【摘要】：健美操的起源是傳統(tǒng)的有氧健身運(yùn)動(dòng),經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的發(fā)展與演變衍生出了當(dāng)今的競(jìng)技健美操。競(jìng)技健美操屬于技能主導(dǎo)類(lèi)表現(xiàn)難美性項(xiàng)群的比賽項(xiàng)目。隨著競(jìng)技健美操比賽的誕生,產(chǎn)生了競(jìng)賽規(guī)則。其規(guī)則從難度、完成、藝術(shù)三個(gè)方面制定了不同的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。競(jìng)技世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽從最開(kāi)始的一年舉行一次到后來(lái)進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)后改為每?jī)赡昱e辦一次,同時(shí)競(jìng)技健美操的規(guī)則也將以四年為一個(gè)周期進(jìn)行修改。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、比較分析法、專(zhuān)家訪談法等多種研究方法,將國(guó)際體操聯(lián)合會(huì)2009—2012版和2013—2016版競(jìng)技健美操評(píng)分規(guī)則進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)藝術(shù)裁判、完成裁判、難度裁判評(píng)分內(nèi)容的具體變化。通過(guò)分析第十一屆至第十三屆世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽我國(guó)集體項(xiàng)目的成套動(dòng)作和成績(jī),以及第十三屆世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽參加決賽各國(guó)的成套動(dòng)作成績(jī),得出規(guī)則變化對(duì)我國(guó)集體項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的影響,找出我國(guó)集體項(xiàng)目中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,明確我國(guó)集體五人操的發(fā)展方向。研究結(jié)果如下：(1)由國(guó)際體操聯(lián)合會(huì)修訂的2013—-2016版競(jìng)技健美操評(píng)分規(guī)則變化較大。增加有氧舞蹈和有氧踏板項(xiàng)目裁判的評(píng)判指南,區(qū)分國(guó)際年齡組的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則和評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),調(diào)整了競(jìng)技健美操參賽場(chǎng)地、參賽項(xiàng)目、各項(xiàng)目成套完成時(shí)間,增加了技巧動(dòng)作。對(duì)藝術(shù)裁判、完成裁判、難度裁判的評(píng)分細(xì)則制定出了更為細(xì)致明確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)在第十三屆健美操世錦賽中,我國(guó)難度動(dòng)作的完成始終保持在世界水平前列,一致性方面也優(yōu)于對(duì)手。對(duì)比第十二屆世錦賽中完成分的獲得,第十三屆世錦賽的難度分雖然有所下降,但針對(duì)難度動(dòng)作的成功率我國(guó)保持著上升趨勢(shì)。(3)在第十三屆健美操世錦賽中,藝術(shù)分的高低是決定最后名次的關(guān)鍵,相比榜首的羅馬尼亞隊(duì),我國(guó)在成套動(dòng)作的編排上有所欠缺,藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力有所不足。(4)2013—2016版競(jìng)技健美操評(píng)分規(guī)則中對(duì)常用難度動(dòng)作價(jià)值分調(diào)整,我國(guó)集體五人項(xiàng)目成套動(dòng)作的難度價(jià)值分出現(xiàn)了下降,對(duì)我國(guó)參加世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽集體項(xiàng)目成套動(dòng)作中難度分的獲得不利。(5)我國(guó)在第十一屆、十二屆、十三屆世錦賽中全部由男運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加集體項(xiàng)目,2013—2016版競(jìng)技健美操評(píng)分規(guī)則中根據(jù)參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員性別不同,將難度系數(shù)調(diào)整,對(duì)我國(guó)難度分的獲得不利。
[Abstract]:The origin of aerobics is the traditional aerobic exercise. Competitive calisthenics belong to the skill-dominated performance of the difficult-to-beauty events. With the birth of competitive aerobics competition, there are rules of competition. Its rules from the difficulty, completion, art three aspects of the development of different scoring standards. The World Aerobics Championships are held every two years from the beginning of the first year to the 21 century, and the rules of competitive Aerobics will be revised in a cycle of four years. In this paper, using the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, expert interview and other research methods, the competitive aerobics scoring rules of the International Gymnastics Federation 2009-2012 and 2013-2016 are compared and analyzed. Statistics of the art referee, the completion of the referee, difficult referee rating content of the specific changes. By analyzing the complete sets and results of the collective events in China from the 11th to the 13th World Aerobics Championships, as well as the complete sets of action achievements of the 13th World Aerobics Championships participating in the finals of the World Aerobics Championships, The influence of the rule change on the development of the collective project in our country is obtained, the problems and deficiencies in the collective project are found out, and the developing direction of the five-person collective operation in our country is clarified. The results are as follows: 1) the 2013-2016 edition of competitive Aerobics scoring rules revised by the International Gymnastics Federation has changed greatly. The evaluation guide of the judge of aerobic dance and aerobic pedal events is added, the competition rules and scoring standards of international age group are distinguished, the competitive aerobics competition field, the entry items, the complete time of each event are adjusted, and the skill movement is added. In the 13th World Aerobics Championship, the completion of our country's difficulty movements has always remained in the forefront of the world level. Consistency is also superior to opponents. In contrast to the completion points of the 12th World Championship, although the difficulty score of the 13th World Championship has decreased somewhat, the success rate of the difficulty movements in China has maintained an upward trend.) in the 13th World Aerobics Championships, The art score is the key to the final position. Compared with the Romanian team, which is at the top of the list, our country has some deficiencies in the arrangement of the complete sets of movements. There is some deficiency in artistic expressiveness. In the scoring rules of the 2013-2016 edition of competitive aerobics, the value of common difficulty movements is adjusted, and the difficulty value score of the collective five-person events in our country has decreased. For China to participate in the World Aerobics Championships, the difficulty score in the collective events set is unfavorable. 5) in the 11th and 12th sessions of the Chinese National Aerobics Championship, In the 13th World Championship, all male athletes participate in the collective event, the 2013-2016 edition of competitive aerobics scoring rules, according to the gender of the participants, the adjustment of the difficulty coefficient will be disadvantageous to the difficulty score of our country.
