plays an important role in the improvement of the athletes' special achievements. It has been realized that the strength quality, especially the fast strength quality, occupies an important position in the track and field special training, but the strength quality training of the track and field training in most colleges is short of systematic and scientific. The training methods used by the coaches often make the athletes' fast strength quality improve slowly. The training cycle is short, the task is heavy, how to improve the athletic performance and skill level of the track and field athletes in a short time. The combination training method is used to develop the strength quality according to the different special items, and the different movements are combined to carry on the non interval training, which can make the training effect more comprehensive and the training way too. It is more flexible and diverse. By using the methods of literature and experiment, this paper carries out an experimental study on the training methods of 40 students in the 2014 class track and field special class of Yunnan Agricultural University, which are randomly divided into experimental group (group I) and control group (Group II), which require the fingers of two groups of subjects before the experiment group. There is no significant difference. The experimental group adopts a combination training method and the control group adopts a single traditional training method for 16 weeks. The results of long jump, standing long jump, 100 meters, 110 meter hurdles, high jump and shot put are compared and analyzed. The results are compared and analyzed before and after the experiment, in the middle of the experiment and after the experiment. The conclusion is that the combination training method can improve the fast strength quality better than the single training method. The main performance is that it can improve the performance of 100 meters running, the long jump, the high jump, the shot and the 110 meter hurdle, but it is not obvious to the improvement of the long jump performance; the combination training and practice can be flexible according to the different training cycle, load and project.
