【摘要】：根據(jù)目前的實際情況來講,我國男子網球單打水平與我國女子網球的發(fā)展相比,雖然發(fā)展水平還處于比較落后的狀態(tài),但這僅是暫時的,因為近幾年來中國男子網球代表隊中如張擇和吳迪這樣新一代佼佼者已經踏上直奔勝利之鰲頭的突破之路,成績有很大提升。我國優(yōu)秀網球選手張擇在經歷2012年的中國網球公開賽中與法國選手加斯奎特大戰(zhàn)三盤最終以完美勝利告終,這也代表著張擇成為我國網球男子選手第一個進入ATP500賽事八強的中國男子網球運動員,并且創(chuàng)造了有史以來我國男子單打網球選手在公開巡回賽上的最好成績;而且張擇在2015年中國網球公開賽中昂首晉級了第二輪,目前排名第183名;在2013年澳網公開賽亞太地區(qū)的外卡賽決賽中中國小將吳迪一舉奪冠,直通2013年澳網男單正賽的外卡被他一舉拿下,成為新中國成立以來的第一位晉級網球大滿貫賽事的男子單打正賽的中國大陸選手。單憑這些成績并不能說明我國男子網球已與世界優(yōu)秀選手水平相當,仍然有巨大的差距存在于張擇、吳迪與世界優(yōu)秀選手之間,這種差距不僅僅體現(xiàn)于我國與歐美一些網球發(fā)展較好的國家在歷史發(fā)展水平的差異,而且我國網球選手與世界優(yōu)秀選手在體質方面也存在著先天和后天的差異。研究吳迪和張擇的在比賽中的失分原因可以提高他們在今后訓練中的質量,從而提高我國男子網球單打的比賽成績,推動我國男子網球的發(fā)展。本文運用文獻資料法、視頻分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析法、比較研究法等方法,以2013-2015年我國優(yōu)秀男子網球選手吳迪和張擇參加的比賽為研究對象,對他們在2013-2015年的10場比賽中的失分情況進行了全面的分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)了吳迪和張擇在比賽中的不足之處,看到了吳迪和張擇與世界一流網球選手之間存在的差距,提出了我國優(yōu)秀網球選手應該注意并改善的問題,并且在競賽管理和技戰(zhàn)術訓練兩大方面為我國男子網球選手提供相關見解與參考。研究結果表明:我國優(yōu)秀男子網球選手吳迪和張擇在比賽中的失分情況:1.相持階段失分占總失分比重最小,發(fā)球階段失分比重較大,接發(fā)球階段失分比重最大。2.在發(fā)球階段,經過比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn)吳迪和張擇在一發(fā)成功率上與世界優(yōu)秀的運動員沒有顯著性差異,而極為顯著的差異主要體現(xiàn)于一發(fā)和二發(fā)的得分率方面,另外發(fā)球速度太慢也是吳迪和張擇的缺點之一,與對手發(fā)球速度存在較大的差距。3.在接發(fā)球階段,吳迪和張擇的接發(fā)球失分率高于世界優(yōu)秀選手且以正手失分為主,回球質量低,而且直接失分是得分率較低的最主要原因。這說明在接發(fā)球技術方面,還有很大的不足存在于吳迪、張擇與國外優(yōu)秀選手之間。4.在相持階段中,張擇的失分情況主要存于非受迫性失分和正手的一些技戰(zhàn)術不足方面;而吳迪恰恰相反,其受迫性失分率遠遠大于非受迫性失分率,失分情況在正反手所占比例相當。我國優(yōu)秀男子網球選手吳迪和張擇在比賽中的失分原因:1.發(fā)球階段的非受迫性失誤是導致張擇在發(fā)球階段產生大部分失分的主要因素。張擇想依靠其優(yōu)異的底線技術將對手死死的壓制住;但這種做法也恰恰給他造成了大量的非受迫性失誤,網前技術與底線技戰(zhàn)術的配合略有不足,速度上的不足。2.接發(fā)球階段,接追身球時回球路線太過單一,很容易讓對手猜出他的戰(zhàn)術意圖,吳迪和張擇在面對旋轉強烈、落點習鉆的發(fā)球時的預判能力較低,吳迪和張擇的反手回斜線的能力較弱。3.相持階段,張擇過度的依賴和相信他的正反手技術導致他主動進攻的時候會產生很多失誤而且打法比較單一,很容易讓對手適應他的節(jié)奏進而轉換成他跟著對手的節(jié)奏走。吳迪在防守過程中腳下動作經常做不到位,所以在今后的訓練中要加強腳步移動速度方面的訓練還有移動中處理來球的能力。提出建議:要想攻防相守,必須做到進攻以發(fā)球為主,防守以接發(fā)球為主。發(fā)球的質量、策略以及穩(wěn)定性不可忽略,二發(fā)應該加強旋轉角度和發(fā)球力度的協(xié)調統(tǒng)一;快速、穩(wěn)定、準確地將球擊回到對方場地是接發(fā)球要注意的關鍵問題;此外男子單打的訓練理念要緊隨世界的潮流,做到與時俱進、不斷更新。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation, compared with the development of Chinese women's tennis, the level of men's tennis singles in China is still in a relatively backward state, but it is only temporary, because in recent years, the new generation of Chinese men's tennis representatives, such as Zhang Zehe Wu Di, has stepped on the top of the victory. China's excellent tennis player Zhang Ze ended with the perfect victory in the three Chinese Tennis Open in 2012 and the French player Gasquet, which represents the first Chinese tennis man to be the first Chinese men's tennis player to enter the ATP500 event. The Chinese men's singles tennis players have made the best results in the open circuit, and Zhang took the second round in the 2015 China Open tennis tournament, which ranked 183rd, and the Chinese youngster Wu Di won the championship in the finals of the Australian Open Saitai area in 2013, through the men's single match of the Australian Open in 2013. In order to improve the performance of Chinese men's tennis singles and promote the development of men's tennis in our country, this paper uses the methods of literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics and analysis, comparative study and so on, taking 2013-2015 years of our country's excellent men's tennis players Wu Di and Zhang selection to participate in the study, for them in 2013-2015 years.
