協(xié)同創(chuàng)新背景下江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:自《全民健身計(jì)劃綱要》實(shí)施以來,社會體育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,居民健身意識不斷提高,全民健身熱潮已然形成,社會體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展需要更多優(yōu)秀的社會體育指導(dǎo)和管理人才,而高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)就是為了培養(yǎng)該方面的專門人才而開設(shè)的。因此高校作為培養(yǎng)高新專人才的基地,肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)能夠貼合社會需求的新型人才的使命。目前我國高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)設(shè)定、課程設(shè)置、實(shí)踐能力及創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)等方面能否滿足社會需求,有必要對其進(jìn)行分析和研究。本文以江蘇省高校(三本院校除外)社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、比較分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、等研究方法,對江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及該專業(yè)在校學(xué)生對專業(yè)辦學(xué)的滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,旨在從辦學(xué)實(shí)施客觀現(xiàn)狀與被實(shí)施者的主觀感受兩個(gè)層次把握江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與與管理專業(yè)辦學(xué)中存在的問題,并以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理念為指導(dǎo),探索社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)科學(xué)有效發(fā)展的新思路,為專業(yè)發(fā)展提供有益參考。本研究得出如下結(jié)論:(1)江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方向以社會體育活動的組織管理、咨詢指導(dǎo)、經(jīng)營開發(fā)等為主。但整體存在設(shè)置傳統(tǒng)、保守、特色不突出、社會需求有偏差,對學(xué)科前沿動態(tài)把握滯后,缺少對培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)成果的檢驗(yàn)評價(jià)機(jī)制等問題。(2)江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)近五年平均就業(yè)率達(dá)90%以上,其中從事社會體育工作畢業(yè)生比例占就業(yè)總?cè)藬?shù)的30%左右。(3)江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)課程設(shè)置循規(guī)蹈矩,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)課程設(shè)置不足,實(shí)踐課程比重較輕,課程門類多而不精,課程設(shè)置盲目跟風(fēng),特色不明顯,缺少對新興產(chǎn)業(yè)及項(xiàng)目、地方社會文化特色等課程,缺少對既有課程設(shè)置效果的評價(jià)機(jī)制。(4)江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)在校學(xué)生對專業(yè)辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀滿意度偏低,主要體現(xiàn)在實(shí)際教學(xué)對培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)把握不準(zhǔn)確,業(yè)務(wù)范圍設(shè)置缺乏地方特色等,并希望加大技術(shù)實(shí)踐類課程占比重,多給學(xué)生提供接觸新興項(xiàng)目的機(jī)會。(5)江蘇省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展包括內(nèi)部主體的協(xié)同與外部主體的協(xié)同,一是高校內(nèi)部本專業(yè)及學(xué)科專業(yè)間的知識互融,資源共享,具體包括學(xué)生與學(xué)生、教師與學(xué)生、教師與教師之間的協(xié)同;二是企業(yè)、政府為高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)的發(fā)展予以高度支持,高校間實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)交流,搭建教學(xué)資源共享平臺。針對社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)辦學(xué)過程中存在的問題與不足,在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論指導(dǎo)下,提出相應(yīng)的改革措施與建議,以期對社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)提供可操作的參考。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "National Fitness Program", the social sports cause has developed vigorously, the residents' fitness consciousness has been improved constantly, the upsurge of national fitness has been formed, and the development of the social sports cause needs more excellent social sports guidance and management talents. The specialty of social sports guidance and management in colleges and universities is set up in order to train the specialized talents in this field. Therefore, colleges and universities, as a base for training hi-tech professionals, shoulder the mission of cultivating new talents that can meet the needs of the society. At present, it is necessary to analyze and study whether the cultivation goal setting, curriculum setting, practical ability and innovation ability training of social sports guidance and management major in colleges and universities in our country can meet the needs of the society. This paper takes the current situation and development of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu Province (except three colleges) as the research object, adopts the literature method, expert interview method, comparative analysis method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method. To investigate and analyze the current situation of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu Province and the satisfaction of the students of the major in running a school. The purpose of this paper is to grasp the problems existing in the teaching of social sports guidance and management in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province from two levels, namely, the objective status quo of the implementation of the school and the subjective feelings of the implementers, and to take the idea of collaborative innovation as the guide. This paper explores a new way of scientific and effective development of social sports guidance and management, and provides a useful reference for professional development. The conclusion of this study is as follows: (1) in the goal of social sports guidance and management in Jiangsu colleges and universities, the main direction of professional training is the organization and management of social sports activities, consultation and guidance, management and development. However, the overall existence of traditional, conservative, features are not prominent, social needs have deviations, dynamic grasp of the subject front lag, The average employment rate of social sports guidance and management major in Jiangsu Province has reached more than 90% in the past five years. Among them, the proportion of graduates engaged in social sports work accounts for about 30% of the total number of employed persons. There are many kinds of courses but not fine ones, the curriculum is blindly following the trend, the characteristics are not obvious, and there is a lack of courses on emerging industries and projects, local social and cultural characteristics, etc. There is a lack of evaluation mechanism for the effect of the existing courses. 4) the satisfaction of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province is on the low side, which is mainly reflected in the inaccurate grasp of the training objectives in the actual teaching. Business scope of the lack of local characteristics, and hope to increase the proportion of technical practice courses, The cooperative innovation and development of social sports guidance and management specialty in Jiangsu Province include the coordination of internal subject and external subject, one is the mutual integration of knowledge between the internal specialty and the subject major in the university. The sharing of resources includes the cooperation between students and students, teachers and teachers; second, enterprises, the government highly supports the development of social sports guidance and management major in colleges and universities, so as to realize professional exchanges among colleges and universities, Build a platform for sharing teaching resources. In view of the problems and shortcomings in the course of running a school for the social sports guidance and management specialty, under the guidance of the cooperative innovation theory, the corresponding reform measures and suggestions are put forward. In order to provide an operational reference for social sports guidance and management of talent training.
