【摘要】：體育是社會發(fā)展與人類文明進步的一個重要媒介。這幾年,在黑龍江省不斷發(fā)展的同時,公民的社會發(fā)展和生活質(zhì)量,黑龍江體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,人民的健康水平的提高為根本的前提下,體育產(chǎn)品以及體育產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展。正是這樣的一個新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在黑龍江省以至全國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色。認識和把握體育主體產(chǎn)業(yè),選擇和培育體育主體產(chǎn)業(yè),使之能帶動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè),對促進黑龍江省區(qū)域內(nèi)體育事業(yè)以及經(jīng)濟和社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展都具有重要的意義。本文著眼于對這一產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體細節(jié)以黑龍江省體育產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀作為研究對象,進行細致的調(diào)查分析,最后提出相應(yīng)建議。本文主要使用文獻資料法、觀察法、訪談法、邏輯分析法等方法。針對黑龍江省體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的主體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行研究分析。分析表明:1.黑龍江省經(jīng)濟水平較落后,體育人口屬于體育產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的主體,以及體育產(chǎn)品主要的消費群,然而體育人口的消費意識和購買力直接影響著體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。位于體育產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中的主體產(chǎn)業(yè),是黑龍江省體育消費的主要部分。2.黑龍江省體育市場的自身服務(wù)體系尚不完善。體育產(chǎn)業(yè)市場同其他產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣,完善的體系是培養(yǎng)好的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)市場的必要條件。沒有好的體制對體育市場的發(fā)展會產(chǎn)生負面影響。3.缺乏高素質(zhì)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營和管理人才。黑龍江體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)人才、體育宣傳銷售人才、市場營銷和市場調(diào)查等方面人才稀缺,高級管理人才更是少之又少,這導(dǎo)致黑龍江省體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較慢。4.體育公共設(shè)施和健身場地嚴(yán)重不足。5.黑龍江省體育產(chǎn)業(yè)資金不足,投資占比少,資金較為單一。6.黑龍江省政府對體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不夠重視。建議:1.開發(fā)多樣化適合的體育娛樂項目拓展體育人口;2.改革管理體制,吸納民間資本,積極創(chuàng)新體育產(chǎn)業(yè)體制;3.加大對體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策扶持;4.增強體育產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利的可持續(xù)性;5.大力培養(yǎng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)人才;6.優(yōu)化體育資源配置和地區(qū)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。
[Abstract]:Sports is an important medium for the development of society and the progress of human civilization. In recent years, with the continuous development of Heilongjiang Province, the social development of citizens and the quality of life, and the guidance of the scientific development concept of the Heilongjiang sports industry, the improvement of the people's health level is the fundamental premise. Sports products and sports industry are developing rapidly. It is such a new industry in Heilongjiang Province and even the national economic development plays an important role. It is of great significance to understand and grasp the main sports industry, to select and cultivate the sports subject industry, to make it possible to promote the related industries, to promote the sports cause and the sustainable development of economy and society in Heilongjiang Province. This paper focuses on the specific details of the development of this industry, taking the present situation of the sports industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, carries on the detailed investigation and analysis, finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions. This article mainly uses the literature method, the observation method, the interview method, the logic analysis method and so on. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation of the development of the main industry of the sports industry in Heilongjiang Province. The analysis shows that: 1. The economic level of Heilongjiang Province is relatively backward, the sports population belongs to the main body of sports products and services, as well as the main consumption group of sports products. However, the consumption consciousness and purchasing power of sports population directly affect the development of sports industry. The main industry, which is located in the sports industry, is the main part of sports consumption in Heilongjiang Province. Heilongjiang Province sports market's own service system is not perfect. Sports industry market is like other industries, perfect system is a necessary condition to cultivate good sports industry market. The absence of a good system can have a negative impact on the development of the sports market. Lack of high-quality production, management and management personnel. Heilongjiang sports industry, excellent teaching personnel, sports marketing and sales personnel, marketing and market research and other aspects of talent scarcity, senior management is rare, which led to the development of sports industry in Heilongjiang Province slow .4. There is a serious shortage of public sports facilities and fitness facilities. Heilongjiang Province sports industry funds are insufficient, the proportion of investment is small, the capital is relatively single. 6. Heilongjiang provincial government does not pay enough attention to the development of sports industry. Suggestion 1. Develop diversified and suitable sports and entertainment projects to expand the sports population. Reform the management system, absorb private capital, and actively innovate the sports industry system. Increase the policy support for the sports industry. Enhance the sustainability of sports industry profitability. Vigorously train sports industry personnel. Optimize the allocation of sports resources and regional sports industry layout.
