【摘要】：綠色發(fā)展是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的必由之路,也是產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的必然選擇。但是,我國(guó)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)在迅猛發(fā)展的同時(shí),環(huán)境問(wèn)題卻不斷涌現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重偏離了冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展之路。事實(shí)上,冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的環(huán)境問(wèn)題與相關(guān)制度缺失、建造技術(shù)落后、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃不合理等密切相關(guān),但其深層次原因,卻表現(xiàn)為以環(huán)境倫理為核心的現(xiàn)代價(jià)值觀的缺失。因此要解決冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)重環(huán)境問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展,必須在環(huán)境倫理思想和原則的指導(dǎo)下,以發(fā)展綠色技術(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、優(yōu)化空間布局、調(diào)整內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、完善法律保障等為著力點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Green development is the only way of ecological civilization construction and the inevitable choice of industrial transformation and development. However, with the rapid development of the ice and snow sports industry in China, environmental problems are constantly emerging, which seriously deviates from the green development road of the ice and snow sports industry. In fact, the environmental problems in the development of ice and snow sports industry are closely related to the lack of relevant systems, backward construction technology, unreasonable industrial planning, etc. However, it is the lack of modern values with environmental ethics as the core. Therefore, in order to solve the serious environmental problems brought about by the development of ice and snow sports, and to realize the green development of the ice and snow sports industry in China, we must develop green technology, change the mode of development and optimize the spatial layout under the guidance of environmental ethics. Adjust the internal structure, perfect the legal guarantee and so on.
